I really wanted to like this location because it is very convenient but the food was awful. It's shameful that this is a Marco's franchise. No garlic butter crust, and literally the skimpiest toppings. It tasted like Papa John's with thicker crust. The customer service was very friendly but the food was disappointing. read more

Gabby at Marco's Pizza did an amazing job! My pizza was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked with fresh toppings, great flavor, and just the right amount of cheese. You can tell care and attention went into making it. Thanks, Gabby, for making such a tasty pizza and providing a great experience. I'll definitely be back for more! The cleanliness of the restaurant was also amazing! read more

Nice to switch it up every once in a while. Really good fresh, surprisingly better the day after

GM Anthony(Ant-Man) and crew provided stellar service. My food was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this Marcos to everyone!! The restaurant was also neat and clean!! read more

Honestly I've lost all hopes in service providers, primarily in the food industry but when I called on a Friday night to place a carry out order- my faith has been restored in Tay. After leaving me on hold for a few minutes, he came back on the line apologizing for the wait and was so kind while taking my order. He helped me make a decision on toppings and was just super helpful and nice. when I came to pick up my order, I had to compliment him for the amazing customer service. It is a long lost art and most of these restaurants are providing below standard service which is sad but Tay really did brighten my evening with his hospitality and joyful spirit. I'll be back just for him! Jay read more

This picture listed shows a employee of the month and deserves a raise and/or more. I have never been to a restaurant where there is orders coming in left and right with just one person making the orders and one driving. I wasn't able to get a picture of the driver who was delivering but they need applause and more. They are holding down a whole restaurant on a holiday by themselves. I didn't have much of a tip to give but I gave what I could. The two pizzas in the box that I got looked amazing and tasted great. All this while she had to make a bunch of other others coming in. Whoever is the trainer I applaud you because your leadership and work ethic shows in this employee. read more

Solid local pizza joint. The lunch calzone was everything a calzone should be. The crust was perfection. Served with marinara and ranch from prepackaged cups. Both tasted like they should. I'll be back again for the friendly staff, the clean dinning area and to try another item on the menu. read more

Been to this location several times since it's been open and have never had any issues. Pizza is always good, employees are always accommodating. They have the awesome $6.99 medium pizza deal when you buy two so the prices are fairly good. They have a 99 (A) health score which is great. They don't use gloves to flip the pizza dough but I haven't seen a pizzeria ever use gloves so maybe that's just a pizzeria thing. read more

This is THE ABSOLUTE worst Marco's pizza location!!! I ordered a pizza. Simple right? They deliver the pizza ahead of time, maybe even on time. Who knows? They dropped it off on the porch, never rang the doorbell to tell me my food was there. I call to check on the order and they tell me to go check my porch. Lo and behold! The food I s like ice! Then the manager proceeds to lie to me and tell me that I had ordered pizza from my phone number and that in the past. I tried to reason with him, explain that I'd ordered from someone 's home and that this was the first time I'd ever met the person. ( this is a home based business location, not that it matters) So sad, the lies just continued and I have yet to receive an apology or any refund. I will not repeat this mistake. read more

To order food always a problem, the holding time is a lot and then when you order they don't take your order correctly. Then when you call to make them aware of the mistake they don't want to fixed. The place is look like is run by teenagers. read more

I ordered philly cheese steak sub last week for delivery. This was by far, hands down, the worst sub I've ever tried to eat. The bread was old, dry and tough. Very little filling and of course it was also dry and tasteless. read more

This has quickly become our families go to pizza place! They have easy online ordering options and offer a relatively contactless pick up option. I can't say much for their delivery because we haven't used it. The people here are friendly and our pizza is always fresh! No complaints! read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS!!! For the little girl that was at the counter... your customer service was poor.. at best... no smile, no concern, no interaction... you asked your manager to go home in front of customers, coded our order as walkin when it was dine in so when we checked on our order 45 minutes later.. it was in boxes sitting on the rack and was cold... if you are that unhappy with your job or employer, please.find your passion and pursue a job in that area so you can be happy and allow others the opportunity for the dining experience they CHOSE their money to be spent with. I can honestly tell you I will NOT recommend this eating establishment to ANYONE. As far as the rest of the employees 8 employees sat in the window area standing around talking, on the cell phone and looking right at us with an empty table for 45 minutes.... Did anyone of you ever think to ask.. Are they waiting on their food??? Only after us asking twice if our food was ready did ANY of you move to work... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I know it means NOTHING to you but I chose to spend hard earned money at your establishment and it was poor at best.... by the way... you might want to fix your drink machine AND definitely clean underneath it before the health department comes in and closes you down read more

I ordered a hot sub and the cheese was added after they made the sandwich. I took it back and the staff showed no remorse nor did they try to fix the issue read more

I've always had good service and tasty freshly made food. A small but annoying critique is that sometimes they forget my garlic sauces and thats just money lost once the pizza is delivered. read more

