I wanted to check out a new burger place and Bobby's didn't disappoint. The burgers are thin here but I was warned when I ordered. So def get at least 2 patties. I do like that this is a pick your toppings kinda place. Also they have like a zillion fry seasonings. At different times of the day I happen to see this happen they have what they call a fry fairy come out and refill your fries. That's great customer service right there. Now I did get a salted caramel blizzard like shake. I wasn't impressed at all. I felt like it needed more caramel. This is your typical burger place with the decor. read more

Cheeseburger Bobby's - Bobby's Bacon Cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Woodstock, Georgia

We have been eating for years and now they have decided to cut quality and cut portion sizes to a point where it doesn't make sense to eat here. you Can basically count the number of froes the give in one hand and the burgers look like they are sliders at this point. plus they keep changing things like buns meat fries pickles I'm guessing to save cost. place has gone way down hill. Spent $87 and everyone in my house wasn't even full after eating Don't recommend read more

Ran over to Cheesburger Bobby's to get the original Cheesburger for my wife and I got the chicken tenders, which were very good! The service is always friendly and quick. Didn't wait but maybe 5 minutes. I also got the onion rings which were also delicious. Very consistent, always good and another "go to" for us. read more

My go to burger place. The meat is fresh and the portions are hefty. We love coming here

I really like this place for fast casual food! The chicken wings are nicely fried (a little crispy) and the medium sauce is a perfect tang. I love to add my own toppings to burgers and chicken sandwiches. The custard is super creamy but light at the same time. It's a fun place and the staff are very friendly! read more

I asked for a burger with a gluten free bun and they gave me one without a bun. Then they put the bun on the stove to toast it but then the cashier without gloves picked up the burger by the piece of cardboard it was on and they served it to me. Then I barely got a French fries!! Not happy!! read more

Probably our last time eating here. Our meals were so small barely got any fries, my family all left still hungry, which is disappointing

Did you know that they have shrunk not only the drink sizes, but the chicken fingers as well. Absolutely ridiculous how restaurant owners pass the cost unto the customers. They didn't have to shrink the meals and raise the cost. read more

What did one vegetarian say to the other vegetarian at Cheeseburger Bobby's? "We have to stop 'meating' like this " Cheeseburger Bobby's doesn't have one vegetarian option, it has 3! Veggie, Black Bean or Impossible Burger. I'm partial to their black bean burger. You dress your burger yourself with a good selection of toppings. Fries are continually refilled. Good service and a good option for lunch. Unfortunately, no beer available, so they don't get as much business from me as they might otherwise. read more

I have visited this location previously, but this is my first review. I visited during COVID-19, and this restaurant had taken lots of precautions to keep customers safe. All of the employees were wearing masks and gloves. Every other table or booth was closed. There were floor markers assisting with social distancing. I was impressed that they gave me a plastic pair of tongs in order to use the self-serve condiment bar. The food was good. The cheeseburger was hot and juicy. The fries tasted hot and fresh. The cashier was helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the Woodstock area. read more

I was super skeptical when my husband first told me that Cheeseburger Bobby's was an awesome little place, but I was quickly proven wrong. We've dined here at least a half dozen times over the last year or two. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is tasty every time. Orders are placed up front with the cashier and food is delivered to the side of the bar. There's a small buffet area adjacent to the food delivery where you can add seasonings, dish out sauces, and add toppings to your burger. To be honest, it feels very pre-covid in a way, but I don't mind as it's maintained well and other patrons seem to participate in keeping things neat and clean like I do. In addition to the buffet being maintained nicely, I also feel like the dining room and bathrooms are neat and clean every time that I've been here. I like to order the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and spend a descent amount of time at the buffet area crafting up my various seasonings and sauces and toppings. I would recommend a soda over the tea to drink as every time that I choose tea it's either too hot or too sweet or something is never quite right with it. My favorite part of the Cheeseburger Bobby's experience is how frequently the staff are mingling in the restaurant. They'll follow-up and ask if we need anything or walk around with complementary items like extra fries or samples of their frozen custard to try. Cheeseburger Bobby's is indeed an awesome little place that's great for the entire family, and I'm so happy to live nearby! read more

