The short line ( had two people ahead and one of them didn't order drinks) moved quickly, but it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink, even though it wasn't that busy and there was only one person ahead of me that ordered drinks. Turns out most of the delay was due to online orders. Call me old-fashioned, but I think customers standing right in front of you should be served first. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming it's clear they're just following the policies set by management. Despite the unnecessary wait, my Fireside Latte was excellent. As well as the expresso scone. I guess good things come to those who wait however I don't think I wait again .. it would have been nice if they had mentioned something. Hey sir place might look empty and you might think there is only one person ahead of you but your wrong we have xx drink orders ahead of you. The just ain't here right now.

Its apparent in their faces, their tone of voice, the speed at which they speak, the lack of eye contact, the lack of urgency...if they're miserable with their jobs, don't take it out on paying customers, especially when an XL coffee averages $9 a freaking cup. There are only a couple of employees who are genuinely, routinely kind and happy to be there/interact with customers. Unfortunately this stand is the most convenient so far as location but I'm just going to leave extra time and wait in line for Chick Fil A or pick up coffee elsewhere on my drive. I'm too annoyed at having to pay to deal with unpleasant employees, it's ridiculous.

The back entrance takes you right in to Southern Muggs. The coffee was absolutely delicious and the barista was very helpful in providing suggestions. There is also bubble tea. The space connects to Olive Tree and Vine that has flavored olive oil/balsamic vinegar to try as well as an ample selection of diverse wines, and local beer and ciders. They even have small plates and charcuterie. The space sells local art, and has all different types of seating. What a treasure!

When I entered I immediately appreciated the decor. It gives tropical rainforest vibes! When I appreciated the counter I was greeted. There were two staff present. The gentleman appears to be a more seasoned employee and the female appeared to be in training. After looking at the menu I opted for a pistachio latte with oat milk and empanadas. I was told that they would be closing shortly. I believe I had about 30 min prior to closing time. This was more than enjoy time for me to drink a drink and eat my food. As such, I opted to dine in. The empanadas came out first. They were not my style. The pastry part was more like a corn bread consistency. I am accustomed to to emphasis being more of a dough like consistency. Additionally they tasted like something you just pull out the freezer and warm up. I would not order them again. When the drink arrived I had to confirm it was pistachio because I saw chocolate everywhere. The staff immediately recalled that I did not want whole milk and told me he had to re- make my drink. When it arrived for the second time the presentation was the same- it looked like a chocolate drink and not pistachio. When I took a sip I was shocked to find chunks of pistachios in the drink. I had to drink and eat the drink- interesting concept. I will say that the coffee taste on its own may be okay- however, collectively I was not a fan of this drink. They taste great, but might be less healthy than a coffee that is slushy iced based. The pastries are fresh, and from a source that seems like homemade food or from a bakery. One thing that could be improved is they could add healthy options for food. Being a diabetic, I sometimes pick a different place because of this.
