The guys that we met last night were awesome! There are 3 Celiacs in our family and it was our first time trying the gluten free subs. These guys were so nice and patient. They changed gloves, put new paper down everywhere, wiped everything down, used a clean knife and separate toppings. Eating out can be extremely stressful and these guys made it easy. Called ahead for an order (like 6 hours in advance, it was only a $20 order). When I showed up 30 minutes before I said I would, it was already made, which was concerning. However, it was amazing! Maybe they'd just made it, maybe their bread sits really well, either way, my wife and I loved our subs! read more

Store is run by a bunch of kids, had many orders messed up, sandwiches are way too overpriced, store is tiny and constantly busy with no masks, the only thing good about the store are the managers and how courteous and efficient they are. read more

Jersey Mike's is my standard sub place. It's close by, they're super nice, and I get a ton for my money! I've only tried two things here, the veggie and the italian, both are awesome! The size of the subs here are much larger than Subway and are pack full of better quality meats and veggies. Not to mention how yummy their bread is. For awhile there I would go back and forth between Jersey Mike's and Subway due to the price. Recently I've discovered that Jersey Mike's has a student discount in which I can get a regular sub with chips or a drink for $5. Awesome deal!! Service is great and food is even better! The best place in the area for a quick sandwich. I love roast beef and the best thing about Jersey Mike's is that they have high quality, rare roast beef that they slice fresh for you when they make your sandwich. The portions here are pretty big and you get a good bargain for your money. This particular store is clean and well kept up, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Walked in. Got in line. About 6 people in front of me. Got to the front of the line. The guy behind the counter took the order of the guy right behind me. I noticed "online order" on a receipt on the work counter so I figured I was next. Then they continued to take the order from the guy behind the online order guy. Then the guy behind him. This is another restaurant run by children! No adult supervision looking after the business. Called an order in last night. Tried app and it only showed six meals. Tried to order by sandwich but then I couldn't order tea. Called in and had to prompt guy on each item. Arrived to pickup order and there were 3 customers being served. My order was on the counter but I had to wait while cashier carried on chitchat with 2 of them even after he heard me tell another person why I was there. This went on 10 minutes or more. Finally they took their order over to a table. I had to remind him I had ordered 2 drinks, he gave me cups. When I went to fill them up, the tea dispensers were disassembled. When I asked how to get tea, he told me get bottled tea. He had multiple opportunities to tell me there was no tea available. I had to demand my money back. I should have walked out after waiting thru chitchat for 5 minutes. Never again, what a waste of real estate! read more

14 people in line and 2 guys working! Waited 26 mins before he started my sandwich. Offered nothing to me for the wait not even an apology. I truly felt sorry for these two boys. Great sandwiches but if you have ever eaten Jersey Mike's subs they make them fresh which takes a bit longer. With only 2 employees and 14 people, and one guy orders a hot cheese steak and another orders 4 people... well you do the math. I am very disappointed in management at this location. read more

I come here almost once a week to pick up a sub for my dad and sometimes myself. It can be a long wait if it's lunchtime. I usually go around 2:30-3 and the wait isn't more than 5-8 minutes. This place has been here since I can remember. Always a better choice than jimmy johns for sure. read more

My experience here has been the worst Jersey Mike's experience ever. My order was taken in a hurry, but the blond gentleman prepping the subs/salads with toppings finished the customer in front of me, and with me standing right in front of him, left to go cook. He seemed to motion for the guy cutting the meat to finish my order, but he didn't see him or didn't want to. I've been to enough Jersey Mike's regularly over the last 6 years to know the flow. I stood there for a couple minutes and the cashier had to finish my order. I think that was extremely rude. He didn't want to make my order, clearly. This is the impression I got. Then the shore points system went down. I only give them two stars because they have actual lemons for the tea. I've never been to a JM with attitude like this! The sub in a tub doesn't have enough oil and vinegar. Not happy at all. read more

