The customer service in this location is absolutely horrible. It is blatantly obvious who they prefer to shop here as I have had a few black females enter this location to be all but completely ignored. Now remember this is a boutique and not a large department store. The ladies who work in this location literally ignored each person who came there to shop but as soon as another race walked in the hello's, welcomes, may I help you opening lines seem to be in abundance... This has been tested a few times now and it is sad. I would have loved to give this location 5 stars but management really needs to speak with their customer service workers on how to provide service to everyone and not just who they prefer. A small candle that would probably cost $10-$15 in any other boutique store was $50 here. I mean, there was nothing inspiring in this store whatsoever. Just lazy merchandising and boring, overpriced products you could buy anywhere else. That's my honest review before what happened next. The owner called the police because she claimed another customer caught my wife shoplifting. We were detained in a humiliating fashion by several police officers in the front of her store for 45 minutes while they watched security footage over and over trying to find damning evidence of something that didn't happen. When nothing was found, the spineless owner had us criminally trespassed instead of apologizing. I noticed in another review that a minority received terrible service here as well. Not surprised at all to see that the trash who owns this store is racist, too. If you order cookies from Crumbl, make sure to order well enough in advance that you won't be tempted to visit this little piece of retail hell. Boring, generic, rude, overpriced. Completely garbage ownership.

They were happy to show me as many trays as I wanted and also helped me by showing me other pieces based on my tastes. I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of Pandora beads, including gifts. They gift-wrapped the purchases beautifully at no additional charge. One piece I needed was the wrong item and they did not hassle me at all when exchanging it. The item I needed was not in stock so they ordered it for me. I'd recommend Three Sisters because they are a local small business, creating jobs, and bringing beautiful merchandise much closer to home and saving my time and money. The attentive staff is much better than the jewelry store I visited, and they didn't act exasperated while I took my time shopping for Pandora.

I came upon this boutique by chance and stopped in on a whim after the shop was recommended to me by another store owner downtown. Actually, I'd passed by this charming little boutique several times and hadn't noticed that it's a boutique because it's actually located inside a converted old home in a combination residential/business area on a shady, tree-lined side street. Once I walked inside, I found so many cute things that I didn't know what to look at first, but I immediately spied a bunch of cute Paula Deen kitchenware/decor I tucked into one corner and I immediately made a beeline towards it. Elsewhere, my husband I found a big clearance/sale section located in another room and tons of eclectic decor items, including candles, pillows, pottery, glassware, some vintage pieces, plus racks of clothing and accessories and so much more. Every room of this old home was chock full of unique wares (don't think about not hitting the second floor-there's even more in store upstairs). Don't forget to stop in the bathroom, too, because most of the fragrances, lotions, cosmetics, and candles are in there! It smelled so good, it almost felt like a spa. Truthfully, I could have spent a fortune in here, though I managed to curb my inner shopaholic and pare down my purchases to a few items, including some Paula Deen pottery and a carved wood decorative knock knack. While some things were typical Chinese imported goods, I actually found plenty of Made in USA merchandise, including handmade box candles, pottery and accessories, which I was pleased to see. There was an Easter Egg scavenger hunt sale going on here (several downtown retailers participated- it was the week of Easter), so I grabbed a plastic Easter egg out of a bag to find out my store discount, which was 30% off my total purchase, so that was great. I signed up for their email list, too, so now I get notifications on special promotional events and sales. Customer service here was excellent, too. Overall, a great shopping experience.
