If you like Smash burgers, this is worth trying. I must say, I have never before had a smash burger that wasn't overcooked and basically ruined, meaning this is the very first place I remember getting a good smash burger. I was mistakenly warned all the burgers came well done when I tried to order a medium burger. I'm very glad to have not been served charcoal, and was somewhat impressed that the burger wasn't all grease. We tried the brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries, and sweet potato fries with garlic and Parmesan and to kill us off, a brownie laden mess of a milkshake. The brussels sprouts had the perfect texture of being roasted without ruined. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and not greasy. You will have to try the milkshake, no spoilers. I cannot say anything about consistency, but if they are consistent, this place is well worth a visit, prices are pretty fair, food is definitely above average. read more

Excellent again. Brussels sprouts are the move! So good. A must! Under new ownership so they did not have a liquor license. Keep that in mind of having a beer is important to you. My only complaint is that they use plastic silverware. I just hate the waste. I don't especially enjoy eating on plastic silverware either, but the thought of it spending hundreds of years in a landfill is a downer. The food portions at Cluck-N-Mooh are very sizeable and taste great. The waitresses are very friendly. I love the classic milkshakes, but the specialty ones are so good! The Sweet Home Cotton Candy was very original and fun looking. Pro tip: you need to order and drink the milkshakes in the restaurant to get the full experience rather than ordering it to-go. A few issues were the lack of menus at the restaurant. The only hand printed menu we saw was at the counter where you place your order. We didn't get waters with our meal. And we ordered the tenders, but when you ask for the sauce on the side, the portions they give you aren't enough. So you might as well get it pre-sauced. Overall it was a good experience. Server was great. Ordered a burger with no bun. What is got for $9 was a very slim beef patty. It was tasty but not much beef. The tray it was served on was an open metal grid type. The burger was on a paper liner. The moisture from the burger soaked the paper and it was shredding into my burger. They need a new type of tray for this burger. I also ordered the Brussel sprouts. Came for a celebratory meal and our party of 6 couldn't have had a better experience. The place is small and when we arrived it was busy. The waitress was good (she was hopping so our water glasses were not always full). If she had more staff to help (there appeared to be only 2 working inside and patio) she would have had more time to be excellent. No complaints on the job she did. Everything was delicious and I did not take pictures, but I will get them and post later! First time having a taste of a milkshake and now I see what the love is. We ordered 2 burgers and a side salad. 1 of the burgers wasn't the burger we ordered and the other one didn't have everything that was asked. The salad was fine. The staff members were very kind. The food was terrible. Our trays were soaked from grease. You shouldn't have grease dripping like a faucet from your burger when you take a bite. Their garlic parm fries, beware that it is minced garlic, and there is a lot of it. Too much. The tater tots were decent, but they definitely tasted frozen. The burgers were extremely hot as well. I am not sure if they are deep fried? But, they came out as if nuked in the microwave. After several minutes, the burger was still steaming with every single bite. I was skeptical about this place because it was empty when we arrived. I guess because it was around 5pm before the dinner rush. Other patrons trickled in as we were eating. The staff was kind and helpful. The only issue I ran into were the tacos. My child wanted lettuce, cheese, and sour cream only(picky). They don't have sour cream and said they would have to charge me full price even though there was no meat. Most places accommodate veggie requests so that was a minor turnoff for me. To start, the decor and menus had been changed to be darker and less enjoyable. Even in the bathroom, the soap dispenser had run out and was refilled with water. The food offered had been expanded significantly, but the quality had declined drastically. I ordered the avo avo burger; and the patty was very thin and fatty, while the overall burger lacked flavor. While this place used to be known for its amazing shakes, the one I ordered was in a smaller plastic cup, instead of the glasses. The level of garnishment had also gone down, and the shake did not taste very good. I paid almost $25 for a burger and fries and half of a shake (split it with someone else). There's a sign out front that states that the restaurant is understaffed as you see in many places nowadays; this is the first place I've encountered where it affected service so much. We arrived at 6pm on a Friday when the place was half full and we're left hanging at the door. There's a hostess station but no one was there and it took a few minutes for a server to come over and tell us to sit anywhere. In fact, we were already in our way to a table when he caught up to us. We ordered relatively quickly one kids burger and one adult and chicken as well. The kids burger took a bit to come out. Over 20 minutes and as the night was nice it took a bit for it to dawn on us that our food hadn't come out yet. Looking around we noticed that multiple tables that had arrived after us had their food. One had even eaten and left. I also noticed our server continually going into the kitchen and apparently teaching the cooks how to use the computer system. They looked confused as he kept going back and showing them something on the screen. Finally around 6:50 we flagged our server down and asked him what had happened. He said first that the chicken had been given to someone else and then stated that they had missed the order in the kitchen. We thanked him and he walked off. The family chatted about this latest bit of news for a bit and decided that we should just leave. We flagged down the server again around 7 (an hour after arriving) paid for the food we had received, and left. Here's the deal. My wife and I have both worked in food service in both server and management capacities for years. There were multiple failures here. First and most important the server should have never left us out to hang as the order failed. He covered multiple tables around us and never checked in or updated us. Orders get messed up that's life but you have to keep the customer in the loop. Also a burger and chicken finger order should take at most 10-15 minutes to build. Our order could have been built 3-5 times in the amount of time we spent waiting there. Third, there was zero sense of urgency. I saw another employee in front of house but they certainly didn't seem to be helping out. A little teamwork probably would have helped out our server. Anyway.
