I wanted to check out a new burger place and Bobby's didn't disappoint. The burgers are thin here but I was warned when I ordered. So def get at least 2 patties. I do like that this is a pick your toppings kinda place. Also they have like a zillion fry seasonings. At different times of the day I happen to see this happen they have what they call a fry fairy come out and refill your fries. That's great customer service right there. Then they put the bun on the stove to toast it but then the cashier without gloves picked up the burger by the piece of cardboard it was on and they served it to me. I really like this place for fast casual food! The chicken wings are nicely fried (a little crispy) and the medium sauce is a perfect tang. Veggie, Black Bean or Impossible Burger. I'm partial to their black bean burger. You dress your burger yourself with a good selection of toppings. Fries are continually refilled. I have visited this location previously, but this is my first review. I visited during COVID-19, and this restaurant had taken lots of precautions to keep customers safe. All of the employees were wearing masks and gloves. Every other table or booth was closed. There were floor markers assisting with social distancing. I was impressed that they gave me a plastic pair of tongs in order to use the self-serve condiment bar. The food was good. The cheeseburger was hot and juicy. The fries tasted hot and fresh. I was super skeptical when my husband first told me that Cheeseburger Bobby's was an awesome little place, but I was quickly proven wrong. We've dined here at least a half dozen times over the last year or two. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is tasty every time. Orders are placed up front with the cashier and food is delivered to the side of the bar. There's a small buffet area adjacent to the food delivery where you can add seasonings, dish out sauces, and add toppings to your burger. To be honest, it feels very pre-covid in a way, but I don't mind as it's maintained well and other patrons seem to participate in keeping things neat and clean like I do. In addition to the buffet being maintained nicely, I also feel like the dining room and bathrooms are neat and clean every time that I've been here. I like to order the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and spend a descent amount of time at the buffet area crafting up my various seasonings and sauces and toppings. I would recommend a soda over the tea to drink as every time that I choose tea it's either too hot or too sweet or something is never quite right with it. My favorite part of the Cheeseburger Bobby's experience is how frequently the staff are mingling in the restaurant. They'll follow-up and ask if we need anything or walk around with complementary items like extra fries or samples of their frozen custard to try. Use to be one of our favorites. Don't waste your time anymore. Burgers have shrunk and prices went up. Burger quality and taste not what is used to be. I don't know what has happened to this place but it was always one of our favorite places until last night. I ordered a chicken tender meal, what a joke! The chicken tenders were more like chicken nuggets they were ridiculous!!! Normally I would have complained but I couldn't be bothered. This used to be one of the better Bobby's around but not so sure any more. It was not clean, the salad bar was not up to the standard it usually was. I am pretty sure with previously working In the food industry that the potatoes should not be stored piled high on the restraint floor, pretty sure they should be In a store room or refrigerator. Insanely good! Would eat here regular if I was from here!! Fries were soooo crispy bit not like burnt and they went perfect with the signature sauce. Bobby's sauce is basically canes sauce which is my favorite. Honestly I thought it was better than cane's sauce. the staff was great the guy at the counter his name was Mario. he was super friendly and nice to chat with. To top it off another worker brought us free mints. The location was nice and it was a great temperature and great atmosphere! 5 stars!! read more

The restaurant business is tough these days and many places are running with minimal staff and the customer service is not the best. Somehow* this location continues to run with a full staff (as far as I can tell) and service and food quality have not suffered. While the menu is limited (as you would expect for a fast food spot), I have enjoyed everything I've tried--chicken strips, burgers, & fries. The availability of sundaes and concrete mixers is a nice addition when I have room for dessert. * I think I know one of the ways this place keeps doing what they are doing, I regularly notice how one member of the management team, Kim, creates a positive atmosphere and keeps the focus on the customer. She seems to be supportive of the team, on top of the business, and always greets customers with more than the obligatory "Welcome to ..." used by some other restaurants. Food was terrible. Felt like I was eating a cold school lunch burger. Buns were cold. Fries were cold and stale and are no longer the skins-on thicker fries that they advertise. The food felt very McDonald's like. Should have gone there and would have paid 1/2 as much. This was definitely the last time we will go to Bobby's. read more

We had a rough patch in 2020 with orders there - they were often wrong, and slow... but I think there is new management because my last 12 or so visits have been perfect! The employees are very friendly and attentive. No one tops their chicken strips, cooked individually for each customer. I tried the grilled chicken sandwich most recently. I added Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, shredded lettuce, red onion and tomato. It was better than competitors who charge 50% more. Their fries are hand cut and served right out of the fryer. After I finished my meal, I was offered a free frozen custard sample. They offer seniors membership for weekly discounts. This place is always a treat! read more

i am a vegetarian of 10 years and i came here to get a veggie burger. everything was rung up properly and the sandwich looked great. after 2 bites i knew something was wrong: they made it with meat. as someone who worked in food service for some years, i get it, stuff happens, but there are only 4 tables of people here so it really wasnt busy enough to make a mistake like that. the staff up front was very kind though, and i was quickly given a refund. ill be steering clear of here for a bit unfortunately. read more

My kids love this joint! They are located so close to us in the Kroger shopping center which makes it super easy when they are begging me to go. They love that you can add your own toppings and I must say they do have quite a few. Not sure I would say this is the best burger in town but they definitely are a good fit for our area. We hadn't tried a cheeseburger Bobby's until they came to town. They have a ton of other locations in metro Atlanta. They also have really good kid specials. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to families with children. The interior isn't huge but they do have a couple of tables set up outside. read more

Ordered a cheeseburger which came without cheese. So I asked them to add the slice of cheese and they literally put a piece of cold cheese on it and handed it back. I then asked them if they could melt the cheese and they said " that's the way Chic-fil-a does it. I could have cared less since I was at Chic-fil-a. On top of this the tables were filthy and 2 employees in the kitchen were not wearing masks with this recent outbreak. I found the staff less than concerned with anything about customer service. I really like Cheeseburger Bobby's, food/burgers. I have been going to this location since they opened. Unfortunately, I don't think it has been cleaned since the day it opened. The restaurant was filthy. Everything from the drink area, walls, floors to the nasty bathroom. The floors felt as though they had been mopped with baby oil. I am certain they were fully aware of the issue based on the fact that they took time to put out the yellow caution plastic things but couldn't be bothered with actually cleaning the floor. Every wall, fixture, seating area had a layer of gross on it! This is so disappointing. Really slammed this weekend and the store was in a bit of disarray. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and filling and it would not take a lot of persuading to make a return visit. Our party of 14 placed several food orders which were filled quickly and accurately and everyone thought the burgers were great. But our dessert orders, placed after we finished eating, took an extraordinarily long time. Late Saturday evening, my son and I wanted a burger and made our way to this establishment. First time visitors, we played it safe ordering a bacon cheeseburger and a Swiss mushroom burger. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of options. The burgers stood out on their own but you could add toppings. The burgers were deliciously cooked and well prepared. If they displayed the meal price I would give it 5 stars. The total surprised me, but the food is good, just the 1 $ rating is not right.
