I was trying to ask questions, just to understand the types of services that they offered, and she talked to me in a very rude tone. When I was asking what I could do about removing the patch myself, she went on to continue to talk to me as if I was a child--if not like I was stupid. The other people there were a bit more helpful and more understanding, but the attitude that I encountered today was enough to make me never go back to any Serendipity location ever again!

So I said thank you took my stuff and left. I then heard of a lady at Moyes pharmacy that does monogramming. They have a great selection of small and large gifts, a coffee shop, snacks and a wonderful selection of books. I came in for a speciality item, The Tarot De Marseille tarot deck.