Use to be one of our favorites. Don't waste your time anymore. Burgers have shrunk and prices went up. Burger quality and taste not what is used to be. Not sure if it's management, or franchise decisions, but certainly a noticeable difference. Unfortunate with so many burger competitors around. Custard is still good. Enjoy. read more

Used to love this place. What happened to the burgers! Two micro thin grayish meat discs - why did they move to this? I'll stick with Freddy's. read more

I don't know what has happened to this place but it was always one of our favorite places until last night. I ordered a chicken tender meal, what a joke! The chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets they were ridiculous!!! Normally I would have complained but I couldn't be bothered. This used to be one of the better Bobby's around but not so sure any more. It was not clean, the salad bar was not up to the standard it usually was. I am pretty sure with previously working In the food industry that the potatoes should not be stored piled high on the restraint floor, pretty sure they should be In a store room or refrigerator. The only thing I will Say is the staff are always very nice. read more

The employees are very friendly and attentive. No one tops their chicken strips, cooked individually for each customer. I tried the grilled chicken sandwich most recently. I added Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, shredded lettuce, red onion and tomato. It was better than competitors who charge 50% more. Their fries are hand cut and served right out of the fryer. After I finished my meal, I was offered a free frozen custard sample. They offer seniors membership for weekly discounts. This place is always a treat! read more

Insanely good! Would eat here regular if I was from here!! Fries were soooo crispy bit not like burnt and they went perfect with the signature sauce. Bobby's sauce is basically canes sauce which is my favorite. Honestly I thought it was better than cane's sauce. the staff was great the guy at the counter his name was Mario. he was super friendly and nice to chat with. To top it off another worker brought us free mints. The location was nice and it was a great temperature and great atmosphere! 5 stars!! read more

The restaurant business is tough these days and many places are running with minimal staff and the customer service is not the best. Somehow* this location continues to run with a full staff (as far as I can tell) and service and food quality have not suffered. While the menu is limited (as you would expect for a fast food spot), I have enjoyed everything I've tried--chicken strips, burgers, & fries. The availability of sundaes and concrete mixers is a nice addition when I have room for dessert. * I think I know one of the ways this place keeps doing what they are doing, I regularly notice how one member of the management team, Kim, creates a positive atmosphere and keeps the focus on the customer. She seems to be supportive of the team, on top of the business, and always greets customers with more than the obligatory "Welcome to ..." used by some other restaurants. My thanks to whoever hired her. I hope you know what a great asset she is to your business. read more

Cheeseburger Bobby's - Lots of blue cheese crumbles. I love it that way! - Burgers Near Me - Woodstock, Georgia

Love the concept of the condiment bar with everything on it. Fast, friendly, filling. I've not ventured outside the straight cheeseburger, but with the myriad options of seasonings, etc I'm not certain I will. I've been told by others that you can get as many fries as you'd like by going back up...I haven't tried this yet. read more

I see my first review was 7 years ago and my 5 Star rating still stands! I visit this location at least once a month it seems. I love their Impossible Burger! We had a rough patch in 2020 with orders there - they were often wrong, and slow... but I think there is new management because my last 12 or so visits have been perfect! The location is clean and the crew is amazing! My family and I are big Bobby's fans! read more

Food was terrible. Felt like I was eating a cold school lunch burger. Buns were cold. Fries were cold and stale and are no longer the skins-on thicker fries that they advertise. The food felt very McDonald's like. Should have gone there and would have paid 1/2 as much. This was definitely the last time we will go to Bobby's. read more

Food is pretty consistent, however, the service has gone down since the old Manager Chris left. We used to eat here once a week, now we go once every 3 months or less. Update - food remains consistent, but the service still lacks what it used to be. read more

My kids love this joint! They are located so close to us in the Kroger shopping center which makes it super easy when they are begging me to go. They love that you can add your own toppings and I must say they do have quite a few. Not sure I would say this is the best burger in town but they definitely are a good fit for our area. We hadn't tried a cheeseburger Bobby's until they came to town. They have a ton of other locations in metro Atlanta. They also have really good kid specials. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to families with children. The interior isn't huge but they do have a couple of tables set up outside. read more

i am a vegetarian of 10 years and i came here to get a veggie burger. everything was rung up properly and the sandwich looked great. after 2 bites i knew something was wrong: they made it with meat. as someone who worked in food service for some years, i get it, stuff happens, but there are only 4 tables of people here so it really wasnt busy enough to make a mistake like that. the staff up front was very kind though, and i was quickly given a refund. ill be steering clear of here for a bit unfortunately. read more

