I was super bummed because I ended up forgetting some favorites (like avocado) because I didn't see/notice them on the cold bar. I chose my dressings, had it mixed up and then checked out. However, once a public review is posted, suddenly there's a commitment to improving service and addressing the issue "directly." My concern was never just frustration, it was the lack of attention to order modifications involving food sensitivities, which could seriously affect someone. I just hope more accountability is actually taken moving forward beyond generic responses.
