I tried the Caribbean Burger with fried chicken -- perfectly seasoned and very clean tasting. The Buzzin Lemonade (strawberry + mango) was delicious, and the fries were excellent. They have self-service kiosks for quick ordering, but I went to the register since I had questions. The staff was very helpful and patient, and my food came out fast and piping hot. I had no issues. I referenced store menu for pictures. I ordered the Back to Basics burger and my son the Buzzin Burger. Both came with fries for $12.99. Majority of the menu items are $12.99. He got mango lemonade and I got strawberry lemonade. The food didn't take too long. I will say both lemonades were good. Price little high but flavor was there. The burgers were just okay. They are decent. I was expecting seasoned fries like Arby's or something. They were like breaded fries. Not bad but again decent. The customer service was good. Young man did a good job juggling multiple tasks. He was taking orders and keeping the dining area clean. I would say prices little high for quality and portion of food received. Said you could upgrade your fries (that comes with it) to cheese fries for $2 but she charged me $5.99! Um, no! So she cha hex that to just a side of cheese sauce. I went to a burger place and ordered a cheesesteak so maybe that was my mistake. Had I ordered a burger, maybe my review would be 4 or 5 stars? The restaurant is in a typical shopping center on Barrett Pkwy so parking is easy. The restaurant is very dark and plays very loud music. I get a bit annoyed when restaurants play loud music because it's hard to hear when ordering your food as well as having a conversation. The cheesesteak was not good- the meat was dry and the bread seemed a bit underbaked. I also ordered the large buffalo fries but the portion was really small. My husband thought it was good so we may come back to try the burgers. read more

I really enjoyed their Buzzin' Salad--huge portion, with avocado, lettuce, yellow bell pepper, purple onions, fried chicken*chopped, it was SO GOOOD. Tried this place out. It was pretty good. We ordered the Buzzin burger, southwesten burger and brussel sprouts. The brussel sprouts were flash fried and topped with lemon pepper seasoning. They were good but seemed a little too salty for me. I did ask for a sauce and they gave me a hot honey sauce and that was good with them. The burgers were good. Well seasoned. The bbq sauce on the southwestern burger was a smokey bbq. I would of liked maybe a honey bbq but over all it was really good. The buzzin burger was good. The patties are smash burgers so if your a big meat eater maybe get 2 or 3. I was good with the single. The service was great. Very friendly staff. The inside is dakr with neon lights and loud music. The most dangerous mistake could have been a disaster! I walked into the rather dark black and red fast-food joint to discover a menu full of indulgent carnival foods such as burgers, chicken fingers, cheesy fries, cheesesteaks, and plenty more. I approached the counter and asked if they have a gluten-free bun. The girl on the register exclaimed definitively and with a smile of reassurance: "Oh, Ma'am, our entire menu is gluten free!" The angels began to sing a melody of hope as I quickly ordered a burger with cheesy fries. After sitting down, I started looking everywhere in the restaurant and online to confirm this exhilarating news, but I found nothing. Soon, I was served a definitively NOT gluten-free bun with clearly breaded fries and certainly flour-thickened cheese sauce. Luckily, I have a sensitivity, not an allergy, so I picked off the bun leaving me with an overpriced, thin piece of beef for my dinner. I was angry and sad and scared for future clients, so we called the manager later who said simply that it shouldn't have happened. I will never go back. When I walked in for my first time the one thing I noticed was the music was weird and VERY LOUD. Like annoyingly loud. You have to order your food via a kiosk- it's designed so you have no interaction with the employees. You can not get bacon on your burger. You have to tell the kiosk what "not" to put on your burger opposed to what toppings you want. No fountain drinks only cans or bottles. They do have sweet tea but no unsweet tea. When your food is ready, you get a text and an employee delivers your food. They just drop it off and walk away. The food was mediocre at best. Theirs better burger places around the area ... Overall, it's another burger place. The burgers are small and nothing special, especially considering the prices. The fries were good and the "bang bang" sauce was a pleasant surprise. The churros were also half-done... with no sugar on the bottom half, they were disappointing. The worst part was before we even arrived at the restaurant. We were leaving a store down the street and excited to try a new place. On our way, a car behind us was swerving through traffic and cut us, and other cars, off. We ironically went the same restaurant (arriving at the same time), and the man driving the car ended up being the owner or one of the operators of the restaurant. For this reason, we won't be back. The food was good, but I have to give low marks for the service. My wife asked for a Gluten Free bun to which the girl taking the order stated that "everything was gluten free." We asked for clarification and she reiterated that yes, everything on the menu was gluten free.
