If you like Smash burgers, this is worth trying. I must say, I have never before had a smash burger that wasn't overcooked and basically ruined, meaning this is the very first place I remember getting a good smash burger. I was mistakenly warned all the burgers came well done when I tried to order a medium burger. I'm very glad to have not been served charcoal, and was somewhat impressed that the burger wasn't all grease. We tried the brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries, and sweet potato fries with garlic and Parmesan and to kill us off, a brownie laden mess of a milkshake. The brussels sprouts had the perfect texture of being roasted without ruined. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and not greasy. You will have to try the milkshake, no spoilers. I cannot say anything about consistency, but if they are consistent, this place is well worth a visit, prices are pretty fair, food is definitely above average. read more

Excellent again. Brussels sprouts are the move! So good. A must! Under new ownership so they did not have a liquor license. Keep that in mind of having a beer is important to you. My only complaint is that they use plastic silverware. I just hate the waste. I don't especially enjoy eating on plastic silverware either, but the thought of it spending hundreds of years in a landfill is a downer. They do use a paper packaging for their leftovers and for that I give them two thumbs up. read more

The food portions at Cluck-N-Mooh are very sizeable and taste great. The waitresses are very friendly. I love the classic milkshakes, but the specialty ones are so good! The Sweet Home Cotton Candy was very original and fun looking. Pro tip: you need to order and drink the milkshakes in the restaurant to get the full experience rather than ordering it to-go. A few issues were the lack of menus at the restaurant. The only hand printed menu we saw was at the counter where you place your order. We didn't get waters with our meal. And we ordered the tenders, but when you ask for the sauce on the side, the portions they give you aren't enough. So you might as well get it pre-sauced. Overall it was a good experience. The food tasted great and the servers were kind. Definitely worth giving them a shot. read more

Server was great. Ordered a burger with no bun. What is got for $9 was a very slim beef patty. It was tasty but not much beef. The tray it was served on was an open metal grid type. The burger was on a paper liner. The moisture from the burger soaked the paper and it was shredding into my burger. They need a new type of tray for this burger. I also ordered the Brussel sprouts. Nice serving for $5 and cooked great with a side of ranch. Honestly for the cost of each item I wish the ambiance was nicer than plastic chairs and cheap napkins. My friend ordered a salad which was very large and looked good. Would I go back it's a big maybe. Wouldn't be my first thought. read more

Absolutely loved this place! The Brussel sprouts are a must order. I absolutely love being able to customize my own burger so if you're into "create your owns", definitely try this place. My husband really enjoyed their strawberry milkshake so I'll take his word for it that it was tasty. I'd like to note that there's plenty of parking and the restaurant sits amongst a mixed use development. read more

Food was very good- wait staff was not welcoming at all except for a "Welcome in!!!" That was not very heartfelt- the kind that says"my boss told me to say this when someone comes in". I'd rather have someone say hello and mean it rather than a "welcome in" that is so scripted. read more

Less than mid burger...I seen very good ratings and was hoping this would be a good burger place. Me and my boyfriend were very disappointed. For the price thought it would have been better almost $40 for two single burgers and fries. Low-key should have just went to five guys. read more

I love this place and eat here every time I come to town, but I had a really bad experience. We ordered two burgers with fries. It came out to $24. We were purchasing online all of a sudden they added a tip and the total was 33 bucks I'd like to add my own tip, but there was no option for that, nine dollar tip seems pretty big for $24 don't you think I've tried to reach out several times but nobody can help me and the The young girl was extremely rude. I will not be giving this place my business any longer and I doubt I'll get my nine dollars back , when I picked up the order, they said they were having trouble with their online orders. I guess that's how they're making money. read more

Came for a celebratory meal and our party of 6 couldn't have had a better experience. The place is small and when we arrived it was busy. The waitress was good (she was hopping so our water glasses were not always full). If she had more staff to help (there appeared to be only 2 working inside and patio) she would have had more time to be excellent. No complaints on the job she did. Everything was delicious and I did not take pictures, but I will get them and post later! First time having a taste of a milkshake and now I see what the love is. I can't have an entire one for myself (unless they begin using alternatives for the milk/ice cream) but the sip I had of the salty caramel was fabulous! Not much more to say here - just go, give them a try and enjoy. They were out of my favorite draft beer - so I better start trying other varieties, but I am pretty stuck on blonds and Modelo! I am open to suggestions! read more

Fantastic food, fantastic service. Best milkshakes anywhere. The only complaint at all is that 2 children best on the door to the bathroom I was used and screamed obscenities at me because they thought I was one of the workers. Not their fault tho. read more

