I really wanted to like this location because it is very convenient but the food was awful. It's shameful that this is a Marco's franchise. No garlic butter crust, and literally the skimpiest toppings. It tasted like Papa John's with thicker crust. The customer service was very friendly but the food was disappointing. read more

Honestly I've lost all hopes in service providers, primarily in the food industry but when I called on a Friday night to place a carry out order- my faith has been restored in Tay. After leaving me on hold for a few minutes, he came back on the line apologizing for the wait and was so kind while taking my order. He helped me make a decision on toppings and was just super helpful and nice. when I came to pick up my order, I had to compliment him for the amazing customer service. I have never been to a restaurant where there is orders coming in left and right with just one person making the orders and one driving. I wasn't able to get a picture of the driver who was delivering but they need applause and more. They are holding down a whole restaurant on a holiday by themselves. I didn't have much of a tip to give but I gave what I could. The two pizzas in the box that I got looked amazing and tasted great. All this while she had to make a bunch of other others coming in. Been to this location several times since it's been open and have never had any issues. Pizza is always good, employees are always accommodating. They have the awesome $6.99 medium pizza deal when you buy two so the prices are fairly good. They have a 99 (A) health score which is great. They don't use gloves to flip the pizza dough but I haven't seen a pizzeria ever use gloves so maybe that's just a pizzeria thing. read more

Last week, I ordered a sub from here. I was very disappointed with it, as it had almost no product in it. A meatball sub that didn't have enough sauce to even cover the bottom side of the bread, and so little meatballs that when you closed it, you couldn't see any product at all. I've had many subs from there, and never ever had one so skimpy as that. OK, a one off, I thought. So tonight, I ordered a pizza bowl and cheezy bread. The bread was fine, kinda hard to mess that up, but the pizza bowl... Toss a very skimpy layer of pepperoni across the bottom, thinly slice a couple of sausage nuggets, sauce and cheese in a layer so thin you could fit four or five layers in the container and still not touch the top. It seems like they have new management that cares more about short-term profit than about long-term profit by keeping customers, and so this long-time multi-year customer has ordered his last food from there. The only place to get pizza if you have taste buds. The best tasting freshest toppings superb sauces that anyone would expect on a pizza. All the others are at least second best. Super friendly staff and they pick up after you if you eat in. Yes that's right. They come clean your table of all the trash etc. I flew 4.5 hours once just to get a pizza this good. Apparently, there's a huge difference between delivery sandwiches and eat-in sandwiches. The delivery one's are fat and full.of meat,whereas the dine-in one's have 1 slice of meat,lots of bread and cheese and 3 slices of tomato. My Turkey Club was just that,minus the bacon. I always have the pizza delivered so I cannot speak on how the restaurant experience is but the delivery experience is always pleasant. I think the pizza is a little pricey but the quality is much better and seems more fresh than if course a papa John's or pizzahut pizza. The delivery is always fast and my pizza has always been hot. It was so greasy that I had to go home and take some Pepto-Bismol to keep from being ill after only two pieces. Verbal abuse by a man and GM was unacceptable! The raising of his voice to staff and clients was unacceptable! The lack of professionalism demonstrated by him has resulted in negative word of mouth and I plan to continue verbalizing the TERRIBLE experience I had with him. After I contacted corporate, they walked him through how to process the gift card. The gift card was processed with no problem and he failed to apologize for HIS mistake and for how HE spoke to me. I absolutely love this place. My husband ordered a couple of pies for pick up however he did not communicate that with me until almost an hour after he placed the order.
