They have a self-service kiosk to make orders so I highly recommend using that if you want to see what options you have. I've been wanting to come here for a while. I think I had some juice delivered to me over a year ago via grubhub (covid) when not much was open. I made 1 attempt to find it (Driving) it wasn't open. Today, 5/21/2022 (Saturday) I actually made it. It was not as great of an experience as I was expecting. I have a few concerns. The cooler was nearly bare of fresh juices. Granted it's the weekend, but I would hope there would be a selections and not slim pickings of juices. About 5 total. Placed my order for a cold pressed juice. I wanted their green juice--Greenhouse. I sat there for about 6 or 7 minutes. Young girl (under 16) says the juice is in the cooler. I said I'd like a fresh juice. She walks to the back. Comes back says it is fresh. My reply was that had separated and would like a fresh juice. I was a bit irritated and asked for a refund. I wait....wait...wait. A Lady walks put, presumably the owner after another 8 minutes or so. She explainss to me that the bottled juice is fresh and lasts 7days. The way it looked it was on its last days. I wasn't the only patron that looked at the bottles and kept moving (didn't purchase either) 1. Owner (lady) didn't attempt to make other suggestion or offering. Proceeded (while taking her time) to issue refund. 2. She attempts to explain how cold pressed juice is supposed to be and states no one cold press the same day. Aht aht! This is not new to me. Nor is that statement true. I've been to other establishments that cold press juice on the spot. 3. She says that is the only way (bottled) she sells the cold pressed juice. Hmm. I clearly remember my juice was delivered in a cup. But ok. Deceptive. 4. She states she didn't have the manpower or capability to press daily. 5. After noticing no one had picked up one of the bottles juices that morning. She precedes to shake up and reposition the bottles to make them look fresher. If you don't offer it or don't have ingredients. Please don't advertise as if you have it daily. Or is it just the weekend I visited? While other reviews say the customer service is good. It lacked in the long 40 minutes I sat in there. 40 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. No one had a large order. I ended up walking out with a smoothie--Maho Bay. Becuase it had spinach. But left out concerned if those ingredients were actually fresh. Not sure if and when I'll return because my main reason to support would be for a fresh juice on the spot. The only "complaint" I had was they fill the bowl so high that you almost have to eat the toppings first in order to get into the base of the bowl without it all falling over. I've been trying to get to this spot for quite some time, and I finally had a chance to do so today. They have a variety of options--some of which were available and some are not. The turn around on orders is quick. They are very popular and have a great array of cold-pressed juices with different ones available depending on the day of the week. They do accept walk-ins at their spot. The prices are reasonable, and they are Black-owned and -operated. I love having them so close if I ever wanted to stop in, but they close early around 3 p.m., so it doesn't leave a chance to grab anything from them after work. Customer service - pretty sad. Food - great taste and flavor. Let me elaborate. My first visit was a month ago, I went over while waiting for my next doc visit, I had about 30 mins. I walked in and no one was in line, the owner or employee was sitting off to the side at one of the tables. It was my first time there so I had some questions, she would not get up to help me, she preferred to yell from her seat at the table. I preferred not to yell so I started to leave. Then she got up and walked over and said she could help me. I ordered after she answered my questions and it was good. 2nd time I preordered and waited 10-15 mins. Went to pick it up, order was wrong, i was not happy. She had to redo it and I said I really needed to go. She then scolded me and said that with online orders it takes 10-15mins and I said but I waited 15 mins before picking it up and you got the order wrong so how is it my fault? I wont be back. I recently visited juice me too after having not had them in a couple of years. I'm so happy this small locally owned business made it through Covid times. The Austell area really needs healthy options like this so hopefully they stay around for awhile. Although they have a couple of small tables and a long high top table with chairs, it's definitely more of a take away place. I've had a couple of the smoothies which are so fresh and tasty. I've only had one wrap, can't remember the name but it has walnut meat, tahini, lettuce, and shredded carrots. The taste reminds me of a taco, in a very yummy wrap. The energy balls are a great snack option too. They also have salads and açaí bowls which I look forward to trying sometime. The only area for improvement, which has been ongoing since I used to go there a couple of years ago, is the time it takes to get your food. I've never ordered ahead but next time I will. If you order in the store it takes a long time to get your food, even if it's not busy. While I do appreciate the freshness, I think they need to work on pre-prepping some of the things. read more

I have come here several time but I think I need to find another place that has better customer service, extended hours, and better communication. 1st time I got a tropical bowl (which is açaí blended with strawberry and bananas on top) I asked for no banana blended in the smoothie part and none on top. She repeated so I do know she I definitely understood my order. Took some time but she brought the bowl out to me with bananas on top. Told her I didn't want bananas on the top and she asks me "are you allergic to them?" In the tone of well I made it already so you should go ahead and take it. This time my order was remade, walked out thinking maybe she is young and learning so I let it slide. 2nd incident- went there to order the same thing tropical bowl. Walked in at 4:35, they are sweeping so they finally got to me abt 4:37 (I'm cool with that part and waiting patiently). Put my order in for the owner to tell me oh well we don't make "food" after 4:30. First of all the bowl is blended fruit with granola at the top so it's really not food but this will be my last time patronizing this business. It's so many small businesses with better customer service and better prices...
