I ordered a large iced latte and as the associate handed it to me and as I took it from her the coffee went everywhere. All over the driver side door, inside and out and all over my clothes. I was soaked and clothes were stained. She had turned away and I showed her what happened and all she said was, "Do you want another drink?" No apology at all. The drink was filled to the top to the point the coffee was coming out the straw hole and coffee had accumulated all over the lid. Like a coffee pool. She proceeded to pour some out and handed me back the drink and sent me on my merry way. Oh, wait. She did give me some napkins. Again, no apology. Will never go back.
