I ordered on July 10, 2026 around 1:30 PM I ordered the grilled chicken with coconut sauce and sweet mashed potatoes with a side salad. The order totally reheated meal prep. It's supposed to come with two chicken , but it looks like they small chicken breast and half and served it as that. The food looked totally reheated and not "Fresh 2 Order". I know reheated food when I see it. People at my organization have been high on this place for a long time, but for my first time trying it out I do not see what they are talking about. The cost of $23 was not worth it. We use Fresh to Order for team meetings where I work. Previous orders have been fine, usually salads which are pretty tasty. Today, however, I'm still not sure what I received but it was inedible. I ordered a bison burger, which had good reviews here. No bun, with a side salad. I've had bison burgers at other restaurants and enjoyed them so thought this would be a good lunch bet. I know I got my order because it had my name on it. The salad was great, fresh with good toppings and a tasty balsamic. The burger was separate in its own container and looked great until I cut into it. For starters, it was red raw in the center, not a nice rare burger. It was raw. The meat looked odd, too, but I thought I'd eat around the edges and make the best of it. Except it was really weird. It felt like a Frankenburger - bison mixed up with something else (quinoa?) AND as I got into it further what looked like cherries or cranberries. I ended up dissecting this disgusting mush because I couldn't even eat the edges. Honestly I think someone messed up the order, but I can't imagine anything like this being on the menu or allowed out of the kitchen. Fresh To Order absolutely delivered for our whole family from start to finish. I had the Smokey Southwest Chicken Panini with roasted vegetables, and it was perfectly toasted, full of flavor, and satisfying without being heavy. My wife ordered the half House Turkey Club Panini along with the Chicken Tortilla Soup. Both were good, but the soup was very good. Rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Our 3-year-old had the mac and cheese with a fruit salad, and that might have been the biggest compliment of all. She ate most of it and was begging to take the rest home, which says everything. Fresh, well-made food that works for both adults and kids is hard to find, and Fresh To Order nails it. Plus the GM, John, couldn't have been better. This location is a frequent choice for us. We arrived today, Sunday, just after 11:30 AM - earlier than most customers. I ordered the Asian Quinoa Rice Bowl because quinoa sounded interesting. It was excellent! I brought half of it home and had dinner tonight with the balance. My wife chose the Almond Chicken Skewer entree, in part because it included mashed sweet potatoes. She had enough left to provide her dinner, as well. We. Have always enjoyed dining here in the past and this was among the better choices we have made here. The staff was friendly upon entering with immediate acknowledgement. Let me say I love all the greenery with the outside dining area. It has coverage majority so you can avoid the sun if you want. Just love it. Great for some candid pics! I had a lunch date with my "nephew". Family friend son I've known since a toddler. It was his first time dining here. We placed our order and found a place to sit. It was maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out. He ordered the chicken tenders w sweet potatoes. He tried the mango lemonade. He said everything was good. He would come back. I got my usual grilled chicken salad tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. This is my go to meal 90% of the time. I love the mini croissant w a drizzle of honey on top. I usually buy extra. I had a sweet tea which was pretty good. The hostess checked on us to make sure we were OK. Leave your plates at the table. I've ordered a lot from this F2O location since moving here 3 years ago. When one orders Grilled Salmon, one does not expect carmelized onions to be on top. Otherwise, why order a thick salad dressing like Ranch or Blue Cheese? This is not in the user interface online or in the mobile experience. But nothing says 'customer is always right' like: 1. A manager, Tony, who refuses to provide a contact email for a GM at this location 2. A Guest Services page on the website that's copyrighted 2016 with an invitation to provide feedback... and no form. F20's FDD is also dated 2016. Like time stopped then. Had lunch today and ordered a mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. I was disappointed with the lack of feta cheese NOT put on.​

