This Arby's is my "third place;" it's about my favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic. These guys make excellent, hot, fresh food. The veggies are fresh, and the portion sizes are generous. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's not unusual to be pleasantly surprised when you order a small fry and they give you a medium, or something similar. The staff are kind. They seem awfully attentive for quick-service workers, but I'll take it. They are attentive to your needs; they are quick to give plenty of sauces, any additional plasticware, etc. The few times they've made a mistake on my order, they always make it right, usually with a coupon or some above-and-beyond move. The restaurant is consistently clean. Their 2-5 PM $1 deals are great. They also give out coupons a lot; not every single time, but a lot! If you don't have it yet, the new Arby's app is worth getting; it always has one or two e-coupons or deals on it. If quick-service gets any better than this one, I'm not sure how. Two big thumbs up. Thanks to Smael and his crew for a great place!

We have been to this location a few times. Sometimes when we drive by the line is off the chain but I don't think their lobby is open but I could be wrong! Our most recent trip we came by we were in the drive thru and the line was not bad and we got everything fast. The order was accurate and staff was nice. Cant help to try new trends going on lol. The food here has always been good (at-least what we get).

Absolutely awful. First, the line was slow. I waited 5 minutes to order. I was about to pull out of line and then the line started moving. Next, the person taking my drive thru order was far from friendly...no welcome, thank you or anything showing hospitality. When he asked for my order he said, "what do you want" and after ordering I was instructed to "drive ahead". After waiting several minutes to get to the window, I was told my jalapeño poppers still had 2 minutes to cook. I pulled up and waited. I was handed my bag and when I got home the curly fries I had ordered weren't in the bag. So not only is the service at this Arby's bad, they steal money by having people pay for food and then pocketing the cash by not filling the complete order. I will never go to this Arby's again...and maybe any Arby's.

This Arby's has the fanciest interior of any fast food restaurant I've ever been inside. I ordered two sliders, one chicken and one corned beef. Both were really good and surprisingly satisfying for their size. The one downside: 40-60% of the melted cheese runs out and sticks to the bottom the the little cartons they serve the sliders in. I can look past this though because the sliders still had plenty of cheese. The staff are really nice here and the restaurant is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. They have a bell at the door that you are suppose to ring of you enjoyed your experience which I rang because my experience was great. If you are a fan of Arby's and are in the Acworth area I highly recommend this location but don't forget to ring the bell if you enjoy yourself!

Inside is beautiful! Best looking Arby's I've ever been too! Food was great and the service was excellent! We don't frequent this area much, but when we do this will be the new go to for a quick meal! My order was nice and hot when it came out, order was exactly what we ordered! Good job!

Nice decor and freshly remodeled.

I went out of my way to drive to this location . At the time , I was near the one in Hiram . But I kept thinking about how great the first salad was . Unlike the first time , the portion was very small, and the balance of ingredients was off . I ordered the Southwest Chicken Avocado salad . It was mostly chicken slices and lettuce ,with hardly any roasted corn, avocado or poblano, and no black beans at all . There was very little onion , and even the lettuce was sparse . For $12.00, this was not the quality I expected, especially compared to the past visit . If I hadn't received the first salad , which was absolutely amazing, I wouldn't have known the difference . Chain restaurants should have consistent menu preparation. Make it the same every time!! I could've walked inside of Publix grocery store and got a ready made $8.00 salad for what I received . McAlister's is known for fresh salads . I took the time to order and paid online , only to pull up to the drive through to be immensely disappointed. I put my car into drive and pondered whether I should go inside and ask for a refund . My heart was set on a McAlister's fresh salad . I didn't feel like going some place else . The plan was to grab a fresh salad , head home, eat dinner and relax for the evening. I really hate to leave a negative review, but this time it just didn't measure up .

My grand was excited that she earned a coupon for Jersey Mike's from Gymnastics Academy of Atlanta and wanted to stop by for dinner. During playing my order, I informed the associate that I had a coupon for buying 2 giants and receiving 1 free. I ordered 2 chicken and 1 beef and all with bacon. It took the usual cooking time for a hot sub. I was called to pay for my order and it was only 2 sandwiches, I informed the 2nd associate that I had 3 subs. He asked the original associate who took my order where was the other giant. He walked from the grill to check the order and said he had a smaller sandwiche on the grill. I said the coupon and I ordered a giant. He walks of with an attitude and frustrated and yells back to his associate that "He gonna have to wait now, cuz I have to cook another one." My daughter and granddaughter picked up on his unprofessional behavior and asked was everything ok, and I said Yes, we will be fine. There was a 2nd couple that experienced the same service, and the husband wanted to confront the associate but the wife asked him to sit outside. Finally got my food. Spent $65. Left with a 11yr old and 9yr old girls asking questions about the service. We ended up talking to the couple outside, and they explained that they sat out there because of the service. My grand gave the guy the free chips and drink coupon we had left and we left. Probably won't go back to this location if the service level is this way.