Excellent service. 8/10 Food - Essentially all à la carte. Ordered 6 wings, 4 tenders and fries. No meal offers them. $24 for just these items. Wings were very good. Great flavor - teriyaki. Tenders were good - had them tossed in Korean BBQ. 6 wings were $10 & the 4 tenders were $10. Not great value and while they were good, not worth the price. Fries were $4 & are awful. They were limp, cold and had zero seasoning. Ordered a milkshake. Very good. $10. The bathroom is odd. Essentially a see thru door and only one bathroom for the entire restaurant. read more

Great concept they have here! My gf and daughter suggested this spot, and mentioned how great it is. The name says it all, burgers and chicken wings. Parking wasn't bad (this location is in a strip mall center, nicer one too). It's very open when you walk in ... a sea of tables and then a bar. It's kinda disjointed in how the bar sticks out like a sore thumb, like it doesn't belong. But certainly loved that they have a bar. Couples TVs as well playing sports. Soooo, we ordered draft beers. Selection was pretty decent. The Blood Orange beer was my favorite (had the Reformation Jogr, was ok). For the meal, I got the Three Little Peppers turkey burger with fried pickles. The turkey burger was very good and loved the slight heat from the toppings. Excellent! The fried pickles with the dipping sauce were pretty good too. My gf got tots with hers and I didn't really like the flavoring of the tots. For dessert, we got the strawberry shake. It had half of a little Debbie strawberry roll and a strawberry wafer. It was DELICIOUS. Would recommend getting one of their shakes. For 4 beers and 4 meals with dessert, came out to about $70 (prob about $46 w/o alcohol) so not too bad at all for the quality. Service was ok. We did have to flag her once for another beer. Overall, a great experience and really great food. I can see us coming back here again and would recommend it. read more

My group was 3 people, and there was no one else in there. We ordered 2 burgers and a side salad. 1 of the burgers wasn't the burger we ordered and the other one didn't have everything that was asked. The salad was fine. Our waitress wasn't hospitable or kind, and was not professional, as she had an airpod in her ear the whole time. The worst part was that while we were eating, the kitchen started blasting mexican music! It was so loud and they didn't turn it off till after we left. We have came here multiple times, but it has never been like that! We will not be coming back. read more

Loved it. No it's not intimate. One large room. No. Wasn't the best burger, but stop, worth ordering still. Went in for a solo birthday meal. The milkshake pics drew me in. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The milkshake took me back to being a kid. Toasted marshmallow, perfect vanilla blend and Carmel to die for. Go. Order one. Burger was good enough. Bun not toasted. Everything fresh and ripe. When my food was ready and my server was taking a to go order, the chef came out and delivered my food. Again. Solid local place. read more

I was skeptical about this place because it was empty when we arrived. I guess because it was around 5pm before the dinner rush. Other patrons trickled in as we were eating. The staff was kind and helpful. The only issue I ran into were the tacos. My child wanted lettuce, cheese, and sour cream only(picky). They don't have sour cream and said they would have to charge me full price even though there was no meat. Most places accommodate veggie requests so that was a minor turnoff for me. She got wings instead. The food was delicious so no complaints. It was a little pricey so for burgers though. read more

The staff members were very kind. The food was terrible. Our trays were soaked from grease. You shouldn't have grease dripping like a faucet from your burger when you take a bite. Their garlic parm fries, beware that it is minced garlic, and there is a lot of it. Too much. The tater tots were decent, but they definitely tasted frozen. The burgers were extremely hot as well. I am not sure if they are deep fried? But, they came out as if nuked in the microwave. After several minutes, the burger was still steaming with every single bite. Warm or hot is fine, but this was burning your tongue always through. If we would ever go back, it would be to try a milkshake. I would never go back for the good. Oh, be prepared to smell like you've been working in a restaurant all day. Clothes and hair will smell of food. read more

We decided to try another local eatery tonight. We placed our order online - very easy to do with a place for special instructions. Pick up was quick and easy - and our order was correct! I built my own burger. The burger was juicy and flavorful. My husband got the chicken fingers which he said while they weren't the best he's ever had, they we're still good. We shared an order of fries - there were plenty. It's good to know we have a solid chicken and burger place nearby! read more

Went here today at lunch after a great first time. Seems there are new owners. Portable ac running, counter service vs table service. Can't recall how it was a few months ago, but something had changed. When were first ordered they said they had no fries or tots but were then told delivery just arrived and they were available. I was going to order a double meat burger but ordertaker said now singles are two patties, double four. So I just got the three pepper burger single. When it arrived, it was one patty. The fries order they told us plenty for 2. Maybe the size Of a McD medium. They actually had several people at the counter so we just ate and left. No need to question. Burgers were ok. Fries ok. Not sure we'll go back. read more

