This place is one of the WORST liquor stores I've been to. I only ever go here because it's…read moreconveniently located in the Kroger shopping center near me but trust me it is more worth it to drive a little longer for a better liquor store. Firstly, this is the most cluttered and unorganized liquor store with just an okay selection that you could find anywhere else and for a way better price. Even their cigar selection is pretty limited. The main issue I have is they are AWFUL at checking IDs. Every time I go here they treat me like I am suspicious and will double or triple check my ID whereas most places will check it once. Every time I come here they are so rude to me and from other reviews it looks like it's not just me. They need a better way to check IDs cause what they do now is not working. This recent time on 3/22/2025 was the worst experience yet that nailed this place in the coffin for me. The man at the counter told me I had a fake ID before he could even check the date and it was almost like he had his mind made up before he even saw my ID. I thought he was joking since I am almost 24 years old and don't look super young but soon realized he wasn't when he began to pull the liquor off the counter. I was absolutely floored that he was blatantly accusing me of trying to lie to him. After telling the man it was real and getting frustrated he eventually sold me my alcohol but I will NEVER come back here. Trust me, you can have a much better experience and alchohol selection literally anywhere else. This place is the worst and the people who work here/own it are rude as hell. I saw someone say people in their 20s should stay away from here and I 100% agree. They will treat you poorly and act like you are a suspect.

I shop at the nearby Kroger often so I decided to stop in a while back and check out this Bottle Shop. I am glad I did. They carry most of the regular stuff plus sometimes I find some rare bottles or things that I have never seen before on their shelves. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I came in for some vape juice and I explained to the guys that I do not like any Ice or any cream…read moretypes with the flavors. They were nice and helpful, and one time one of the guys suggested a flavor which was a smoothie and the other guy said no that would be like a cream. He finally suggested one and I said I'll try it. When I got home I realized it was a ice type flavor. So, the next day I brought it in and only one guy was working but it happened to be one of the ones that helped be before. This particular guy was the one that suggested the smoothie the other guy corrected him on. He remembered and I said do you remember when I said I didn't like ice and he said yes so then I showed him the bottle they gave me and showed him that it was ice. He asked what I wanted to do which confused me and I said um, I would like to switch it for a non ice of the same flavor. He immediately said we don't do returns. I said I get that but you guys made the mistake, not me. I don't want to return it I want to swap it out. He said I'm sorry we can't do that. I can give you 10% off on another one. I own a business and I hate returning or complaining about anything. If a restaurant messes up my order I just eat it. I told him he's about to lose a lot of business and he just shrugged like he didn't care. He is going to lose hundreds if not thousands over $14?! Me and a lot of my family members just moved to this area and I'm going to make sure they tell everyone to not come here. If you go here you better not make a mistake or let them make a mistake because you be paying for it every single time. Go to Acworth city vape. It's right down the road from these guys.
