My wife and I visited the shop on Cobb Parkway and I purchased over $300.00 worth of starter kits and juices for her and I. We purchased the mini's from Kanger tech, I'm a truck driver and am not in town but every 3-4 weeks. I left out on the road and about two weeks later I was having problems with my mod which I took to a shop in Tennessee to be repaired and was told I had purchased a knockoff but it was repaired. After 4 weeks my wife's mod could not be adjusted so she took it back to Vape Life and there were no customers so the guy started trying to find out what was the cause, as customers started coming in my wife was pushed back in line and asked if she could wait while he took care of these customers, she had already been there a hour and told the guy she could not wait and was told he could take the mod and send it back to be repaired which would take 5-10 days and that he didn't have any loaners. I called this guy and asked why she was not handled as the other customers since we were a customer also and had already spent over $300.00 here and was told we could bring it back now and he would see if he could fix it but if he couldn't, it would have to be returned to which I asked so what does she do in the meantime smoke cigarettes or buy another one? at this point I was not walking back in this place, if they are selling products that are not guaranteed, then they should stand behind the product. But as I mentioned earlier the two setups I purchased were knockoffs so they could not be sent to the mfg. to be repaired since they were not purchased from mfg. This place sells knockoffs and takes your money then only want to see you when you need juice. my advice "STAY AWAY", they only want your money.
