Ok. Ok. Jersey Mike's have redeemed themselves from my first post. They are my go-to when I want a good sandwich. Customer service has been on point. I usually do the #2. I like it better than the Italian. I want to try the chicken salad but I am scared. I scared that I won't like it or it's not as good as the #2. I did try the chocolate chip cookie which was just OK for an ok price. Oh, well. read more

It's been a while since I've been to this location. This was my first location that introduced me to Jersey Mike's and I love their sandwiches, but this location has slowly went down overtime so I went back for a visit again tonight as I was coming home and the staff is very friendly, but the sandwich just did not taste like a Jersey Mike's sandwich. It was a lot flatter and just not properly prepared the way they prepare sandwiches I would say from lack of training it seemed. They were also out of a couple of toppings for sandwiches, but in fairness, they were closing in about an hour when I arrived the restaurant was clean. But still not one of my favorite locations anymore. read more

Waited in line just to be told that I couldn't get a sub in a tub because you were out of salad bowls. Maybe next time put a note on the door or a note somewhere so a customer doesn't have to sit there and wait just to be told they can't get what they came in for. read more

Night Crew Magic!!! Team work, strong management and compassionate team members were on display. The manager answered every question proposed to her with grace and professionalism. She also took the time to teach her staff as obstacles came into the establishment. Call ahead orders were handed over in a timely manor. Food allergies and sensitivities were listened to. The sandwich was perfect. Giant 13, no cheese, mikes way Music gave the place a rockin' night life feel. If you've tried them before.....like me, and were left wanting. (Slightly bad attitudes with a day crew experience months ago.) Try them again!!! read more

DONT EVEN BOTHER! DONT BOTHER! This jersey mikes gets my order wrong every single time no matter how clear I make it that I don't want onions. I genuinely think the only way they'd manage to get it right is if I stared them down the entire time they made it. Then when you call them, they don't answer the phones or they argue with you about giving you a refund because you don't want to drive 30 minutes out of the way to fix THEIR mistake. AVOID AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! read more

The service has gotten a little sloppy. Counters are not kept free of bread crumbs and condiments. It only takes seconds to wipe down counter n utensils. The bread is different. I used to love the bread. It is tasteless and a bit soggy. read more

If you like slow and bad customer service then this is the sandwich shop for you. I have been here many times but today was absolutely the worst. The young lady taking my order got it wrong and when I tried to correct the order she wanted to argue with me about what I told her. Rather than graciously provide me with the right sandwich she gave me nothing but bad attitude. I cn be patient with slow service and I have no tolerance for bad customer service in the form of hostility and arguing. If you decide to eat here good luck. I dont know if or when I will ever be back at this location. read more

First of all, change your name to Mike's, even the thought of New Jersey should be far from your name. I was stationed in Jersey in the military. And this place isn't even close. I ordered the Italian sub. What I got was some meat and cheese lettuce and tomato stacked on basically dry bread . I shared their largest sandwich with my wife. I was reminiscing of a true Italian sub. So asked them to make it as they were trained. My wife asked for mustard and mayo on the side. Never been to Jersey. Unfortunately she had the right idea, they were the only thing that gave it any flavor. With 2 drinks, 2 bags of chips this was 20.00. Money is better well spent at Subway or Firehouse. They don't profess to be a Jersey sandwich so you're not let down. This is the 2nd Jersey Mike's I've ever eaten at and it will be the last. A positive note, the staff was very friendly. Although they know nothing about making a sub. I did have to clean my table read more

Ordered pickup and it said it would be ready at 5::45. It is now 6:20 and I'm still waiting with lots of others. Everyone else is saying they've been waiting just as long for their mobile orders. GET IT TOGETHER or get the time right! *UPDATE* 1 Hour later they called my name and everyone else in the store applauded, but soon realized they still probably had another thirty minutes to wait. May I recommend Subway if you want your sandwich within the hour. read more

Placed delivery order which included a jumbo tuna sub. Received the bread with a smear of mustard, less than a handful of lettuce and no more than a tablespoon of tuna. When we called the store, the very young voice who answered the phone (on the third attempt), stated they had no order in their system for us. Really? If he was going to lie, at least make it about something that does not have an electronic trail. Horrible customer service and a lack of common sense. If these are the blatant issues, what sort of issues are happening behind the scenes? Save your money, health and sanity and buy from ANYWHERE else read more

I paid for 3 giant turkey and provolone subs with none of the items ordered provided. All three subs had no Mayo, no salt, no pepper and no oil and vinegar. I have pictures if needed. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, I and I plan to contact corporate about this issue. We live in Douglasville, GA, and we traveled all the way to Hiram to pay $55.00 for sandwiches that was worth a $1 each. I tried to call the store several times to speak to the manager and received no answer. I want a refund. This Hiram location can used a few pointer and customer service tips from your west Cobb location on Dallas highway in Georgia. They are phenomenal with excellent service. I will be posting a comment on all social media platforms for as well. If I could post a zero I would! read more

