I had been a regular at Scooter's for awhile now but today was the last time I will patronize this shop. I ordered a large iced latte and as the associate handed it to me and as I took it from her the coffee went everywhere. All over the driver side door, inside and out and all over my clothes. I was soaked and clothes were stained. She had turned away and I showed her what happened and all she said was, "Do you want another drink?" No apology at all. The drink was filled to the top to the point the coffee was coming out the straw hole and coffee had accumulated all over the lid. Like a coffee pool. She proceeded to pour some out and handed me back the drink and sent me on my merry way. Oh, wait. She did give me some napkins. Again, no apology. Will never go back. read more

I work at a scooter's so im go to add a little criticism. I got a PB cup blender with no espresso. Everything was all and well until I drank to the bottom and there were large ice chunks in it :/ Gotta always remember to blend anything without espresso on the #1 setting and pulse it after other than that, everything was okay! they were very quick and kind :) read more

I've been interested in trying a Scooter's, and I had the chance to yesterday while out running errands. They have options that you won't find at a Caribou or Starbucks. The ladies working were pretty nice and the turnaround on the order was rather quick. Parking is ample at this location and the drive-thru process was seamless. Coffee is a bit like diner coffee (weak and bland) and the mocha tasted like chocolate malt milk. Prices are more expensive than I'd pay for diner coffee and choco milk, but the girls who helped us were very friendly and made the experience pleasant. Would I come again? Probably not, but if you don't mind whatever coffee and just want something on the go from some peppy, nice baristas, this is the spot for you. read more

I don't know what others are talking about. I have been getting drinks here for several years now and I have never had a bad coffee. I come from Washington State the land of coffee shops. Scooters is far more consistent than Starbucks. Does it compare to some of the local places from back home, well no but it is far better than Dunkin, Starbucks and caribou coffee . It is also more consistent than Dutch bros which when they are on is great but sometimes dutch bros can be bitter I have never had that from Scooters. read more

This place is hit or miss, the location is rather convenient on Canton and service is USUALLY pretty good with no line but the coffee is not always good. I had not been in a while, the last time I went the coffee I got was gross- it was a latte that tasted like spoiled milk.. I didn't have time to go back that day so I put it in the garage fridge with the intention of asking them to remake it... Unfortunately more time had passed than expected, when I went back I was initially told they would remake/replace it when I let them know what happened but then the gal came back to tell me the manager said no. Oh Scooter's please forgive me for passing by you so many times to stop at the other big chain coffee spots...I really didn't mean it. If you are unfamiliar with Scooter's they are a large coffee chain with well over 300 locations nationwide, however they only have two here in GA. One in Roswell and this location. I 100% support a GA expansion of Scooter's! Why? Because Scooter's is legit y'all! I have driven by this Scooter's, which is located on Canton Road, on my way to and from Woodstock soooooo many times over the past few months and finally decided to swing in and give it a try. While my visits are short, they are filled with great energy, fantastic service, short wait times and delicious coffee! This location is drive thru only and they make it so effortless to get in and out. The pathway is paved in white pavement for the drive through, which I equate to the road being paved in gold leading me to my next cup of goodness! When you leave the drive thru, they even have the exit mapped out. In the event you want to scoop your stuff up and eat on site, there are a few parking spots that allow you to do that. Service is next level...think like Chick-Fil-A level service. All my visits have been met with such amazing, friendly and welcoming service at the speaker and at the window. It is something to experience, especially after the service received at some of the other big name coffee spots. The goods...my go to is the Iced Mocha Espresso and it is easily one of the best iced mocha drinks I have EVER had. In addition to all varieties of coffee drinks, iced and hot, they also have a plethora of other items such as smoothies, blended drinks, teas. And if you wanted something to snack on with your drink you can grab a breakfast burrito, pastry, waffle sandwich, cookies, muffins and even cake pops! Overall, I am super pumped that I finally swung in and gave Scooter's a try. Every experience has been top notch and the coffee has been delish. You will certainly see me in that drive thru many more times! read more

This review is based upon my experience during the Coronavirus, although it wouldn't be much different otherwise since it appears to be a drive-thru only coffee shop. The menu is clean and easy to read. I wish they would indicate how many ounces each size is because that part is unclear. The Peach Smoothie was pretty good. It was blended well enough that there were no ice chunks in it. I also thought the Caramelicious Espresso Blender was good. It tastes very similar to a Caramel Frappacino. And lastly, the Cinnamon Rolls are very good too. Get them to heat it for you. It tastes great warm. The only complaint I would have is that the baristas had face masks hanging off of one of their ears instead of wearing it over their faces. I would've preferred if they wore it, but if they're not going to, then just leave it off. And secondly, I was paying with my phone. I was hoping they could just scan it, but they had to take it and manually input the numbers. I wish they had been wearing gloves. Of course, this is only a Coronavirus specific review, but who knows how long this will last for. Hopefully they will be willing to take the necessary precautions going forward until this thing has passed. read more

