Worst customer service ever. If I could give it negative stars I would. The man, Derrek who said he was the owner, started yelling at me over the phone so I just hung up. I'm a mom, wife, and daughter- no one has ever yelled at me like this! Especially not someone wanting/needing my money to stay in business. After I hung up, he actually called me back and told me to shut up!!!! That he listened to my side (which he didn't) and he would be heard! Lol yes- seriously!! So this time before hanging up, I told him not to call my phone number again. Stating the obvious.
It actually made me cry. I couldn't help it I am such a soft shell and just not used to anyone yelling at me about anything. It was honestly quite shocking. I seriously doubt they will stay in business around here if he continues to yell at women like this.
I had purchased a box mod at the Hiram store behind happy hawgs just one hour prior to this happening. I wasn't allowed to try it in the store or try their juices because they said they were under construction (it all looked fine to me) and they weren't set up for any of that. I thought nothing of it at the time thinking I could just return it if it was a bad buy. I took the box mod home and tried it with my tank. (It didn't come with a tank- just a simple cute box mod) Unfortunately, it was nothing like she said it would be. I was driving to New York the next morning so I didn't have a lot of time to go back there and cook for my family before they closed and I needed to sleep. So, I called and asked if my husband could make the return for me or get store credit because it's so close to our house and I will need juice and coils. Store credit would have been fine by me.
I was told they don't "usually" do any refunds. They told me to contact the owner, so I thanked them, hung up after getting her name (which I can't remember now because I had gotten so upset about the man yelling at me). I used the bathroom and then made a list of last minute items I needed to pack for our trip. 5 minutes later, I called the second store they said the owner would be at. Derrek answered the phone. I asked for her and he said she wasn't there that she was at the other store. He sounded mad already, I assumed the other store had contacted them. (They are obviously slow enough sales wise to be bored.)
I explained I had just spoken with the other store, after confirming the number that I had just called was the one I spoke with and purchased from -Incase I did call that store again. He said "No you weren't just speaking with them because I was just in the phone with them. And no one called. " lol he was so rude about it- I actually feel sorry for his kids if he has them. I said I did speak with them, and I just needed to speak with the owner about a refund or exchange. He started yelling saying they don't ever do returns that there is a sign by the register (there was not a sign nor did anyone verbally tell me because again they were under construction and putting it all back together).
I was not going to argue with him because when consumers use credit cards, guess what?, we have insurance for these instances. So I just said that was fine, it wasn't used. I had only had it for an hour (yes, 60 minutes for real) and that I would just contest the charge with my credit card company after dropping the bag off outside their store. And the credit card company actually charges them extra for us having to contest a charge. I can't say I feel bad about that. After the first curse word, I hung up. I refuse to be spoken to like that from anyone. And that's when he called my phone back. I put it in speaker so my neighbors (who were at my house at the time) and my husband could hear him yelling. All of their mouths dropped open in shock as well when he told me to shut up. Before hanging up I told him not to call my phone number again. My neighbors left and I went into my bathroom and cried.
Please do not support this company. No one deserves treatment like th read more