We ordered a pickup order on a Friday. We ordered 3 subs, 2 large cookies, and 3 small cookies. We used the app and selected delivery. What we received was not anything like I ordered. First, they totally forgot an entire sub. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub with banana peppers on wheat. I got a Philly cheese sandwich with jalapeños on rosemary bread. The other sub was a buffalo chicken and they gave us buffalo beef!!!!! We got 5 small cookies instead of our large ones. So our entire order was incorrect. On the app, I could only provide feedback. I still haven't heard from anyone nor received a refund for at least the entire missing sub. I called the store and it just keeps ringing and says the mailbox is full. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

First of all when I came in the store no one was in there. I placed my order then 4 people after me got their order prior to me getting mine. They had ordered warm as well. The lady after me got a number 8 in a bowl. She requested mayon in which none was in the tub. He scraped a smear out and wiped it on the meat. He grabbed a bottle and squeezed it and nothing he put a piece of bacon on it put the lid on. Next was my number 8. The bacon pan had bacon scraps the he pinched together and put on that sandwich. Then, came my Big Kahuna. I asked no jalapeños guess got them. Then the jerky chicken sandwich on my hard bread topped of this great meal needless to say I eat Jersey Mike twice a week. Not this one I have 300+ points. I can't blame the teenagers running the store but management which clearly none were there. It appears there is a lack of any training which is fair to the teens and the customers that spend the money on eating here I don't made paying the price for JM but 100% not this one. This is not the first time with the experience here. read more

You lost two customers today. Within the last 6 weeks we tried Jersey Mike's in Hiram twice. Ordered online both times, it stated they would bring to the car. We pulled up to the store and on both occasions alerted them of our arrival. No response /tried calling several times - the line remained busy. Recovering from surgery, and my husband on a walker you left us no choice - I had to come in. As luck had it...I got to walk in both times, the excuse was we didn't hear the ding... You may want to hang up that phone and listen for the ding! Food was good, but customer service is not so hot. read more

Good location and friendly staff. I prefer the Italian Mikes way, my wife gets the Big Kahuna Steak and son gets the Big Kahuna Chicken. Even with special orders, add this or take off that, they have never made a sandwich wrong. Excellent flavor although a bit pricey. Will continue to frequent this sandwich shop. read more

I stood in line for an hour before receiving my food. People who came in after me put in their order, were helped and sent on their way. About 5 ppl to be exact. While waiting in line for forever, the young guy behind the counter took the couples order who was standing behind me for only 10 minutes. It wasn't until I gave him a look that he realized no one took my order. The heavy set girl with locks seemed to be annoyed when I wanted to change something on my order and made faces while walking over to write it on the yellow slip. She never gave me a receipt, nor did she ask if I had reward points, nor did she ask if I wanted to my my sandwich a combo. She gave the guy on the grill who was preparing my order a look as if I'm the problem. She did ask everyone else this question before and after me. I'm wondering why all of this happened when all I did was arrive there after work and stood in line like everyone else. They thought it was funny and started singing the Lion King song. I really think they should be fired and you should hire people who have more urgency for the customer and respect. This is my second review here I would've thought the last time I made a review things would've gotten better, but the same people are still employed. Not to mention I saw response from my last review from corporate I'm assuming and they left a phone number that's not even in service. Get rid of the trash and hire quality workers. read more

stopped by this location to place an order in the middle of a rush and the employee seemed new so i was being patient with them while the supervisor constantly reprimanded them, when i left and unwrapped my sandwich i found it was made on the wrong bread missing ingredients and was made with some of the wrong items, i returned to the store to have the sandwich re-made and when i politely told the manager it was made on the wrong bread, had tomatoes, and was missing bacon she proceeded to tell me that i built the sandwich wrong and it was my fault, and the bread was in fact correct. so she took the sandwich back behind the counter and took the tomatoes off and just added bacon then wrapped it back up in the same wrapper same bag and everything . She completely ignored what I said about the bread and made me feel like an inconvenience for even asking her to fix it. and when i unwrapped the sandwich THERE WAS STILL TOMATO ON IT. unfortunately it is an allergy issue so i wasn't able to eat the sandwich because she wouldn't remake it, this location severely needs to work on customer values and support ! my needs were definitely not met and that team was absolutely no help ! feel bad for that new employee too she didn't deserve to be treated like that in front of everyone even if she did mess up. And on top of all that i called to tell them it was still incorrect and ask for a refund almost immediately after leaving the store and then the manager continued to yell at me and tell me i was incorrect and then hung up on me ! don't expect ANYTHING out of these people. read more

So im here again and the staff on duty..very different from the morning crew. Very attentive and CS skills much better.

