The gentleman appears to be a more seasoned employee and the female appeared to be in training. After looking at the menu I opted for a pistachio latte with oat milk and empanadas. I was told that they would be closing shortly. I believe I had about 30 min prior to closing time. This was more than enjoy time for me to drink a drink and eat my food. As such, I opted to dine in. The empanadas came out first. They were not my style. The pastry part was more like a corn bread consistency. I am accustomed to to emphasis being more of a dough like consistency. Additionally they tasted like something you just pull out the freezer and warm up. I would not order them again. When the drink arrived I had to confirm it was pistachio because I saw chocolate everywhere. The staff immediately recalled that I did not want whole milk and told me he had to re- make my drink. When it arrived for the second time the presentation was the same- it looked like a chocolate drink and not pistachio. When I took a sip I was shocked to find chunks of pistachios in the drink. I had to drink and eat the drink- interesting concept. I will say that the coffee taste on its own may be okay- however, collectively I was not a fan of this drink. One thing that could be improved is they could add healthy options for food. Being a diabetic, I sometimes pick a different place because of this.
