It's set up like the usual assembly-line spots, similar to Chipotle or CAVA, where you pick a base, toppings, and protein or you can skip the decisions and grab one of their prebuilt bowls. I went with the Mediterranean bowl and it delivered. Grilled chicken with shawarma seasoning, spring mix, broccoli, sweet potatoes (I swapped mine for carrots), tomatoes, cucumber, and onion, plus hummus and pita on the side. Flavorful, filling, and didn't leave me feeling weighed down. They've also got fresh juices and bottled drinks, which fits the whole better-for-you vibe. The space is a little dim with a food court feel and pop music playing in the background. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. Prices are about what you'd expect, around $15 for a bowl, but you get a generous portion. I had leftovers, which made it feel more worth it.