I love Jersey Mike's and was excited when this location opened since I go to the gym in the same shopping center. However, the two times I've been to this location, my sandwich wasn't just bad - it was infuriatingly terrible. I bought two giant Phillies to take over to my father's house for lunch. We both threw our sandwiches in the garbage after two bites. The bread for both sandwiches was inedibly stale. On top of that, I requested that one sandwich be made without onions, the cook apparently heard extra, extra, extra onions. I have never wasted $30 so terribly. I'll just stick to getting my sandwiches from the Jersey Mike's on the East-West Connector. read more

I came here because of a coupon I received in the mail. It was for a free sub. Who would pass on that offer? My girls had a turkey sub with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. Although I personally didn't have anything they said it was good. I could tell because they ate every bite of it. (They are very picky eaters) My only complaint was slow service. It felt like everyone was moving in slow motion! read more

I can't give it 5 stars because they just literally opened a few days ago. Everyone was on their best behavior. That's normal . The paint barely set in the walls . I was impressed at how they worked the crowd. It was so many people in that small sandwich shop I couldn't eat in if I wanted too. However I was impressed when I finally got to the register my sandwich was bagged and ready to go. The wait was may be 15 min. It sounds like a long time but not when I'm on the phone with my headset. May I add my headset cancels background noise. My sandwich was good! Everything was fresh . The bread was soft and the veggies on my turkey was crispy and yummy . read more

Worst restaurant I have ever walked into. I really do not know how they stay in business. Workers are rude. I simply stated I'm here to pick up an order. They said sit down and we will be with you. We are behind. Had to ask twice what she said. Already 10 min past online pick up time. Everyone in line left. I would have if hadn't already paid. Terrible. Believe all the reviews about this place. Avoid it like the plague. Seriously. Put them out of business. Almost an hour for a sandwich. Still waiting. Avoid this place. read more

Staff here is 100% better than it was 2 years ago. More friendly and customer service oriented for sure. I had vowed to never go there again after being talked to crazy by one of the prior cooks. I am glad I gave it another chance recently because one, they have locked down the Philly Cheesesteak and two, the current staff is much more in tune to what customer service actually is. I am a foodie and have tried probably every franchise in Georgia that sells Phillys. JMs gets the closet to my hometowns namesake sandwich. Why four stars then?? Herein lies the problem Jersey Mikes. Like I said, I am from Philly. I also have assisted in opening and (worked for a month) in a cheesesteak foodery in Macon Georgia. I completely get that people from the area have no idea how to dress an authentic cheesesteak and do not know what cheeses, which peppers, etc go in about 90% of sandwiches sold in Philadelphia. People put ketchup on 90% of cheesesteaks sold in Philadelphia. To sell cheesesteaks and not have ketchup is like selling cars without tires. It just doesn't make sense. I am begging management to order ketchup so I can keep going there without having to go to a neighboring restaurant and beg for ketchup so i can enjoy my otherwise SLAMMING sandwich. I am ok with native Georgians eating their sandwich anyway they want and I have seen the resistance myself while consulting in Macon at the Grub Shack but those of us who are new Georgians would love this authentic food from home to be served authentically. I am going today - Wendys ketchup packs in hand. Ill add pics then. read more

I forgot to mention the thimble they give you if you just want some water with your meal. Since no one is allowed to eat in the restaurant, the value of the soda machine has gone waaaay down. So, I can see fewer customers wanting to send money on a "to go" soda. In their bid to keep their customers happy, they give you the tinniest cup possible for your free water. Penny wise and Pound foolish is the expression that comes to mind. read more

This is the WORST Jersey Mikes location. And quite honestly the WORST takeout location period. My husband and I love JM. We have ordered delivery and takeout sandwiches several times since the Hiram, GA location opened. However, the past 6 orders have been horrible! When you spend $60 on sandwiches for them to arrive completely incorrect or not what you paid for, its very frustrating. I have reached out to the Corp Office who then referred me to the owner, with no results. At this point this location owes us about $53 in refunds for extra meats and cheeses that were never received. We won't return and will instead use the 120 location. read more

It was my third try with these folks. 3 strikes and your out. It's a shame because I like Jersey Mike's however not from the Hiram location. They just don't know how to make a sandwich. So disappointing especially when they don't come cheap. The owner of this one needs to send everyone back to school. That is, if they were ever trained at all. It was clear to me that after 3 tries, I'm convinced the workers all have the IQ of a brick. read more
