This juice bar is located in a small shopping plaza. As such, the parking is a little tight. One thing I can say about this location is every time I walk into this location it smells like they just finished cleaning! The store always looks and smells extra clean!! I have to be honest, I typically come in for the snacks. I love the energy bites. I have tried the fresh juices and enjoy them too! I'm never disappointed, I'm always pleased with my smoothies and service. The environment is so vibrant, the air feels so clean. The staff is patient and friendly. They are good knowledge of their products. Generally, I get a smoothie and a wheat grass shot but as of lately I been getting the shots that are premade. They always have two to three different ones. I absolutely love coming here! Now granted the parking is pretty limited, there's usually a few spaces available since there's only a few other business in the small shopping center. This is one of the bigger locations that I've seen and there's a space to sit and enjoy your smoothie or snacks if you'd like to take a break from the outside world. The young lady who took my order was helpful, friendly, and quick. She also further explained some of the ingredients and their health benefits. I ordered the Happy smoothie and while I don't remember everything that went in it, I know it was the first time I tried it but I loved it! I have enjoyed Arden's Garden products for years, but had never been into one of their stores before. I decided it seemed like a great pick me up this morning and stopped in Vinings. Pros: tasty, fresh, quick Cons: crappy parking, not the most helpful staff, pricey (caveat-I expect the price for the fresh produce) There was only one customer finishing when I walked in. I made my way to the counter, and the girl asked what I wanted. I told her that I loved their products but had never actually been in their store before and... Crickets. Typically, that is the social cue to start recommending things. I even told her one of the smoothies that I had like to before, and the fruit that I didn't prefer to have in it. She did say that I could customize a smoothie, but that was all the help I received. I picked my green and asked for recommendations on the fruit, she told me which ones were sweeter and which ones were not as sweet. I asked for one and then she told me I could have up to three. I asked for another recommendation and she just looked at me. Overall, I was not super impressed and not super dissatisfied. I asked if the ingredients- particularly the base- were what I asked because the color was off as if there was more almond milk than pineapple juice. The lady making the smoothie said cynically "what you asked for is in it." Uhmm ok. Then her co-worker decided to jump in to say "our fruit is seasonal so customers shouldn't expect the "color" to be the same every time". I almost said "Bish! I know that!" but decided to walk out and write this review. First, I saw the base. There was very little pineapple juice. Now, I'm drinking a smoothie that tastes like milky fruit. AG is supposed to have employees that are "friendly". The one in East Point as the best. Howell Mill is awesome too. So is the one on N. Decatur. Stay away from Vinings. These two were far from friendly. Nor do they understand the concept of customer service. I could've made a big deal. I could've asked them to make it over. Have you ever just been craving some thing? Well I was craving a smoothie. I visited Arden's garden before but I usually go to the location on Howell Mill. I love the one on Howell Mill by the way but I was pressed for time and decided to visit this location. Granted I got there five minutes before close so the young lady was starting to clean up and prepare the location for closing. Totally understandable. However she told me the smoothie section closed at 5 o'clock and that I could take anything from the refrigerated case if I wanted some thing. Well, if I wanted the prepared items in the refrigerated case, I could've gone to the grocery store. If you stop serving at five why does your storefront say you close at six? Very happy that they opened an Arden's Garden in Vinings. So far so good. I have stopped in 4 times and each visit has been fairly consistent. Often times they are low on juices and don't seem to carry all of the same varieties that the Mt. Vernon location carries. People are likely coming in to buy in bulk and shipments are probably less frequent here. With that being said. I will caution you to be sure to check the expiration date on the refrigerated juices. If you forget and get on home and the juice doesn't taste fresh you can always bring it back to the store for a replacement. Arden's garden will not give you a refund, but they will give you store credit . This location gets a 4 because of the fireball that works behind the register. As a new location she should assume that it's everyone's first time. On my first visit she was very pushy, kinda rushy, and was all about getting people in and out versus friendly and educating customers like the other locations. My advice to her would be to "just be cool" say hello versus "would you like to try a smoothie today." Slow down and be more personable. Share your knowledge with people, you seem smart. Be a little more customer friendly and I'm sure people will continue coming back. That is all. I still say check it out. Having an Arden's Garden in the neighborhood makes me happy. read more