This is a great Jersey Mike's location - always clean, friendly and fast. I've enjoyed every sandwich I've ever had from them, even when I pick it up to bring home and it's had to sit for a few minutes. The bread is delicious and they don't skimp on meats or toppings. Much, much better than Subway! You might pay a little more but it's worth it. read more

Being that I am a huge critic of all fare whose origins tend to be from the North East, specifically, Philly, New York, and New Jersey, I truly enjoy finding a place who can create a dish, or in this case a sub, that reminds me of what I grew up eating. Despite the fact that Jersey Mike's is a chain of franchises, they don't seem to suffer nearly as much like so many other chains tend to suffer - with consistency. I have a JM close to me that I frequent on bowling nights to shield myself from the wretched bowling alley food, but this JM location is actually close to my home and I never used to visit here. That has since changed. There is one thing about this location that I would never thought to suggest would be an inconsistency, but this location actually builds a bigger sandwich than the already big sandwich I am used to getting at my bowling alley location. I know, terrible thing to complain about, huh? This place, on each occasion that I have visited, was pretty crowded. But never-you-mind, the professional and courteous staff, move everyone through quickly. No jabber-jawin', no lolly-gaggin', just making subs, and sending you on your way to lunch only to have you skipping dinner. I will travel the extra few minutes, passing any number of sandwich shops, to visit this location. read more

Just left & am super impressed with the service. The two employees worked like a well oiled machine; helping each other out and getting orders completed quickly and correctly as a team. Despite being fifth in line, I was in and out with two sandwiches in less than 10 minutes. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and more than accommodating for my order. The night staff was exceptionally friendly and made suggestions, like the Chipotle mayo. I mentioned that we wanted a good cheese steak tonight and hadn't found one in East Cobb, like the ones I can get downtown, when I'm at work in Atlanta. I also mentioned that we used to frequent Jersey Mike's but hadn't been in a couple of years. They wanted to ensure that we came back sooner than 2 years. Threw in some cherry pepper relish to enhance the Kahuna cheese steak sub experience. It was a great welcome back and it definitely won't be 2 years between this and the next visit. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars, rather than 5, is because the check out process is a bit cumbersome because the register automatically offers several tip options, rather than just posting the price and allowing the patron decide whether they'd like to add a tip to the receipt. This isn't the team's fault, rather a corporate decision, but it's a turn off for take out orders. It's pretty frustrating that gratuities seem to be expected or desired for anything these days. Gratuities were initiated to supplement wait staff wages, since they are legally allowed to be paid far below minimum wage. That's not the case in restaurants like Jersey Mike's, so why the passive aggressive push to tip for a carry out sandwich? Like I said, this is not a reflection on the staff who served us tonight. It's just an unnecessarily cumbersome check out process. The subs were great, BTW. Big Kahuna steak and cheese is great. I consider myself a sandwich lover so I do enjoy a good sub sandwich. I dont necessarily consider myself a "sandwich snob" but I know what are good ingredients and how to make a proper sandwich and I can also say that this jersey mikes follows this code. For one I like the menu options its alot similar to your traditional delicatessen . The cheese steak isnt h alf bad but I always opt for their club sub. I also like Jersey Mike's because they also offer a size bigger than the foot long which is perfect for me as I love to eat and the foot-long-subway-saladbar-on-a-sub sandwich doesnt always do the trick as this always does. Do NOT go to this location. Unless you have an hour to wait for your sandwich to be made and you like for people to play with your food. The service was horrible. The girl handling my order barely even looked at me while I gave her my order. She also stood there playing with my turkey. I was rather disgusted. Not to mention this place is extremely overpriced. Don't get the chicken caesar wraps. They use iceberg lettuce, grated cheese from a can, and a bland Caesar dressing. They couldn't even cut the rubbery chicken with a knife- how are we supposed to eat it? The wrap bread was fresh and tasty but way too much of it for only 3oz of chicken. The chicken is listed as "grilled" but it's not. Definitely not worth the nearly $9 price tag. Not coming back here again. read more
