Every time I come to this location service is always with a smile. Fana is always so friendly and willing to get you what you need. The food always looks fresh as well as vegetables. And the ambience is always very friendly and how can we help you. I purposely drive further to come to this location. Walked in and ordered 8 sandwiches. Had coupons and when we were ready to pay they said "We don't take coupons". I should've walked out and left them with the sandwiches. There was no sign warning you in advance. They did not apologize or even handle the situation politely. I will never enter there door again. read more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered online to have my order delivered you. I ordered at 1 o'clock. It wasn't sent out until two. Yes, I know. Location looks decent enough. The guy that helped me didn't really greet me and seemed a bit bothered at the beginning of my transaction. Something that also bothered me was he grabbed cookies with his gloved hands instead of using tongs. Overall he didn't seem super friendly but seem more relaxed as we neared the end of my transaction. * * Honestly, I probably won't be going back here. This location is very nice and clean. The service is great. Food was fresh and correct. Hard to ask for more than that! Lol. Brought my grandson with me, he had the french dip and swiss... well for a real short time, he scoffed it down like he was starving. Must have been really good. I had the smokehouse brisket meal with the crinkle fries. The smokehouse brisket was excellent. The fries were good but not the best. Overall a great meal. Seems like every time I come here there's a problem. I'll be there close during business hours they should be open or today the speaker box is not working. We've been waiting about 10 minutes just to place an order. Hopefully the food is good. We'll see I don't know yet. That's why I can't really recommend them at this time. read more

The customer service was good and the sandwich maker was willing to offer suggestions while being patient with me to order the food. The ingredients did not seem as fresh as I would like. This location is by far the most horrible in the area. I have been avoiding them for the longest since the last time I came there was a huge bug crawling on the way back to bathroom, I went in today to order a sub and then the half slow little girl that worked with these long ass faux locs in her head would can make a sandwich if it was someone moving her hands and when I went to pay, I presented a coupon and she gets the audacity to say "we don't take coupons", I asked why, because why would you not, any other location I go to does, West Cobb Walmart and even the Austell location, so I asked for the manager and she comes out, this country bunkin, that I asked for her General Manager, she says I am, I said no ma'am you are not who is your manager, she proceeded to talk and at this point get him on the phone, I don't want talk to either one of y'all. She calls the GM which I hardly doubt he is, so he proceeds to tell me that they just do not because they can't take coupons, like really??? I said this to say that you can go anywhere in Hiram and if the circular comes to you, any place in the area would accept them. This is just this hole in the wall location. It's sad that in this area the customer service is piss poor and there are so many ppl looking for jobs. Especially in places like this where it's incredibly necessary for ppl who can't get jobs any where or lack the skills to get anything else. These two and their GM all need another job. And clean up your fuckin restaurant, you have hair and dust on the racks where the chips are which is a good sign that the store is never thoroughly cleaned but reminds me why u haven't been to this location in over two years when the homeless would sit in the restaurant for hours and hours asking every person that came in for money. Terrible service every time. At least they're consistent. The four times that I have been to this location the service is incredibly poor. No greetings, nor good customer service. The staff hardly acknowledge the guests or in cases like today didn't acknowledge me at all for five minutes and then skipped over me when two more guests came in behind me. If it's not that then there are instances where they don't pay attention to the heater and burn my flat bread so bad I have to rip a fourth of it off. The staff seem lifeless and void of any merriment or ambition. When they do speak they are complaining. I don't blame them. I can only assume this is the result of bad management in one form or another. read more

I just got the most disgusting wet sandwich which I was promised they wouldn't charge because it didn't have enough meatballs and charged me full price anyway for this mess. It was dripping with sauce and the "sandwich artist" squished down on the condiments with her gloved hand to try to make the sandwich close. went there with coupon to make a below average lunch meal worth the 6.49 coupon price. looked for any signage stating they did not accept coupons. waited in line ordered an received my meal. at checkout was told they do not accept coupons. told them I did not see any sign and was told it was on the counter. I told them there was not and they said there used to one but it was also posted on the door and the cashier looked at the door and then said "it used to be there". told me the cost of this meal was over ten bucks. told them no thank you read more

Employee left to take a personal phone call with a line forming. The gloves are sketchy too. They rang someone up and only changed one glove to finish other sandwiches. Told me they'd take a coupon even though it was expired - the coupon wasn't going to expire for another month. One employee complained about working their shift while making my sandwich. Just left this subway in Hiram and the tomatoes were no good and translucent, you could see right through them and I asked them if they could change the tomatoes and they told me no. I asked several times and the girl with the colorful curly hair and the white boy he kept telling me he's the manager and he's in charge of that store and that I couldn't speak to anyone in reference to changing the tomatoes. I asked them both if they were gonna all the customers that come in those bad tomatoes and they said yes, their not changing the tomatoes because it's against company policy. I don't think that makes sense if the vegetables aren't any good. I asked them both their names and they wouldn't give me that either. I have been here several times in the last 2 months. Food is good, portions are fair and staff is friendly.

I mean....it's a subway it's the same bread, thin meat, small portions...etc. straight faced crew like they don't wanna be there. The usual!

This one didn't skimp on the veggies like most of them have recently. They were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend.
