Biscuit was good and fluffy, not the usual dry tasteless white blimp of flower. My friend and I both had the chicken biscuit with cheese and fried egg. The size of the biscuit was big and fulfilling. However, there were many options to choose from, and I will come back to try other pastries. Coffee was totally tasty. Service was friendly and the store was very clean. Cute setting overall. We were lucky to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also, I enjoyed having "real" silverware, not that plastic crap. Can't wait to taste their cakes.

Good selection of baked goods and local honey and jams. Service was quick and efficient. Order at the counter. Food was delicious beers to the table. Biscuits were very good and very large for the price. Will return to try other eats.

Down in the area and came across this place. Great selection of biscuits, and I wished I could have tried one except for the fact that they stop selling them at 12. Bummer. Either way I got something to eat. Green Goddess Turkey Bacon Avocado - Turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and muenster cheese with a green goddess dressing on a ciabatta roll - Yes I did copy this from their menu which is conveniently on Yelp. For $13.50 I was a little underwhelmed. It just wasn't filling, like for that price there could have been more on it, or maybe there generally is and I was there shortly before they were about to close so they just gave me scraps. The ordering set up is a little confusing. You go to the end of the counter when you enter and then move your way back towards the front door. Girl at the register was nice, and I think the manager may have even been there. You can tell that this is a Christian establishment based on the music they were playing, which was fine by me. I think the manager even went as far as to buy a meal for someone who was homeless. I wasn't trying to eaves drop, but I could hear some of the conversation. That gave me the warm and fuzzies. I plan on going back before 12 one day so that I can try one of the biscuits, I mean it is in the name so they have to be good. I'll definitely update this review when I try it. The pastries didn't look half bad either.

This is a great place to enjoy a sunny outdoor patio lunch in downtown Kennesaw. The green goddess sandwich and chicken salad croissant were delicious and fresh. We will definitely be back & highly recommend!

The service here is warm and welcoming, very very polite and attentive staff! I've been here 3 times and never once had a long wait time. The ingredients used always has a fresh taste! I really liked the chicken salad croissant that I ordered my last time visiting here! Their coffee is good, though I'm not a huge coffee fan but they also have hot chocolate too which is good as well. You can substitute your milks just incase you're lactose intolerant or don't consume animal milk. You can be seated inside or outside but either way the atmosphere is very tranquil. They do serve more than just breakfast, they do also have a lunch menu so if you miss breakfast feel free to stop by and grab lunch you won't regret it.

I don't give too many 1 or 2 stars, but this place gets a 2. First of all, "Biscuits" is in the name of this place, but they only serve biscuits for breakfast, until noon. You would think you could get one of their biscuits any time or at least til they run out. Especially with a chicken restaurant right next door. Nothing better with fried chicken than biscuits. That's why I went here, to have a biscuit with my chicken, but No. They have a huge dessert display, which is a huge red flag for me. They had pies, cookies, croissants, macarons, donuts, cinnamon rolls and ice cream to name a few. If a business has that many desserts, you know most of it is going to be mediocre or bad, maybe a few things will be good. Why not make a few things, but make those really good (taking your time). When you have that many desserts bakers are rushing, they get tired and make a mediocre dessert. Because that's what I got. I bought a pumpkin pie bar and it was awful. Way too sweet for pumpkin. I tasted more lemon than pumpkin. I think they put lemon in the crust, which was too thick. I could hardly taste the pumpkin. Definitely the worst pumpkin I ever tasted. I took three bites and in the trash it went. The service was good, no complaints. And they do have a nice clean store, they have tables and chairs outside but no trashcans.

I got the Korean-style coffee and a Dubai chocolate croissant, and both were delicious. The croissant was HUGE and I couldn't even finish it, so the value is definitely there. I'm already excited to go back and try the strawberries and cream croissant and the Biscoff latte. The guy at the register was so nice! Not my style, but if you're obsessed with dogs, you'll probably think it's adorable. My boyfriend and I went together. He loved the barista's nonchalant vibe. Me, not so much. I don't need a parade when I walk in, but a simple smile goes a long way. Price-wise, the coffee is fair. I wouldn't pay a cent more. I got Kirby's signature mocha iced (regular). It was fine...nothing special. My boyfriend got the same thing hot and enjoyed it, but he's a simple guy. I'm... not. So here's the bottom line: If you're looking for coffee that's innovative, unique, or memorable, this isn't the place. If you want a cute, simple mom‑and‑pop shop with reliable coffee that won't hit you with Starbucks prices, it'll do the job. One more thing: my boyfriend bought a chocolate cookie that was labeled as a chocolate chip pound cake, which turned out to be a brownie. The disorganization matches the overall vibe. I wanted a place that was cozy, good coffee drinks and not too busy so I could work. Lazy Labrador Coffee was perfect. It's right off of downtown Kennesaw and has lots of room to sit inside or outside. Upon parking behind the shop, there's a garden area with cornhole, benches, tables and the porch has seating too. Inside there's a sitting area by the fireplace and tables. There's plenty of tables and even upstairs. The counter is straight ahead with a menu and lots of drink specials. There's not too much to eat other than pastries so don't come too hungry. I tried a scone and a large iced blueberry matcha. The drink was a good balance of sweet and the nutty flavor of the green tea. The scone wasn't memorable but hit the spot because I was hungry. I was able to get in a few hours of work as the place gets busy. Other patrons are courteous to take their conversations and busy toddlers outside. There's free WiFi, three unisex restrooms and the jazz playing was the right volume to set the tone. I definitely recommend and I'll be back to try more low caffeine beverages.

I can see parking being an issue on days that all of the businesses are open. However, I arrived close to closing time and had no problem parking directly in front of the shop. When I entered I immediately appreciated the decor. It gives tropical rainforest vibes! When I appreciated the counter I was greeted. There were two staff present. The gentleman appears to be a more seasoned employee and the female appeared to be in training. After looking at the menu I opted for a pistachio latte with oat milk and empanadas. I was told that they would be closing shortly. I believe I had about 30 min prior to closing time. This was more than enjoy time for me to drink a drink and eat my food. As such, I opted to dine in. The empanadas came out first. They were not my style. The pastry part was more like a corn bread consistency. I am accustomed to to emphasis being more of a dough like consistency. Additionally they tasted like something you just pull out the freezer and warm up. I would not order them again. When the drink arrived I had to confirm it was pistachio because I saw chocolate everywhere. The staff immediately recalled that I did not want whole milk and told me he had to re- make my drink. When it arrived for the second time the presentation was the same- it looked like a chocolate drink and not pistachio. When I took a sip I was shocked to find chunks of pistachios in the drink. I had to drink and eat the drink- interesting concept. I will say that the coffee taste on its own may be okay- however, collectively I was not a fan of this drink. Overall I do not have the best experience with the food or drink from this spot. I do give kudos for the ambiance and the service!
