I finally made the 45 minute journey to Hiram to check this spot out! A friend of mine who resides in Douglasville told me about this spot when it first opened. She mentioned that it was owned by chic-fil- a, so I had high expectation! According to my research Daybright is operating under the Red Wagon Ventures Subsidiary AKA chic- fil- a. It was created to compete in the specialty coffee and juice market. The website about section notes the following : "We source our coffee through Thrive Farmers, a group that partners directly with farming families. These farmers earn stable, dependable incomes that help them invest in their communities, making a lasting impact." I arrived at this location around 8:45am. When I walked in there were no patrons!! However they had about 5 visible staff at the front end of the shop. I did note that the decor and ambience is bright and cute! I appreciate that they have various sitting options and even offer board games for you to enjoy! Since this was my first time, I did have questions about the menu. I was interested in the protein coffee, but was unable to determine what the protein milk was made of. I purchase and drink Fairlife milk often. It is a high protein, but lactose free option. All I was told is that it is a whey protein milk kind of like a protein shake . I opted to give it a try. I ordered a cappuccino made with the protein milk. For my food options I went with the chicken salad pocketful ( it was the highest in protein of all the options) and I also ordered the lemon protein donut. My friend ordered a raspberry donut and the egg bites. It appears that the mission of the menu is to offer healthier options. For example they have protein donuts and protein coffee. I would encourage everyone to check out the nutrition information listed on their website! The food came out in decent time! First thoughts- NOTHING. About this looks appetizing ! I started with the coffee drink. Let's just say I did not finish it and I would not order it again. The chicken salad pocket - --not a fan. The recipe is unique. You would think that having fresh herbs would give it a nice flavor, but it was just bland. I also don't know what kind of chicken is used for this - it's giving artificial. Last, but not least - the donuts! They just taste healthy and are dry. It's more like a cake than a donut. You need something to dip it in- like your coffee to get it down. Final note : everything is served to go, even if you are dining in. This is wasteful! There is no need to utilize paper cups and bags if the customers are dining in. I am not sure if this is due to them being new or if this is a part of the business model. Overall- this is a not for me !!! The only win is the decor!

So excited about this new coffee and refreshment shop that just opened up. I expected the coffee to taste like Chick-fil-A's iced coffee being that this shop is under the same ownership as Chick-fil-A. However, it did not and all the best ways. I do love, Chick Chick-fil-A coffee, and I am also glad that the flavor of this coffee has its own taste. They had a few different options that felt like a good variety on the menu while not being too overwhelming. They offer smoothies, juices, coffee, and food. I definitely am going to go back soon to try some of the other refreshments and food. The price range can run from average to high depending on one's budget for a refreshment. I believe the quality of the drink does match up to the price slightly. I really did enjoy my coffee as it had the perfect blend of the syrup and cold foam mixture that I added. There's plenty of parking as it's in the same plaza as Walmart and other stores nearby. The customer service was pretty solid nothing to complain about however, nothing that really stood out. because it is a very new establishment, of course it is clean and well kept so far. Like I said, I'm excited to try the other options that are available.

Let me start by saying what a cozy indoor setting with all of the live plants, comfortable chairs, and such a relaxing atmosphere. We were greeted at the door by a worker, getting some fresh air. Once inside we were greeted again by a couple of people, sorry Im very bad with names. Very nice gentleman made recommendations at the kiosk. Me and my granddaughter had the current chocolate milk, cold brew, and they were lovely. If you like chocolate milk, you will really like those as well. We had the burrito press with chicken sausage and they were very good. My granddaughter really enjoys the blueberry donuts. We visited again this morning because I had an appointment I got the burrito press again with no sauce because although not hot it has a little bit of a spice to it and it was all too early for me. We ordered this morning, the egg bites for my granddaughter, bacon and potato for count and I might add that I tasted one of them and they are absolutely delicious to us. Very well done day bright! We will definitely visit again. It'll be a regular for us. The young lady at the drive-through was very nice as well. This morning we were in and out within a couple of minutes. They do make your burrito press fresh so you have to wait a couple minutes. Enjoy.!!!

Saw that they opened the first Chick-fil-A cafe so I had to come try it out. They did JUST open, there wasn't a line but there was a little bit of a wait, again they just opened. All employees were very kind. I ordered the pistachio iced latte, it had a toasted taste to it but was pretty good. Everything was clean and bright.

