Emailed receipt with NO ADDRESS of the event or DATE of the event. No follow up emails at all were sent.

This establishment is offering Paint Pot & Sip classes without a confirmation date & time or address of the event being sent to you. I purchased a ticket as soon as they went on sale because I know tickets sale fast thinking I was booking an event early. The event wasn't on the website when I went to book so I made a comment on IG to ask how to book. My comment was responded to saying "search" for the event on the website. I searched the event, found it and booked and received confirmation(with no date) on 5/27/21. I have a busy life, running a candle business, having a family and school so I checked my email to confirm a date for the event to add to my calendar and I didn't see one, I then went to the IG page I saw an event for 6/12. I rush to get to an event on 6/12, only to be told my event was the previous week at another location. I showed her the email to confirm where does this show and the owner couldn't see it either. Because it wasn't there. She said it was on a flyer that she has now deleted and it's no longer on the website or her IG. Upon me entering the event, another young lady was being turned away for a similar problem. No one would purposely miss an event that they paid $50 for. As I stated, there is poor or miscommunication upon booking. The owner then stated the event was booked and she has to get started and couldn't accommodate me. I know what professionalism is and you can not have people booking events without sending them a confirmation and or details of an ADDRESS and DATE of where the event is being held! I'm utterly disgusted. Check out the photos attached to confirm the truth!

A little pricey, but totally worth it! Service was "spot on" and the plant is gorgeous and still thriving.

I attended the Douglas County Master Gardeners Plant Sale for the first time this year. This…read moreannual plant sale is held the first Saturday in May. Initially I had mixed feelings but now that I am starting to really enjoy many of the plants I purchased, I can honestly say that it was definitely a trip worth taking. Here is what initially gave me pause about the experience : It was held in a small crowded wooded area with uneven terrain and plenty of bugs. This was a problem because it was difficult to get around with carts and wagons. If you are smart, you take your wagon. It could have been held in their very spacious parking lot which would have offered a much better experience. The volunteers who were hosting the sale were difficult to identify. It would have been nice if they had all been wearing matching fluorescent vests or name tags. This is a small town so there was a lot of "visiting' going on when more attention should have been given to customers who had many questions were often left searching for assistance. When it came to the plants, not all of them were accurately labeled or priced and this created an inconvenience at check-out. There should be a rule that before plants are put out on display, they must be correctly identified and priced. We purchased quite a few plants and now that I have been able to identify them and they are starting to bloom, I am quite excited. I purchased several plants that you won't find in a local garden center and they were extremely affordable. If you go, observe the following: Arrive early Use bug spray Wear comfortable shoes Take a wagon or cart for convenience. Most importantly, know what is a "must puchase " and get it first!

I've been going to this Ace for several years and I really like the store and the employees…read more They're most always very knowledgeable, helpful and quite friendly. I'm not a fan of the other big box stores though they do have their uses. Over the past few decades those other stores have shut down small business owners and smaller franchise stores where I'd previously enjoyed good customer service and quality products. This Ace is run like a family-owned business and they carry quality products. My only criticism is that the check-out personnel could stand to be a bit more professional and respectful of customer's time. When I need a high-dollar piece of equipment, i.e. a mower, blower or other, this store has been my go-to. They maintain the products they sell so I know I can count on them for consistently good maintenance and repairs. I even receive a Christmas card from them. Great store, great folks!

Friendly courteous helpful sales people amazingly good nice friendly cashiers. I more than likely will be doing all my hardware business as many friends of mine now will at your location. Succulents in the Southeast!…read more Who knew I could find these beautiful plants in Atlanta?! We purchased two arrangements for us and one for her mother. At first, we were skeptical even to purchase live plants at all, for fear of killing them, like we had just about every other plant we ever bought. But the owner, Kurt, explained to us that they were super easy to care for and most needed watering only once a week. Imagine-- going on vacation and not having to worry about your plants! The arrangements we purchased were: Hypertufa (a sort of light-weight, organic cement) Dish Garden with Sempervivum (hens & chicks), Purple Ice Plant, and Spurium Tri-Color. A One-of-a-kind Container Garden with Purple Echeveria and Bright Green Angelina Hand crafted Mosaic Pot with Red-Tipped Jade, Crown of Thorns and Echeveria 'Topsy Turvy' They are all fantastic! And all have continued to grow and flourish for months now! Southeast Succulents also had something called Vertical Gardens. That's what I'll purchase next time around!
