It's been a while since I've been to this location. This was my first location that introduced me to Jersey Mike's and I love their sandwiches, but this location has slowly went down overtime so I went back for a visit again tonight as I was coming home and the staff is very friendly, but the sandwich just did not taste like a Jersey Mike's sandwich. It was a lot flatter and just not properly prepared the way they prepare sandwiches I would say from lack of training it seemed. They were also out of a couple of toppings for sandwiches, but in fairness, they were closing in about an hour when I arrived the restaurant was clean. She also took the time to teach her staff as obstacles came into the establishment. Call ahead orders were handed over in a timely manor. Food allergies and sensitivities were listened to. I ordered the Italian sub. What I got was some meat and cheese lettuce and tomato stacked on basically dry bread . I shared their largest sandwich with my wife. I was reminiscing of a true Italian sub. So asked them to make it as they were trained. My wife asked for mustard and mayo on the side. Never been to Jersey. Unfortunately she had the right idea, they were the only thing that gave it any flavor. With 2 drinks, 2 bags of chips this was 20.00. Money is better well spent at Subway or Firehouse. First of all when I came in the store no one was in there. I placed my order then 4 people after me got their order prior to me getting mine. They had ordered warm as well. The lady after me got a number 8 in a bowl. She requested mayon in which none was in the tub. He scraped a smear out and wiped it on the meat. He grabbed a bottle and squeezed it and nothing he put a piece of bacon on it put the lid on. Next was my number 8. The bacon pan had bacon scraps the he pinched together and put on that sandwich. Then, came my Big Kahuna. I asked no jalapeños guess got them. Then the jerky chicken sandwich on my hard bread topped of this great meal needless to say I eat Jersey Mike twice a week. We ordered a pickup order on a Friday. We ordered 3 subs, 2 large cookies, and 3 small cookies. We used the app and selected delivery. What we received was not anything like I ordered. First, they totally forgot an entire sub. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub with banana peppers on wheat. I got a Philly cheese sandwich with jalapeños on rosemary bread. The other sub was a buffalo chicken and they gave us buffalo beef!!!!! We got 5 small cookies instead of our large ones. So our entire order was incorrect. On the app, I could only provide feedback. I still haven't heard from anyone nor received a refund for at least the entire missing sub. I called the store and it just keeps ringing and says the mailbox is full. stopped by this location to place an order in the middle of a rush and the employee seemed new so i was being patient with them while the supervisor constantly reprimanded them, when i left and unwrapped my sandwich i found it was made on the wrong bread missing ingredients and was made with some of the wrong items, i returned to the store to have the sandwich re-made and when i politely told the manager it was made on the wrong bread, had tomatoes, and was missing bacon she proceeded to tell me that i built the sandwich wrong and it was my fault, and the bread was in fact correct. so she took the sandwich back behind the counter and took the tomatoes off and just added bacon then wrapped it back up in the same wrapper same bag and everything . She completely ignored what I said about the bread and made me feel like an inconvenience for even asking her to fix it. and when i unwrapped the sandwich THERE WAS STILL TOMATO ON IT. unfortunately it is an allergy issue so i wasn't able to eat the sandwich because she wouldn't remake it, this location severely needs to work on customer values and support ! my needs were definitely not met and that team was absolutely no help ! feel bad for that new employee too she didn't deserve to be treated like that in front of everyone even if she did mess up. You lost two customers today. Within the last 6 weeks we tried Jersey Mike's in Hiram twice. Ordered online both times, it stated they would bring to the car. We pulled up to the store and on both occasions alerted them of our arrival. No response /tried calling several times - the line remained busy. Recovering from surgery, and my husband on a walker you left us no choice - I had to come in. As luck had it...I got to walk in both times, the excuse was we didn't hear the ding... I stood in line for an hour before receiving my food. People who came in after me put in their order, were helped and sent on their way. About 5 ppl to be exact. While waiting in line for forever, the young guy behind the counter took the couples order who was standing behind me for only 10 minutes. It wasn't until I gave him a look that he realized no one took my order. The heavy set girl with locks seemed to be annoyed when I wanted to change something on my order and made faces while walking over to write it on the yellow slip. She never gave me a receipt, nor did she ask if I had reward points, nor did she ask if I wanted to my my sandwich a combo. She gave the guy on the grill who was preparing my order a look as if I'm the problem. She did ask everyone else this question before and after me. I'm wondering why all of this happened when all I did was arrive there after work and stood in line like everyone else. They thought it was funny and started singing the Lion King song. However, the two times I've been to this location, my sandwich wasn't just bad - it was infuriatingly terrible. I bought two giant Phillies to take over to my father's house for lunch. We both threw our sandwiches in the garbage after two bites. The bread for both sandwiches was inedibly stale. On top of that, I requested that one sandwich be made without onions, the cook apparently heard extra, extra, extra onions. I have never wasted $30 so terribly. This is the WORST Jersey Mikes location. And quite honestly the WORST takeout location period. My husband and I love JM. We have ordered delivery and takeout sandwiches several times since the Hiram, GA location opened. However, the past 6 orders have been horrible! When you spend $60 on sandwiches for them to arrive completely incorrect or not what you paid for, its very frustrating. I have reached out to the Corp Office who then referred me to the owner, with no results. At this point this location owes us about $53 in refunds for extra meats and cheeses that were never received. We won't return and will instead use the 120 location. read more

Staff here is 100% better than it was 2 years ago. More friendly and customer service oriented for sure. I had vowed to never go there again after being talked to crazy by one of the prior cooks. I am glad I gave it another chance recently because one, they have locked down the Philly Cheesesteak and two, the current staff is much more in tune to what customer service actually is. I am a foodie and have tried probably every franchise in Georgia that sells Phillys. JMs gets the closet to my hometowns namesake sandwich. Why four stars then?? Herein lies the problem Jersey Mikes. Like I said, I am from Philly. I also have assisted in opening and (worked for a month) in a cheesesteak foodery in Macon Georgia. I completely get that people from the area have no idea how to dress an authentic cheesesteak and do not know what cheeses, which peppers, etc go in about 90% of sandwiches sold in Philadelphia. People put ketchup on 90% of cheesesteaks sold in Philadelphia. To sell cheesesteaks and not have ketchup is like selling cars without tires. It just doesn't make sense. I am begging management to order ketchup so I can keep going there without having to go to a neighboring restaurant and beg for ketchup so i can enjoy my otherwise SLAMMING sandwich. I am ok with native Georgians eating their sandwich anyway they want and I have seen the resistance myself while consulting in Macon at the Grub Shack but those of us who are new Georgians would love this authentic food from home to be served authentically. I forgot to mention the thimble they give you if you just want some water with your meal. Since no one is allowed to eat in the restaurant, the value of the soda machine has gone waaaay down. So, I can see fewer customers wanting to send money on a "to go" soda. In their bid to keep their customers happy, they give you the tinniest cup possible for your free water. Had to ask them to make it Mike's way after I told them that at the time I place the order so they had to re-open my sandwiches to put lettuce tomato oil vinegar salt and pepper and they still couldn't get it right.