I will start off by saying the burgers are absolutely delicious... now, if they can hire some staff that are more helpful instead of stare at you like you're at McDonalds then I would enjoy it more often. You think to yourself, " new burger place, menu is quite large, don't know what's a deal or what could be a deal. What's good? What's not?" Customer service up front is not just take my order, my money, hand me a cup, and call it a day... have a conversation. Again, burgees are to die for!!! read more

A great place to stop and eat at besides the other burger joints. Singles or doubles too, you put your own toppings on them and add some crisp fries with a variety of salts it sauces and a shake to top you off. Enjoy read more

Ordered a cheeseburger which came without cheese. So I asked them to add the slice of cheese and they literally put a piece of cold cheese on it and handed it back. I then asked them if they could melt the cheese and they said " that's the way Chic-fil-a does it. I could have cared less since I was at Chic-fil-a. On top of this the tables were filthy and 2 employees in the kitchen were not wearing masks with this recent outbreak. I found the staff less than concerned with anything about customer service. If you have any expectations just avoid this location and spend you money elsewhere. Asked for a manager and no one ever stepped up to assist. read more

I really like Cheeseburger Bobby's, food/burgers. I have been going to this location since they opened. Unfortunately, I don't think it has been cleaned since the day it opened. The restaurant was filthy. Everything from the drink area, walls, floors to the nasty bathroom. The floors felt as though they had been mopped with baby oil. I am certain they were fully aware of the issue based on the fact that they took time to put out the yellow caution plastic things but couldn't be bothered with actually cleaning the floor. Every wall, fixture, seating area had a layer of gross on it! This is so disappointing. If they show this lack of attention to what customers can see, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Won't be back... CLEAN UP YOUR ACT, BOBBY!! You are filthy!!!! read more

Cheeseburger was overcooked and the chili cheese fries were greasy. They give you a small cup of chili and cheese so it was mostly greasy fries. I spoke with the manager and she was less than helpful. Over priced and underwhelmed! Canyons in Woodstock Square blows this place away! read more

Really slammed this weekend and the store was in a bit of disarray. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and filling and it would not take a lot of persuading to make a return visit. Our party of 14 placed several food orders which were filled quickly and accurately and everyone thought the burgers were great. But our dessert orders, placed after we finished eating, took an extraordinarily long time. The poor lass doing the custards had a mental meltdown and had to be replaced, but when they arrived they were rich and creamy. read more

i have eaten here a few times in the past and never really had any complaints well until now!! The burger tonight just did not taste fresh. The fries I sent back because they were cold and instead of making me a fresh order they gave me what they had left and said if I needed more let them know. You knew the order was inadequate when you handed to me so don't expect me to come back for more.Staff was way to busy chatting to care less about the customers satisfaction so I just left. That will definitely be my last time there.. read more

Late Saturday evening, my son and I wanted a burger and made our way to this establishment. First time visitors, we played it safe ordering a bacon cheeseburger and a Swiss mushroom burger. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of options. The burgers stood out on their own but you could add toppings. The burgers were deliciously cooked and well prepared. And although there were not many, the fries were hot and crisp. We both agreed to come back with the rest of the team. And my son looks forward to trying the shakes with his burger. read more

We've been in this location before about two years ago and got poor service. My husband swore we'd never go to Cheeseburger Bobby's again, but today we decided to give it another shot. Much better this time around, mostly because of service we got from Jean. He was very friendly, upbeat, and he even brought extra fries around to people while we were eating to top them up. Another employee came around offering mints. Just a nice touch for a change. Thank you Jean! Your customer service turned us around on our impression of this location. read more

Burger was cooked to order and came out quickly. All of the burger toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles) are serve yourself, salad bar style. All the veggies looked and tasted very fresh. They had about 7 or 8 different flavored salts for fries, and about 20 different sauces. Service was very friendly, and food was reasonably priced and tasty. read more
