As we walked to the open gate and saw several patrons inside, a young woman looked at us and quickly rushed over to lock the gate, turned and walked away without a word. Again we didn't know it closed at 4 since there were cars parked out front and people inside and it was our first time visiting. A "simple sorry guys we're closing" would have been an option, now we won't be back. Too bad as it looked very cute and we ended up leaving there and heading to Pike after we identified a pollinator plant outside their gates.

This is my favorite local nursery. They grow their own plants (unlike most nurseries that just buy…read moreplants from growers). Because of this, they have a much better selection and lower prices than other nurseries. They have tons of plants to choose from: annuals, perennials, ferns, vegetables, etc. and they come in all sizes (except for the plugs which they unfortunately won't let you buy). The employees (with the exception of one crabby lady in the first building) are very friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. This is my first stop for almost any plant I'm looking for. And if you're putting together containers, you've got to come here; they have much better and more interesting stuff than the other guys.

The truck they used to deliver the mulch had bald tires and ended up getting stuck, tearing up my front yard in the process. They left deep ruts and damage, with no effort made to fix or even acknowledge it. When I placed the order, I clearly told the manager the mulch needed to be delivered to the backyard -- at no point was I informed this couldn't be done. That should've been communicated from the start. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to backfill the damage they caused. For a supervisor, Wilmer showed no consideration and had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from a service provider. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company.
