1. Parking and location: very good parking areas as this place is a stand alone building in a shopping area. 2. Seating and ambiance. Casual seating with that modern bbq, burger style decor, really nice and clean environment. Service: I have to give this place a 5 star in service, although you order at the register and they call your number to pick your food at the counter, an employee walks up to your table and refills your fries for free! What? The burger station has all the items you would need, lettuce (three kinds), tomato, onions, peppers, etc, ect. First off - incredible customer service! That alone would make me go back. Large parking lot outside, outside picnic table seating (which was gated, great for parents with small children) clean restaurant with plenty of tables and seating. My husband ordered a few hamburgers and we were able to add on whatever toppings we wanted and sauces. Toppings bar had a large variety of items such as white onion, red onion, two different kinds of pickles, I think 3 different types of lettuce, tomatoes, and plenty more. I enjoyed their burgers. A tiny bit on the pricier end IMO but they were good. Their fries were very good, too! A sweet employee walked around with a tray of mints and offered to every customer. Clean restrooms. Nice quick fast food burger spot that has plenty of seating space a toppings bar for your burger and seasons for your fries. The also sell chicken wings (which are pretty affordable), chicken tenders, and chicken sandwiches. I hear great things about the wings (I'm pescatarian) the offer typical flavors. I've eaten at this restaurant many times in the past, but this is my first review. At lunch time, the lines can be a little long. There were 8 people in line when I entered the restaurant and 2 cashiers taking orders. At one point, one of the cashiers left and started wiping down tables. She eventually came back to take orders. Kristen, my cashier, was friendly and welcoming. She did a great job of up-selling items. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. First, she suggested making it a meal. Next, she suggested making the burger a double. Finally, she asked if I wanted to add a sundae to my order. The wait times were reasonable. I was in line for around 3 minutes, and my food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The food was good. I ordered cheese fries. The fries were hot. They were covered in a white cheese sauce. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. There was lots of bacon on the burger. My only complaint about the burgers is that they tend to be too dry. They are not served hot and juicy. They have lots of sauces and fixings on the condiment bar. Jessica, the manager, expedited orders. She also visited tables in the dining room. She checked on guest satisfaction and handed out mints. They have a rewards program. You can earn $10 for every $100 you spend. They used to have a punch card system, where you received a free burger after purchasing 10 burgers. There is no sign on door outside of building requiring masks. Many people walked in without a mask on or in their hand. It was lunch time snd most tables were full. Spots on floor for distancing in front of ordering cashier. There were a few unmasked parties standing together on one spot and leaning in to give their orders. There was no sneeze guard or distancing at "sides" bar or soda pick up. The only people wearing masks were what appeared to be single party - parents & Grandparents and their young children. They were obviously aware - too late -that this is definitely not an environment of one is taking the Corona Virus seriously--doubt they will be back! Cheeseburger Bobby's has one of the best burgers in the fast casual market. The burgers are always hot and the fries typically are hot as well but there have been a couple of times where that hasn't been true (they'll happily replace them). The toppings are self serve and they have a wide variety of fry seasonings and sauces, including their signature Bobby's Sauce. As if the food wasn't enough, Cheeseburger Bobby's has excellent customer service. In town for work and decided to stop here after checking out some other reviews, definitely glad I did. The food was excellent, fresh, and they have a nice toppings bar where you can load up on whatever veggies and sauces you want. The burger was juicy, cooked fresh, the bun was high quality and fresh, and the onion rings were also really good. Brought home a Snickers and hot fudge frozen custard (waaaay better than ice cream), and it was amazing as well. The best part of it was how awesome the employees were, very friendly and happy to there. They walked around offering all the customers free fries, mints, ice cream. I really like the concept of ordering a Cheeseburger and going to the bar to customize it. There are myriad sauces (including Bobby's) and Spices to choose from...then there are all the standard toppings and condiments. This spot was a random find! If you want a large list of burger options, this place is it. It's in a shoppinp plaza with ample parking. You get in line, order your food and then they call your name once it's ready. You can sit outside or inside where there's plenty of seats. I ordered a plain hamburger with ketchup and Mayo. That burger was cooked to perfection. And the bun was so warm and soft. The only reason for the four stars was due to the fact that the fries were a bit soggy and the condiments station was open for people to grab their own lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Ot looked a bit unsanitary. Based on the reviews, I expected this to be a great experience, but unfortunately... me and my tastebuds left quite disappointed. Went about 11:45, so before any lunch rush. I ordered a double burger with bacon and Bleu cheese along with a side of fries. When my order was ready, I received a single burger with bacon and cheddar cheese. It was correct on the receipt... Not sure why the mix-up. I stood there for several minutes trying to get someone's attention to let them know that my order was wrong. There were four people standing at the counter, but they didn't seem to see me. Finally, I got someone's attention... They said they would fix the order, handed me the fries, and I went back to sit down. They did fix my order, but this time, the burger patties were almost burnt, topped with a very sad amount of bacon (much less than initially), and the sprinkling of Bleu cheese was sparse, and only on top of the burger. Never have I received a double cheeseburger that's naked between the patties. Saddening. The only thing saving this review from having two stars was the ample toppings bar with fresh lettuce, tomato, a few kinds of onions, and the wide array of condiments. Too bad the burgers really NEED that much help in the flavor department since they are overcooked and lacking the paid-for toppings. Also, wanted to try the "Bobby Sauce", but the dispenser was broken. An employee said they would bring some out to me, but I had to go back to the counter to get it. At that point, I had already eaten over half of my meal. No apologies given, so guessing that messed up orders are a regular occurrence here. Too bad. Missed opportunity. Quick and simple build your own burgers. We got the basic cheeseburger and a Swiss mushroom burger. All of the toppings are condiments are at a self service bar. The bar was well stocked and the items looked pretty fresh. They also have various sauces and lots of different seasonings you can put on your fries. Kids meals come with fries and a drink. The kids burger is about half the size of a regular burger. The chicken tenders are fried and come with three pieces. We also tried the chocolate dipped cone. The custard is rich and thick. Very first time eating here. I had the double black and blu burger. It was very good and had enough juices to where the burger was not dried out. There is a bar where you can put the basic toppings on. There are several fry seasonings as well oh and a lot of sauces!! Which makes me happy because I like to dip everything in sauce lol.