When I say Fresh To Order never misses, they just don't. I have NEVER gotten a meal from them that wasn't delicious. But today at around 4 pm I stopped in for my favorite Cobb salad, blackened lime shrimp and crispy chicken tenders on the side, this was literally (and I'm not exaggerating) one of the best meals I've had in my whole life!!! The chicken tenders were so hot and fresh and today I forgot to ask for a side of honey mustard but it was a blessing in disguise bc I was able to really taste the seasoning they use. So freaking good! The shrimp and salad was also perfect. Literally y'all ---perfect. The store was spotless. There was a white guy that took my order- he was nice. A young Hispanic man cooked the food. Now, you can tell when someone is just at work going through the motions doing their job-- but you can TASTE when someone is passionate about their job and can really cook. This guy can COOK! I mean he can throw down honey! But it's always like that at Fresh to Order. Now, I'm kinda wondering what their hiring process is like bc they seem to hire only the best cooks. The food is good, but the service is slow. I came here for lunch with a friend. The ordering process was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, we probably waited about 30 minutes for the food to be brought out. Although it was lunchtime on a weekday, they weren't busy enough to take that long. My friend was ahead of me in line yet I received my order first. I started to think they had forgotten hers. Hers took an additional 10 minutes to arrive after mine and had a couple of things wrong with it. Fortunately, they corrected it immediately and she was able to enjoy her food. I ordered my usual, the Asian salad $8.90 with almond crusted tuna $5.50. It comes with mixed baby greens, Mandarin oranges, candied walnuts, tomatoes, avocado, sesame seeds, pickled ginger, Szechuan peanuts, and crispy noodles. I got it with the ginger-apricot vinaigrette. It was fresh, flavorful, and quite filling. I love a salad with lots of textures and this fit the bill. read more

I love this place. We get takeout about once a month. It is a cut above any other takeout options where we live between Roswell and East cobb. The servings are not overwhelming, but what you get is very high-quality and delicious. When we had blips in the ordering the staff have bent over backwards to make up for them. This is not a proper food review. This is a brownie review. The fudge brownies at this restaurant are dope as hell. Crispy bottom and chocolate throughout. Certainly the best brownies I have ever sampled. I have had them multiple times and sometimes the bottom varies a little but get a couple and you're sure to get the hard (not burnt) bottom that makes these brownies so fantastic. 11/10 could sell these brownies over the internet. read more

I've eaten F2O before, but only via a catering experience. I've never visited a location, but it reminded me a bit of Panera. We waited for a long time for our food, especially for a business that uses the word "fast" in their tagline. I ordered a cobb salad with salmon, and after waiting for about 35 minutes, it came out with completely cold salmon with a glaze covering it. I hated to be this person, but I brought it back and asked them to correct it. I did not want the glaze, and I was hoping for a fresh piece of salmon. They also didn't include a couple of the salad ingredients because they were out, but they just left them off without mentioning it. They did recook my salmon and the staff was nice when I asked them to remake it. When I got the second salad, the salmon was very hot and they didn't put the glaze on it. I am appreciative they took the time to correct it, but I waited almost 45 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I got my corrected food. The food was ultimately pretty good, but the experience to get it right was a bit of a headache. read more

