I feel like this entire team went above and beyond to ensure that my favorite "Georgia peach" had a beautiful birthday bouquet. The 2000 AD staff called to let me know they hadn't been able to get her on the phone, but the delivery driver had still managed to get the flowers to her front door within her gated community. lt turned out that she didn't have service because she had jetted off to somewhere fun and tropical for the weekend. I just considered the delivery a "loss" because I had so wanted the flowers to be a surprise that I hadn't made sure to coordinate and communicate with her, and thanked them for trying. I even said I would send a picture of the bouquet in its current, full glory for her to enjoy via email. However, Al was so kind and said he wanted to make sure she had a great birthday. So, to pass the shop's info along to my friend and have her give them a call to schedule a redelivery for when she was back in town. She picked the flowers up when she touched down.