Scooters is awesome ! Scooters is the exact replica of what I've always thought we need throughout GA! Everyone is always on the go and needs easy in and out access to a coffee shop before sitting in terrible traffic. Scooters is that place. I love how Scooters is just in the middle of a parking lot so there's really nothing around to slow you down. The girl who took our order was very polite and helpful. I ordered a small americano and my girlfriend had a cold brew. The small is a little bigger than your average small coffee. But it was super delicious so I didn't waste any of it ! It was a good experience. I've been to the other location in Roswell as well. I tried the candy bar latte and it tastes just like an almond joy so that was impressive. The employee was very helpful with suggestions as well. Food was alright, just not the biggest fan of English muffins personally for my sandwich. The drive thru location was a bit odd. I have been going to Scooters for about a year and can't believe I haven't written a review sooner. This place is awesome. First and foremost, they have a drive-through which saves time and means I can go in my pajamas. Bonus! The service is always quick and they are friendly and professional. Apparently, scooters is a chain from the Northwest. I can tell you that all their specialty coffee drinks and snacks are DELICIOUS! Way tastier than Starbucks. I had a pumpkin muffin there today that was so good it puts Starbucks one to shame. And the Scooter's one didn't even have cream cheese. Wow how have I not gotten something here before!? First time stopping at Scooters and they didn't disappoint! I got the maple waffle sandwich with an iced coconut vanilla latte. Both were delicious. I also got a little pup cup for my Corgi and it was adorable! They even added in a little dog biscuit on top. Cheaper than Starbucks and in my opinion taste even better. Friendly people and easy access! And the gluten free brownie is too die for!! I was told this is the 153rd Scooter's in the country. Hurray! I've been driving to work on Canton Rd for going on 17 years. My biggest complaint is lack of good coffee places. (There is a Dunkin Donuts up the road but their drive through sucks. Plus in the morning no one will let you out and I never know what the guy is saying when I order. Their intercom really sucks! On top of that I'm lactose Intolerant and Dunkin has no dairy free options. There is a Starbucks a little futher up the street but their coffee is inconsistent....anyway, cry and whine no more...Scooter to the rescue!!! What: a drive through coffee place with non snobby attitude and friendly people....in my case even at 5pm in the rush hour..Taylor, Destiny were great even though I asked her like 10 questions and I could ACTUALLY understand her.. what a concept! Food: Gluten free brownie- nice and moist...kudos to Scooters for keeping up with the times. I think Starbucks only has rice Krispy as GF. Cranberry/Orange scones- my fav. Scooters is more biscuit bread like than the common cookie which is actually the way it is suppose to be. Cinnamon bun-I've had better Pumpkin creme cheese bread-awsome. Moist and rich. Great for snacks. Pumpkin chocolate chip cookie- nice blend between the pumpkin and chocolate chips. Super yummy warmed up. Double chocolate muffin-run don't walk and get you some! Parking: Its a drive through with a traffic light!!! I cannot tell you how awesome it is having a traffic light during morning commute. Otherwise try getting back out on Canton Rd after grabbing you coffee? Heck Heidi Klum could be dancing naked and no one will bother stopping!! Coffee and drinks: I got an ice latte with Almond milk-something that Starbucks doesn't have (Starbucks has soy or coconut milk only)...I think soy milk actually changes the taste of coffee so in my opinion almond milk is the best non dairy option. Their drip coffee is a medium with chocolate Carmel flavor. No matter what time of day I get it it is always consistent. Their cold brew is actually the best cold brew coffee I've ever had. Smooth and refreshing. Get some almond milk added to it to get it a slight nutty taste. I have had their pumpkin pie smoothie which is outrageously delicious and their mango smoothie is pretty awesome too. Unfortunately both contain milk so I could only take a few sips and sadly had to give it away!! I had a good experience with Scooter and will be returning. Thanks ladies! read more

Found this place by accident heading home from Midtown GA. Place seems pretty new. It's a drive-through only... No sit down. Def a chain. Fast friendly service! I love that they had breakfast sandwiches... as I got the vegetarian burrito which restored my faith in burritos because I'm tired of getting chewy gummy breakfast meats, aka, microwave sausage or fatty bacon. The cinnamon roll was delightful. My matcha green tea smoothie tasted just like Starbucks - congrats. Gingerbread latte was a swing a miss sorry. Love this location all the girls in the morning are super friendly. My fiancé and I stop by almost every morning, we order the iced caramelicious with cold foam. More frequently the coffee has been spilling out from under the lid when we would go to drink it, dripping all down our shirts and car. The lid is on and not loose but it still spills out from the cup rim, maybe it is a design flaw of the lid. Just wanted to bring it to attention :) read more

Paid for it drove down the street only to realize that not only was the sandwich not hot it was ice cold in the middle . I absolutely love the baristas at this location - and when I say location, it's really just a drive through, but don't let that deter you. They are always friendly and tolerate my diva orders which I greatly appreciate. They never get it wrong. If you're driving by, this place is worth a stop.
