This place is out of ingredients most of the time, I often go for the bee berry sting and was told on a few occasions that they do have the items to make my bowl, how are you out of honey??? Then on another occasion I went there and waited 30 mins for my bowl to be made and the person made such a pitiful bowl, I asked for a refund and the young lady agreed to remake it for me instead but still made other in front of my remake, so I ended up waiting for an additional 15 mins. The prices are great, and they have many size options from lite to large. There are plenty of add-in options like energy blasts, protein, immunity, and fat burners. Good smoothie place chain. I go here when i don't feel like eating fast food or full lunch meal. PBJ Is a solid smoothie with peanut butter, banana , strawberries , yogurt and some vanilla. Small location but very fast workers and efficient staff. Lunch hour has 3-4 people in line ahead of me, but smoothies come out fast and you can see them hustling, which i like. Location: it is super close to my work place, so I normally stop by to grab a quick smoothie before work or during lunch. 2. Service: every time I have been there has been super awesome. They are so quick with taking my order and so patient when I'm indecisive. 3. Price: I don't think their prices are that high... I think it's comparable with smoothie king. 4. I've never been disappointed with the smoothies or the service... this planet smoothie has a much nicer staff than the smoothie king down the street whose employees range from bored to annoyed anytime I'd drop in. Planet Smoothie's prices are a little better too. I like that they do a good job of posting all the nutritional information for their smoothies, including which ones are dairy-free. My only gripe is that they do not offer soy milk or some other dairy-free milk substitute since many of their smoothies do contain milk or yogurt. read more