I used to come here frequently when it first opened and the food and service was absolutely amazing. I came back recently and was sad to find everything had gone downhill. To start, the decor and menus had been changed to be darker and less enjoyable. Even in the bathroom, the soap dispenser had run out and was refilled with water. The food offered had been expanded significantly, but the quality had declined drastically. I ordered the avo avo burger; and the patty was very thin and fatty, while the overall burger lacked flavor. While this place used to be known for its amazing shakes, the one I ordered was in a smaller plastic cup, instead of the glasses. The level of garnishment had also gone down, and the shake did not taste very good. I paid almost $25 for a burger and fries and half of a shake (split it with someone else). I will not be coming back here. read more

My dad and I had a delicious lunch at the Click-n-Moo today! We both had a Mooohhh burger (highly recommend!) and shared an order of fries (highly recommend these too!). We'll definitely be back - the food was delicious, the restaurant was comfortable and clean and the service was excellent! The last time my wife and I dined there, the food was pretty good. However, at that time, I noticed that their posted inspection score had gone down from the previous visit. Sure enough, it went down again since then. In fact, the inspection score has gone further down every time. How long before we become ill from eating there? Why does management allow these poor practices to get worse and worse? I will not go back until they raise the score to an A. read more

We went for lunch today went in and sat down. Waited 10 minutes while a girl looked at her phone. Then when she finally came over, she said that the pipes were frozen and they didn't have any soda so we were like OK so she left us to look at the menus for another 10 minutes and then came back and said oh just so you know we don't have any tenders. We walked out. Wasted 20 minutes!! read more

We have enjoyed Cluck-n-Moo often. However, our most recent experience has left me quite disappointed. We placed our order on the website because they do not allow for pickup orders anymore. We did not have a choice to pick up ourselves when we asked to do so. Upon receiving our order, 2 items were missing. Their response to the situation was that they could remake the order and we could come and get it. How is that a good fix for what you messed up? To inconvenience the customer twice? This came from the manager. This is what is wrong with business today...The mentality of we will give you what we give you and you will just take it? Poor service. We ultimately got a refund for the items we were missing but how it this good business? read more

CHARGED FOR A DELIVERY NEVER RECEIVED! It's was around 7pm, I'm 8 months pregnant and starving. I went on the actual website to order delivery. Everything went through fine. An hour and a half later it should have been delivered and was not. I called the store and an employee told me they do not offer delivery and that a ticket never came through so I would not be receiving an order. When I asked why an option for delivery or pick up was on their website the employee said they don't have any 3rd party delivery except for grub hub and door dash. Needless to say I was still charged according to my bank account statement by Cluck n Mooh for and order that supposedly was never received by the company. I will be filing for a fraudulent charge. read more

The food was veryhi good just wings, burgers and fries, but still very good! Nice smaller place bit it h

There's a sign out front that states that the restaurant is understaffed as you see in many places nowadays; this is the first place I've encountered where it affected service so much. We arrived at 6pm on a Friday when the place was half full and we're left hanging at the door. There's a hostess station but no one was there and it took a few minutes for a server to come over and tell us to sit anywhere. In fact, we were already in our way to a table when he caught up to us. We ordered relatively quickly one kids burger and one adult and chicken as well. The kids burger took a bit to come out. Over 20 minutes and as the night was nice it took a bit for it to dawn on us that our food hadn't come out yet. Looking around we noticed that multiple tables that had arrived after us had their food. One had even eaten and left. I also noticed our server continually going into the kitchen and apparently teaching the cooks how to use the computer system. They looked confused as he kept going back and showing them something on the screen. Finally around 6:50 we flagged our server down and asked him what had happened. He said first that the chicken had been given to someone else and then stated that they had missed the order in the kitchen. We thanked him and he walked off. The family chatted about this latest bit of news for a bit and decided that we should just leave. We flagged down the server again around 7 (an hour after arriving) paid for the food we had received, and left. Here's the deal. My wife and I have both worked in food service in both server and management capacities for years. There were multiple failures here. First and most important the server should have never left us out to hang as the order failed. He covered multiple tables around us and never checked in or updated us. Orders get messed up that's life but you have to keep the customer in the loop. Also a burger and chicken finger order should take at most 10-15 minutes to build. Our order could have been built 3-5 times in the amount of time we spent waiting there. Third, there was zero sense of urgency. I saw another employee in front of house but they certainly didn't seem to be helping out. A little teamwork probably would have helped out our server. Anyway. The bite of my daughters burger that I had tasted pretty good but unforced errors are bringing the place down read more

Great causal spot to grab a burger , tenders, wings and a milkshake. Great for a cute milkshake date or spot to take the kids to. I love the different flavor of wings they have.
