All but one of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable and considerate of all their customers. and then there's White Boy. White Boy ihs an equal opportunity harasser. He asks invasive questions and lectures customers about why they shouldn't buy the products he is getting commission selling them! it's hypocritical and makes me not trust the safety of my personal data with an employee who regularly harasses the customers he is serving. If I were Priyesh Pomal I would fire this jerk and I would also have my employees take a fat sharpie to the shipping labels with the store owner's name on them. These are both examples of poor information security. They have recently changed their loyalty rewards system but customers still need to give their phone number out loud - yet another example of poor data security practice. They have a new paym system and it should be set up To allow customers to punch in their number. The regular weekday manager is fantastic and she always takes great care of her customers. The guys that work here all have that "vape bro" vibe. If you don't know what you want then they get huffy when they have to explain. Perfect shop for the vape naysh bros. Not a good place for the general consumer, especially if you're new to vaping. They also try and upsell you on batteries when their lower priced items do the job just fine. Bottom line- if you're new to vaping or you want a pleasant experience- shop elsewhere.

Funny thing is I went to the store on 92 next to goodwill first because I thought I purchased there. Moral of the story is stick with where you've been going especially if that business is "personable" AND stands behind the items they sell!!!! #keepthst10%discount

I love the CBD gummies for the calming affect, as I have high generalized anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD & combo ADHD & yes I am on prescription drugs to help with all of these things, but the CBD gummies are amazing when I am trying to relax or in very high stress situations. My wife loves their Delta 8+9 gummies that look like Nerds Clusters. She has really bad insomnia & although she does take medication for it, at times, she just cannot cut her mind off enough to fall asleep. 1/2 of one of these gummies does the trick! If you vape, they do have a great selection of vape juice & devices. And of course I cannot finish this review without saying...the staff is super helpful and friendly.