I'm only giving this location 3 stars because they forgot to add the bacon to my salad. I ordered the club salad because I had been craving a salad with bacon bits. I did call to advise and was offered another salad but at that point I was 20 minutes away. They do have small parking lot with free parking. Once I placed my ordered I did have a small wait of maybe 10-15minutes. The overall salad was fresh and good, the portion size is enough for more than 1 serving. I would recommend this restaurant but I would also suggest to check your order before you leave. They also have some refreshing beverages as well that are worth a try. Enjoyed my blackened lime shrimp here last night!! It was very flavorful and the Asian slaw had a great bite to it! It's not very filling so I suggest adding a side if you are pretty hungry! Maybe I visited on an off day, however, I didn't have a very enjoyable first visit with Fresh to Order. First, cleanliness. Sitting outside; the smaller outdoor patio to the right, my friends and I watched four different parties opt to sit elsewhere because the tables were not clean. This was after watching three different staff members clear off and wipe down the tables. Even after each cleaning, you could see that the table tops weren't clean. I felt like the staff members didn't take cleanliness very seriously. I'm not saying that the staff wasn't friendly. As busy as it was, everyone kept busy - not friendly but not rude either. They were present but busy. I ordered a full order of the wild mushroom soup and crispy calamari. The soup was wonderful. Full of flavor and bits of mushroom. The menu shows slices of mushroom; maybe you have to ask for that - mine didn't come with slices but it made up for it with its taste. However, the crispy calamari was not very good. First - it wasn't crispy. The batter was soggy. I'm not saying it was prepared this way - but imagine if you have something crispy for leftovers that was reheated in a microwave. No crunchiness with the batter at all. As for the flavor, too much lemon for my taste. Not awful but combined with the soggy batter - I left this dish unfinished. First time eating at Fresh to Order - Roswell and Omgoodness! I asked the young man at the registrar and the manager for their recommendations. They gave their favorites, and both were great choices. I got the Salmon Panini with Mushroom Soup; my husband had the Bison Burger with fries. Both were exceptionally incredible. The Mgr was engaging and made sure we were satisfied with our selections. Customer service is rare these these days, especially in the serve industry. He is a true jewel and seems to love what he does. It was a joy to dine at this establishment because of him. Great location! Great concept and even great menu ideas. Employees all seemed nice and helpful! They can accommodate gluten and vegetarian but all of their meats have to be unseasoned to be GF. Where I only gave a 4 is in execution. The place wasn't clean and it wasn't that crowded? Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Food was good but not great. Especially for the price I had higher expectations it has to be really good. I also feel like the clean thing there's really no excuse stuff should be wiped down, floors swept and mopped and things refreshed. So, I'm a fan. I was hooked immediately. This is a gem! The vibe is healthy and the food is awesome!!!! They have a menu that consists of salads, paninis and combinations of those. I'm sure that they had a ton more as the menu was large. I ordered a mixed greens salad with house made ranch dressing and curry chicken salad on top. I could eat my weight in the curry chicken salad, I was obsessed from my first bite! Everything was fresh, cold and crisp- perfect! They don't offer a fountain drink machine, keeping with their healthy image. They do offer house made flavored teas, and juices and waters. Fresh 2 Order used to be the gold standard for consistently good, fresh food. I don't know what in the world is happening at this location, but the attention to detail that made me a loyal customer is now gone. I have ordered 3 times in the past month. Each and every time, the meal is either screwed up in some way or missing entire components. I have received a sandwich with nothing but meat, completely missing the described components, like sauce or vegetables. I ordered a bowl of mashed potatoes and literally received an ENTIRE unmashed boiled potato. Instead of rings of calamari on my salad, I received a single giant breaded tentacle from a squid. What has happened to quality control? This never used to happen here. I'm sad to say that I am not willing to spend $50+ on food, only to be disappointed. read more

We went to FTO on Friday night. There were a few people in line in front of us, but not many. We placed our order at 6:50. After 30 minutes I went to check on my dinner and was told they were working on my sandwich now. The person Kyla (sp) who seemed to be running the kitchen starting yelling at me that I was just going to have to WAIT! There was a gentleman standing next to her who just looked away until I asked if he was the manager. He admitted he was the "manager". He never offered me his name. He did offer his apology when he brought out half of our order 5 minutes later. I know that I could be served within 35 minutes at any fine restaurant in Atlanta much less a restaurant that promotes "fine food fast". I should consider myself lucky the family behind me was informed after 40 minutes their order had not even been started. At least they got their dinner comped. Hi, been awhile since I have posted regarding a visit to one of my favorites eaterys, Fresh to Order. Today I ordered carry out arrived and my food was ready but I needed to pay. Line was hella long and the guy ar the reguster not sure of his name beard and glasses seemed focused on what he doing way more focused on that than he was his customers. I made eye contact with one of my favorite servers there (Robin Hurd). She quickly saw the length of the line and the frustration on my face as well as the other guest in and she immediately stepped in and got the line down.i come from a culture that expects guest first service, especially when the guest is right in front of you.
