This was my favorite smoothie king in the area. Always fast service and never had any complaints. I put an order in at 7:01 via the app, states it would be available by 7:12. I get to the location at 7:20 gave extra time on my way to work. To see the lights are out in the front and the door being locked. The hours are M-F at 7am. Just happened to be in the area and wanted a smoothie. This location is in the Kroger plaza. Upon walking in I was greeted by the owner woman in a black shirt with a big smile and employees behind the counter. I needed a second to order and the young lady was patient offering suggestions and knowledgeable when I asked if certain choices on their menu contained nuts as I am allergic. I ended up ordering the the mango ginger metabolism with vegan protein and it was really really good I also got a bag of yogurt pretzels that was a good snack for the price. It was pretty quiet when I walked in but there's not much seating so I wouldn't suggest anyone trying to come work in here even though there is free wifi. But it was clean and open. As I was leaving I was approached by the second owner he was a tall guy but he told me he appreciated my business and hoped I came back again but what he said last really stuck with me because I wasn't really in the best mood but he said alright go rule the day and I was like you know what I will thank you! This location is apparently under new ownership and based off my experience I'll definitely be back and recommend this. read more

Perfectly adequate location. Close to my house and to my normal grocery. Staff is friendly enough. It's clean and so far they have never been out of anything. They also allowed me to use their bathroom that is marked as "employee only". It was stocked and clean. Usually not a crowd or line. read more

Went through app and ordered 2 coca colada bowls ... usually we go in and order, came to pick up and young lady went to the freezer to get them (I arrived as app suggested 18 - 23 min after ordering.) I took them to the car and home immediately... then we opened them and they were like soup. This is at 8:30 ish time frame of night...so we were not going straight back at that time of night. Anyway, next am went in to shop and asked what they could do? I spent approximately $25 for a VERY POOR PRODUCT (and had proof of purchase in app including time) I thought they would do something for us. The young lady at front was very nice, she called the manager and was told they could not do anything for us... (because I didn't bring the containers back in) give them a coupon. I already had coupons through the app. All I can say is if you are charging $12.29 per small bowl... they better be a top notch product! This is what went well. Someone finally opened a restaurant in this area that has healthy food. Don't get me wrong. I love my Chinese takeout and I love my wings, but I like to eat healthy as well. I had no idea that there was a smoothie king next to the Kroger. I ordered a pineapple kale after about a 10 mile walk. Great recovery delicious. This Smoothie King is located just a few doors down from the Kroger in the large shopping complex that sits on Floyd Road...and it is a welcome addition to this area! I have only recently became a fan of Smoothie King due to my discovery of their High Protein Smoothie which features almond mocha and peanut butter! I swing through this Kroger on occasion and decided to pop in here for an after grocery shop smoothie...because we all enjoy one from time to time! The smoothies were fantastic. The service wasn't the best but I'd say maybe 6/10. Very pricy but quality does that.

I visited this location on Sunday morning and did not encounter a good experience. The employee noticed I was still trying to decide and she said let me know when you are ready and walked away. A few minutes later (since she never came back) I told her I am ready, and she said ok give me a minute.. She never came back. She proceeded with 3 other employees to make smoothies while there was only 1 other person in the store. I felt ignored and it appears they did not value my business. Eventually minutes later another employee realized the initial girl was not coming back and took my order. I will take my business to another location. read more