Last week, I ordered a sub from here. I was very disappointed with it, as it had almost no product in it. A meatball sub that didn't have enough sauce to even cover the bottom side of the bread, and so little meatballs that when you closed it, you couldn't see any product at all. I've had many subs from there, and never ever had one so skimpy as that. OK, a one off, I thought. So tonight, I ordered a pizza bowl and cheezy bread. The bread was fine, kinda hard to mess that up, but the pizza bowl... Toss a very skimpy layer of pepperoni across the bottom, thinly slice a couple of sausage nuggets, sauce and cheese in a layer so thin you could fit four or five layers in the container and still not touch the top. It seems like they have new management that cares more about short-term profit than about long-term profit by keeping customers, and so this long-time multi-year customer has ordered his last food from there. It's been good, but it's gone bad. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered my pizza online with half pepperoni and chicken and the other half chicken spinach and pineapple with a side of dipping sauce. When it arrived my child was hungry and her side was correct (pepperoni and chicken) but my side they added pepperoni which I didn't want. So I preceeded to call them and while I was waiting to talk to someone my daughter ate 3 small slices. They rudely told me that since she ate 3 pieces that they would not fix it unless I bought a new pizza and got even ruder when I asked for a way to contthe DM. Not to mention the pizza wasn't even warm when it was delivered! Worst location ever. read more

The only place to get pizza if you have taste buds. The best tasting freshest toppings superb sauces that anyone would expect on a pizza. All the others are at least second best. Super friendly staff and they pick up after you if you eat in. Yes that's right. They come clean your table of all the trash etc. I flew 4.5 hours once just to get a pizza this good. Now it in my own back yard. Love it!! Oh by the way. The other pizza I enjoyed was from a pizza baker inside the Venetian Hotel in Vegas. You can't go wrong by eating right. read more

Marco's is excellent pizza. A bit more expensive (at menu prices) than others, but far superior taste and overall experience in my opinion. Great staff at this location. They get the order right and it's fresh and hot to enjoy. Nice job! read more

Apparently, there's a huge difference between delivery sandwiches and eat-in sandwiches. The delivery one's are fat and full.of meat, whereas the dine-in one's have 1 slice of meat, lots of bread and cheese and 3 slices of tomato. My Turkey Club was just that, minus the bacon. The counter was full with guests,so I didn't voice my disappointment at the time, because I was really ticked off. I paid $40 for food that should've been worth the money I paid. Not gonna lie. I'll still eat at Marcos, just not this one. read more

I waited until I had tried Marco's Pizza twice, hoping the second experience would be better than the first. It wasn't. The crust, the cheese, the old world pepperoni, & the Italian sausage were uneventful. Nothing was bad, but nothing was particularly good. I like Johnny's Pizza much better. For delivery, I prefer Domino's Handmade Pan Pizza. read more

Not my favorite. Granted, I only went there once, but my experience was not good. The pizza was not good. It was very greasy and didn't have enough meat. It was so greasy that I had to go home and take some Pepto-Bismol to keep from being ill after only two pieces. The salad was pre packed and right out of the refrigerator and the dressing just store-bought individual containers. I also thought the pizza was a little small for a medium. To me it looked like a somewhat oversized small. But it was priced like a medium. We tried this restaurant because we had heard good things about it. However, I don't see myself ever going back and would recommend any of the other pizza restaurant in Dallas first. read more

I always have the pizza delivered so I cannot speak on how the restaurant experience is but the delivery experience is always pleasant. I think the pizza is a little pricey but the quality is much better and seems more fresh than if course a papa John's or pizzahut pizza. The delivery is always fast and my pizza has always been hot. I usually order the chicken florentine which is a good pizza but I tried the bbq pizza last night and it was amazing. read more

Came to Marcos for the first time to watch LSU game. For one it's football season. Put TVs on football games, our waitress doesn't know how to operate the tv for the LSU game. That's why we came. I'm ready to leave so aggravating. Been here 30 min and haven't put the tv on the game for us yet. That's some thing the manager needs to teach the workers. I will not come back . (Marco's #8418, Hiram GA) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with General Mgr Jason. He accused me of having a bogus gift card because he was unable to properly process a simple gift card transaction. Verbal abuse by a man and GM was unacceptable! The raising of his voice to staff and clients was unacceptable! The lack of professionalism demonstrated by him has resulted in negative word of mouth and I plan to continue verbalizing the TERRIBLE experience I had with him. After I contacted corporate, they walked him through how to process the gift card. The gift card was processed with no problem and he failed to apologize for HIS mistake and for how HE spoke to me. Overall, my experience at Marco's #8418 in Hiram, GA was DEPLORABLE! read more

We had an awesome time at Tuesday trivia! The food was incredible! Their 3-cheese blend out-does all of the competition. It's not huge, but definitely enough for the Tuesday trivia fans. We will definitely be back next week! read more

First time eating Marco's Pizza, see their delivery cars coming into my apartment complex. I figure the pizza must be good. Well maybe I would of enjoyed the pizza more if I would not have to pick the mushrooms off my pizza, and yes I order the pizza "no mushrooms please". This request was repeated 3 times. Also I ordered bread sticks, whoever took my order didn't say they don't do breadsticks, they do a cheesy bread. Before I placed my order I told the lady this was my first time ordering with them, seems to me she would of gone that extra mile to explain their menu with me. I called to complain about the mushrooms and cheesy bread, was told they would process a credit back to my account, but haven't seen anything. Was not impressed, so will not be ordering from there again. read more
