From the day I started coming into this store, not only have I never had a bad experience, I have always had an EXCELLENT experience. I look forward to my visits, because the employees at the Crossroads location go above and beyond. They are always friendly, always smiling, know the products and make excellent suggestions. They are not rushed. They take time to get to know their customers, what they are looking for and are wonderful conversationalists. The store is also always clean and organized with a great selection. Highly recommended. P.S. The picture on this Yelp page is not the Crossroads store I am writing about. Not sure what store that picture is of. Attached pics of the right store.
