Nestled in The Avenues Shopping center I was curious as to how this would be. They have both indoor and outside seating and this was quite large to accommodate bigger groups. The menu was simple just go up to the counter and order. Tips are optional just as an FYI. The cashier was very good and knowledgeable about the menu. You can get your chicken grilled or breaded but I was told the breaded option was better. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich with a side of fried pickles and fries. Both these sides come in a small or large size but I would recommend the smaller size since they stack the food up for you. They have several seasoning options for the hand cut fries and I tried the one with rosemary which was a nice addition to this. Both the fries and the pickles were tasty with just the right amount of grease but I couldn't finish it all. The bun was soft and fresh. I always hope it's not a little stale so this was good. The breading on the chicken was okay perhaps a little under seasoned. I also ordered the chicken strips to try. I felt the chicken was cooked through nicely but it was a little dry suggesting it was overcooked. They have a variety of dipping sauces. I would recommend the Korean BBQ which I felt paired the best with the chicken. They do serve several flavors of ice cream and serve it as a single soft scoop in a cup. You can order a range of fountain drinks and had a good variety of choices. All together this is not a bad place for some fast food chicken but I wouldn't say this is the best chicken I've had it was just ok. read more

This is review is based on their cold fusion only, which was pretty pathetic. I got their "flavor of the week" custard, which was supposed to be Nutter Butter, with Reese's mix in. The custard itself was basically vanilla custard with 3, I counted, small pieces of Nutter Butter mixed in the entire . The Reese's was, I'd guess, a tablespoon on the top with absolutely nothing mixed in. Wish I would have realized how bad this was before leaving, but at least I had chocolate sauce at my house to make the custard a bit more exciting. The inside of the place looks and feels like your typical fast casual restaurant. Super Chix was a great location which felt like a noticeable step up from your typical fast food chicken place. The inside has a lot of space to eat which is great and you order at the counter and then wait at your table. Everyone was very nice and the service was great. One of the people I was eating with ordered two chicken tenders and after the employee brought the food to our table they brought an extra tender because they noticed the first was small. The food was good as well. It was much fresher food and overall better tasting than the large chain fast food chicken places. I had the deluxe sandwich which was great and I was able to split a large order of fries with 3 other people. Everyone else enjoyed their food too. There is a sauce bar inside with plenty of options for whatever you're in the mood for. Overall I really enjoyed Super Chix as a change of pace from a normal fast food place. It does come with an increase in price but I'd still recommend visiting Super Chix for a nice experience with great staff and to try some really solid chicken! read more

The servings were way more than I expected! Hand cut fries, perfectly seasoned and hot! Generous Buffalo chicken sandwich was nicely wrapped for neat ease of handling. Atmosphere was "industrial," but who cares? It's a chicken joint. Order clerk was very sweet and helpful. Pricing was high, but oh so worth it. I got two meals' worth of food. First time trying this chain and I can't speak on other sites but I really enjoyed this! The menu does read like an upscale version of Chic Fila only so much better! The ingredients, the taste, the presentation, it's the little details that makes it better! I had the deluxe chicken sandwich and the chicken was moist, had a light crisp without being over breaded, over seasoned, or greasy. Garlic aioli on a flavorful bun and the lettuce and tomato were totally fresh! They have far tastier sounding choices like chicken parm or Nashville bbq or a Mandarin orange salad, or loaded fries! I will say the first visit was impeccable and my subsequent visit was not quite as perfect but close. So like everywhere, it will depend on the day and how well the staff performs their job. Thrilled to be the first person to review what can only be described as the most family friendly establishment this side of the Chattahoochie. My husband and I ate here with our three daughters this week and it was just straight up AMAZING. I've never been to a Super Chix before but I can tell you that I will be taking my family here every chance I get. The staff was SO friendly and eager, the place is clean, and the food was beyond delicious. I knew I'd be writing a rave review the second my sandwich came to the table. I had the hot honey sandwich and rosemary pepper fries. Huge portions and guess what, I ate every crumb, as did my husband. This model focuses as much on sandwiches tho too, and not in the form of two tenders on a bun but actual chicken breasts. Lots of tasty options both fried and grilled which is a nice touch. I hope this isn't a fluke because I just devoured one of The best chicken sandwiches ever! My job brings Fooda in and there's a variety of vendors we get to try and this was my first time trying super chix and it won't be the last. I got the breaded chix sandwich and it was sooo delicious and seasoned to perfection and the crispiness rivaled Popeyes and chick fila but this was way better than both! I was so hungry and was pleasantly surprised by the huge portion size of the sandwich. The bread was fresh and delicious and those pickles, YUM! I'm not even a pickle person per se but I munched/crunched them all. They gave me some type of sauce looked like Mayo but had a taste that brought everything together so well! I used all of it on the sandwich. Super!! I have been to the Dunwoody location before and was thrilled to find one in Marietta. Tried the Southwest Salad with Breaded n it's going to be my fav! The staff was Super nice and attentive even it was a busy Sunday afternoon. Very family friendly and I was happy to see so many families with kids enjoying the food. The fries were crispy (get a large there's enough to share with three to four people) and the place is so spacious. I crave this every week almost and I prefer sitting outside.