Apparently we tried this place on the 3rd day of them being open. The restaurant itself if cute , staff were friendly and patient. We ordered a few different things. For the most part the drinks were just okay. We had a matcha latte, toasted coconut latte, a creamy hibiscus drink and flavored lemonade drink (forgot the names). They were good but seemed to be missing something. The food was better. The breakfast sandwich was good. The chocolate pull apart was reallt good. It wasnt severely sweet which was nice. My neice got the raspberry peanutbutter sandwich and ate it before we could get a pick of it. She said it was really tasty. The avacado sandwiches were sold out. The protein donuts were nothing to rave about but they are healthy so if you are health conscious and need a donut craving fix...the chocolate was the favorite. We may come back after the crazy lines die down a little bit. Check them out.

    The matcha was amazing

The concept is great, but the menu could use a little improvement. I tried the chicken salad pocket, raspberry and peanut butter pocket, and the chocolate muffin, but none of them really stood out to me. However, I have to say I was obsessed with the matcha that alone is worth going back for!

Good service. The atmosphere was very bright and fun. Way better than Starbucks in terms of ambience. And the food was surprisingly well made. My husband and I will definitely be coming back here. And I plan to bring my parents when they come down to visit for Christmas.

Disgusting . This is not cold foam.

Drive thru review…read more Star 1: long line kept moving. Efficient crew filling orders. Star 2: parking lot cleanliness. Not only was the area clean, a worker was actively outside tidying up the garbage container. Star 3: ordering. Easy to do and person was patient with me picking out a doughnut. Star 4: pickup. Again, efficient and nice. For as busy as this location is, the crew keeps a positive attitude. Never had issues. Star 5: food and drink. My sourdough breakfast sandwich did all the things I needed. 2 fresh eggs, crispy bacon, cheese melted. Bread toasted. Refresher. Delicious. Doughnut. Correct flavor. Only thing holding this location back, no two things. 1. The location is tricky to get in drive through line and to escape the parking lot. 2. Upgrade the order menu. That speaker isn't working very well and will only cause problems in the future. Will return - over and over

I forgot what it's called, and my daughter wanted a strawberry one she had before, but anyway, they said if you call them like an hour before you come, they can make any of the cookies you want if they don't have them that day. They just take a scoop out and can make whatever. That's pretty cool. We love it, and the marble slab creamery is in the same store. They're both inside. Pretty cool you should try it out!

We opted for cookies and a PINT of ice cream after sampling the chocolate and vanilla. We left with our purchase and headed home. After we'd finished our meal, I got the ice cream out, opened it and was shocked to see this PINT sized ice cream was only 3/4 filled! We both were so mad, felt shorted & deceived so we went back after calling to confirm their closing time. The real disappointment happened when we arrived and presented the shorted pint to the same employee, who looks @ us; looks @ the pint and tells us, "you ate some because I put more in here." I told her, we have better things to do than to drive all the way back here to get more ice cream!" She didn't answer me when I asked if the ice cream was sold by the weight or cup size. I expect whatever sized cup I purchase from any shop to be filled. All of the signs showing the portion sizes say pint. She pouted as she said told us she can add some more, showed us the additional ice cream she added and gave it back to us. It still wasn't filled up, but I'm writing this review to address the owners on customer service and business ethics. Your product can be the world's best, but if the service is lacking, you'll soon be out of business. Cold Stone is just 1/4 mile away and their portions are always filled (many times, it's hard to close the lid) and I've never been shorted. I've purposely left off the employee's name as it's not my intention to disparage her; only to give the owner the opportunity to use this experience to train their employees on how to correct errors.

Meh. Yes, this…read moreplace has a variety of smoothies that you can get for a decent smoothie price. The thing this location is lacking is any sort of customer service. A customer can get a sense of whether a business wants them at their establishment. Everyone that was held ahead of us receive the same blank bland look from the person creating the smoothies. I am all for wanting your customers to know your product, but let's be serious. There are dozens of smoothies up on the wall. I love that. I love that there are combinations I might not think of. Don't act like anybody coming off the street for the very first time should know exactly what they want when looking at a board with hundreds of options. Also, when the person ordering says kids sizes for the kids and a small for me that doesn't mean kid sizes for the kids and a medium for me. I graciously paid for it and did not finish it as I thought I would not be able to. We will not be returning, we will settle for our own homemade smoothies unless we go further away from Hiram in Dallas.

A huge variety at the store…read more What I didn't like was I was looking for something with protein/meal replacement and you have to ask to see what's what. Everything is just listed and it's not broke down like a planet smoothie or some other shops. I wanted something with some high calories also but none of the shakes show the breakdown either so that's a downside. A plus is you get to pick your fruits and proteins in the shakes and there are a ton of varieties so the options are nice. The price is higher then most shops. It was over $8 for a medium drink. I can very easily go to another smoothie shop for a better deal. Nice choices, and the flavor was food but this wouldn't be my idea spot.
