Chain restaurant review! I have been here a handful of times when I'm in East Cobb because I really like Which Wich in general. These folks also do a pretty good job. Which Wich sandwiches are a little more expensive but I also think they're a bit better than most places. Having eaten them for most of my adult life, this location maintains the brand's quality. Of note, on my last visit the chair was broken. Apparently the manager knew that and... didn't pull the chair? That's disconcerting. Make sure you check before you sit. Lean back too far and you might go ass over tea kettle. read more

This Which Wich location is a family favorite. The food and atmosphere are always top notch and it is well-staffed. The other day I lost my car keys somewhere in the restaurant. This is my go-to hot sub shop. It's not near my home, so I either go out of my way, or have to grab it when I am in the area. This is the best toasted sammich I have had... when Publix and Subway are my only other two options. This tastes like my dear love of a sandwich from Potbelly Sandwich Shop... which doesn't have restaurants in ATL (shaking fist at sky). I have ordered from here a few times, and it has been consistent. I like that you write down what you want... plain and simple. I go crazy for mushrooms and hot peppers and they have both here. They don't skimp! Every time the sandwich is made accurately to my specifications, and you don't have to yell and point at toppings behind glass. More background... my absolute favorite cold sandwich is Jersey Mikes, but Which Wich is my go-to for a warm turkey experience. The way they bake it (not a convection oven) really provides that toasted sub deliciousness. Last note is that I have always taken it into the office or back to the house, I have never "dined-in". One minute after I hit place order and received a confirmation text I called the store to let yhem know to cancel the order. I came to this sandwich shop without any knowledge as to whether this place was good or bad and I have to say, i'm impressed. Because I have lived in California and Germany most of my life I have never really seen one of these sandwich places around where I live, and getting to experience it for the first time was good. They have a good selection and variety of sandwiches on the menu, and they supply you with order bags when you walk in so you can tell them exactly what you want on your sandwich. Although that was good the customer service wasn't as excellent as I thought it would be. They took forever to get our sandwiches out and even after that we had to ask them several times about the shake we ordered as they seemed to take their time with the order. I've been going to this location for a few years now and have always enjoyed my sandwiches from there. I don't know if they have new owners, but I went in today to find out that they stopped carrying America cheese! I asked why and the people working there didn't know why. I can't understand how they can no longer have American cheese yet they have Swiss cheese? The other cheese options were pepper jack, cheddar, and provolone. I don't know anyone who eats Swiss cheese! Then when I got my sandwich it looked like it had one slice of turkey, one slice of cheese! I got a large size, and it cost me $11.00! The idea of this restaurant is awesome. The fact that they brought back the seafood sub that subway discontinued is even more impressive. However - and I'm English/Irish by heritage - a Caprese ANYTHING requires bufalo mozzarella. Not crappy sliced nonsense. BUFALO MOZZARELLA. I literally just threw your sandwich in the trash. I'll be advising my actual Italian friends to go in and sample it and let you know what they think personally (take that day off). Superb customer service! We were so excited with the new way to order at this place. They offer the base of each menu item, then you grab a corresponding brown paper bag and check off all of your desired fixings, then take the bag up to the cashier and pay. I opted for the meal deal with the regular size sandwich which came to $14.53... A little steep for a sandwich, chips and drink. The sweet tea was perfect! We were in such a hurry, we grabbed the rest of my party's food and by the time we got to our destination, I realized that I forgot my sandwich!! I called the store and right away they let me know I forgot if at the counter. They offered to make me a fresh sandwich or get a refund put back on my card. I normally get something from their Italian menu, but this time, I tried their breakfast sub. For what you pay, the breakfast sub isn't worth it. There's a TON of bread and not much else. Went to which wich for the first time, and I must say I LOVE the concept. Very simple, just pic a bag with the sandwich style you want, customize, and go. Tons of options. This day I ordered the South Philly with the cheese wiz. Really tasty, kinda messy, but overall a good time. What I really loved was the Banana pudding shake that I got. Which is the reason for the 4 stars... ... The shake was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The challenge was that the sub was ready in about 5 minutes or so... the shake took about 15 minutes to make...but was made to perfection. I think it was just my expectations were for it to be a little quicker. Did not bother to order! Walked in and immediately I smelled like a short order cook after a long day. The air was so thick I could hardly breathe. I was only in there 3 min and my clothes need to be washed. So I thought I would give it a try anyway and walked up to the counter to find only one person spoke English and they directed me back to the wall menu where I had to not only fill out out the order form but choose from a number of different forms. We've always had great experiences with this chain but this location is just terrible. I got a turkey wrap that was supposed to be warm, they didn't bother to heat it up and they added avocado by accident. Normally I love avocado but not on a wrap that has ranch and honey mustard. My boyfriends gyro had more onions than meat and fell apart it was so messy. It also was cold. This was after 20 mins of waiting in a near empty restaurant. I went there today (Saturday) at 5:00 PM. There were seven employees and only a few customers. No one says anything when you walk in. I took my brown bag and marked what I wanted on my sub. (It's not a difficult process guys) The guy couldn't figure out how to ring up my order so another person had to. wow i am really sad about my sandwich. i see avocados on the menu- great! chicken- nice! i check off american cheese too, and some bacon. when I get my sandwich it smells normal. good sign. i unwrap it...sadness. After passing by Which Wich for months no, we decided to stop in and try them out. It always has people inside consistently so it had to be good right? I ordered a chicken salad sandwich without any extra toppings because I figured, they should all be in the chicken salad to begin with. I was wrong. I opened my sandwich to mayo and chicken on bread. That was it. No celery or onions mixed in. Just mayo and chicken. Strange, especially for $5. However, I was optimistic and began to take a bite. It was delicious. While I would have liked to have a little crunch in my chicken salad, it was still enjoyable. The bread was soft, yet firm at the same time. I have a feeling I will be back soon, that is how much I enjoyed it. Keep in mind, I would prefer a very simple sandwich with only a few ingredients opposed to a full "everything on it" sandwich so the simplicity was fine with me. Horrible place. I ordered two sandwiches but they only made one. The sandwich maker did not wash her hands after handling money, did not wear gloves and as she made the sandwich, her shawl repeatedly slid off her shoulders requiring her to use her bare hands to readjust the shawl then resume making the sandwich.
