On 7/25/23 I decided to open it and to my dismay the bottle had leaked in the bag making my receipt unreadable and it had no plastic tube on the inside of the bottle so that it can't be sprayed. I tried to exchange it the same day and was told I could not because 1st I've had it to long I should have noticed earlier that it was leaking said one of the managers and 2nd I can't return a fragrance that's not in the original package so they can resale it. I asked how can you resale a defective product? How would I know if it's defective until I open it? Burlington refused to exchange it. I called customer service and was told the same thing. How do you sell an obvious defective product and the only way to see if it's defective is to open it up and then tell a customer we can't take it back because it's open. Make it make sense, so now you've taken my money and I'm stuck with a product I cannot use.

On-time and on-budget we got an electronic design guide, along with a fully linked shopping list for all of our items. The items really felt like us--from a crazy green loveseat to an adorable line-drawn cat pillow--and came from a variety of sources. We've chosen to pull the room together slowly, which, with a little legwork, is letting me buy some of the items as they go on sale. I LOVE the final design--even in our tiny space she figured out a dedicated play space for our daughter!--and am so excited to see everything pull together. So, what I'm saying is, hire Lesley. She's a joy to work with, she obviously loves what she does, and she's fantastic at it.

When the movers came I asked them to be careful with my hardwood flooring. They were extremely lazy and decided to still drag the furniture across my floor causing the flooring to be scraped and lifted. I repeated myself AGAIN and told them to be careful & they scraped my flooring AGAIN in three other areas. They were not apologetic and told me to call the store about the issue. When I called the store they didn't offer to repair the damages, they instead offered to give me a rug to cover up the damages. Which does me no good because my apartment will keep my security deposit in the long haul upon move out. The manager Mohad was very rude and told me that I was lying about the situation. I even offered him to come to my home and view it and he refused. This was a terrible experience & very unfair. I will never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

What an experience!…read more One of my goals in 2026 was to learn to sew. With that, I obviously need supplies, which includes fabrics. A few friends and I decided to make the trip and stock up on fabrics. When I say this place has everything, I mean it. So many patterns, designs, and types of fabrics. Truthfully it was a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't that into the sewing game. So what I tried to do is get a few things quickly and call it a day. Random note: this is in a large building that really isn't heated/ cooled. When it's hot. It's hot. When it's cold, like the day we were there please bundle up. I froze while I shopped. My favorite area is the discounted remnants. This is a perfect spot for someone like me who is likely to mess up. That way, I've spent less than normal on fabric I'm not as sad if i screwed up on. The fabric is a little pricier than say, Michael's but it seems a lot nicer too. As I get better with my new hobby, I will definitely be back buying up all of the materials.
