Good place. Decent sandwiches. Staff is usually polite & quick. I have never seen the place too busy, so I usually get served pretty quickly. The staff is nice. My favorite sandwich here is their #7 Spicy East Coast Italian. Sometimes I get that toasted - Mmmmmm. I also like the #9 Italian Night Club and the #13 Jimmy Cubano. Several months ago, I had a so-so experience here, but someone gave me a gift card, so I thought I'd try them again. I was very pleased. My sandwich was delicious; I recommend the Jimmy's mustard. The fellows who worked there were really friendly. They even suggested a coupon I wasn't aware of to get 10% off my order. They also do a lot for groups around the community. In my experience, this location usually lives up to the "freaky fast" JJ reputation. I like the Slim 3 Tuna to trim the bill a bit & I don't miss the lettuce & stuff. An unsweetened ice tea has you out the door, tax and all at $6.40. Cobb prkwy & Mars hill rd. We eat there often but it now seems they are more concerend with speed than getting your order correct. The sandwiches are good, but they put hardly any toppings on them. I have ordered from the Cobb Parkway (Acworth) location for years. The last time I ordered, we did not get chips which I ordered and a sandwich (one of 4) was incorrect. I was going to place an order today, so decided to call and mention the situation. After talking to several people, the manager said "how do I know you are not lying"! Seriously, if they would just have pulled up our account, they would have seen that we order at least once a week, sometimes more and it is always $25 or more. Jimmy Johns is consistent no matter the location. The reason I am giving this location a low score is because of the attitude of the employees. I really appreciate these guys being open but there was a mixup from a google review stating dine in but when we got there we found out there was no dine in allowed. Still fine until I got an attitude from 2 people stating we are welcome to go somewhere else. I have no issues with no dine in and completely understand the google review being incorrect but I did not expect a side of attitude with my sandwich. My first time eating at this JJ's location and let me say that the staff was amazing! The staff (three teenagers mind you!) greeted me when I came in, suggested sandwiches for me, helped me navigate the menu, held friendly conversation with me, and made my sandwich super duper quick, and even helped me sign up for the rewards program! I ordered two italians and they were very well made! Perfect amount of veggies and oil and vinegar! This Jimmy Johns has gained a new regular! I eat at Jimmy John's pretty often. It's my wife's favorite sub place by far. We usually eat at the Chastain Rd store but last week found one next to Five Guy's on Hwy 41. I've only previously had one really bad sandwich at Jimmy John's (my first-a tuna fish on the heavy bread), until today. I've had a lot of lettuce wrap sandwiches, and love them. I thought, I'll give JJ's a try. Boy was I wrong . Number one it wasn't a lettuce wrap, but that's just the begining. Only one slice of tomato on my 17, and how about more lettuce, I didn't taste the oregino or sauce I asked for, how could I it was one soggy mess. So things have gone down hill since my last review. The sandwiches are smaller in substance and they are literally smacked together. Mine was overflowing with mayo and had very little meat. I gave it a 3 instead of a 2 because of cleanliness of the store and speed when delivering.