I love the product but the customer service was bad. I walked in right after 9 AM and was the only customer. Jakima, the girl that was working behind the counter did speak, but she seemed disinterested and was very dry with me. Not engaging at all. I asked if I could do the Grand Slam with peaches instead of mangos. She told me right away that you couldn't do ANY changes to the GS and that you had to buy it the way it came. Literally a minute later, an apparent "regular" comes in and her whole disposition changed. She was friendly, polite, and even started up a conversation. As she is still "supposed" to be helping me she starts taking the woman's order as if I was standing there trying to make up my mind. I was standing there at the fruit waiting for her to finish taking my order. The woman says, I'll take the Grand Slam, but "can I do half PH and half Pineapple?" "Sure!" As she stops making my smoothie to start building her base. She does take a blender over for me too and puts Pineapple juice in it. She then starts making the woman's smoothie and looks at me and asks. "Do you know what you want?" I politely respond "Yes." Anyway, she was rude to me. Love the product but was very offended by how I was treated. This isn't the first time I have encountered someone rude or indifferent at this location. I frequent a lot of the Arden's Gardens and have been a customer for MANY years before they became main stream. This is my least favorite location. Management needs to speak to their employees about being welcoming to ALL customers. As for the smoothie, I chose to do a 24 oz custom smoothie with Pineapple Juice, Spinach, Blueberries, Peaches and Strawberries. It was a good smoothie. Thick and filling. I think next time I'd try it with an Apple Juice base instead of Pineapple juice because it was very tart. Overall for $6 it was good. Other than the customer service another point to mention is the parking situation. The parking lot is very small and narrow. Some of the spaces are reserved for the surrounding businesses. I always seem to get a space but I think that is because I usually come in the morning or early afternoon. Getting out of the parking lot is also pretty tricky because there is only one way to leave and it's on a very narrow corner where there is a constant flow of traffic coming from both directions. I think if you're in the neighborhood and you really want fresh juice or a smoothie this isn't a bad place to come, and you should really like what you get, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. There are several other Arden's Gardens locations in Atlanta and they have MUCH better customer service! read more

I am a frequent customer at Arden's Garden but mostly at a different location and I get the smoothies from in stores. Since moving to the area I have frequented this location multiple times. Each one the customer service has been rude and off putting. This last visit will be the last time spending money here. I walked in, there were three employees standing behind the counter. A petite woman with black hair and glasses with a mask, a man with brown hair and a light skin woman with curly hair... a no one said anything to me. Not a hello... or welcome in... nothing. Once I stood there and made my choice I proceeded to tell the gentleman who made my smoothie... I walked to the kiosk so that the girl with the mask could ring in my order. She seemed annoyed and irritated, I even asked her if she was ok. I tipped over and walked back and waited. Someone walked in after me that I guess was a regular and they were immediately greeted with hellos! And hi!!!!. Once my smoothie was done the gentleman told me to have a nice day and swiftly turned back to a conversation he was having with the other woman behind the counter. Once I walked out and got to my car I realized that I forgot a straw and had to go back in... I could see that they were all behind the counter laughing and talking....immediately as a walked in the door it got silent again... it was such a strange vibe in there. I was so excited when I heard an Arden's Garden was going to be near my office! Lately, I've been drinking more smoothies during lunch.. since I haven't had much of an appetite. Before Arden's Garden - I'd go to Smoothie King/Planet Smoothie, but now I'm willing to drive the extra 10 mins for a better smoothie :D Why I said a 3 - Parking here is bad. The lot is TINY. The spots are also labeled with "Suntrust" or "Cleaners" customers only. Sad. The lot is also awkwardly shaped, so it's tougher to get out. Not sure about you guys, but I prefer not to be in a rush when I get my food/items. I hate having the thought of "damn, I hope I don't get booted/a ticket while I'm here". But that's just me. The people and smoothies are fine. But the folks tend to move a little slower. But then again, I'm in a rush when I come here since I park at a marked spot... so moving faster is a priority for me haha. This is one of the worst Arden's garden in the city. We have been a couple of times in the past month as we transit through Vinings. Both times we stopped in the place wasn't busy but the employees are completely inattentive. Most recently the woman working the register started trying to finger everyone to pay while the guy who had helped us with making the smoothies just had us go wait in the line and then he got on his iphone. The woman at the register started getting people to pay but not everyone knew what they wanted so she was working with them. We waited TEN minutes in line to pay while his jerk (if you're the manager this was Sunday, Nov 5 @ 1:45 PM and this guy in his smartphone was a white guy with a dark beard) just looked at his phone leaving his coworker there to take care of everyone else in line who didn't want a smoothie. It was a waste of our time and disrespectful. Poor customer service. read more

I go almost every day. It's so convenient it's close to to me. I get there shots and I am Really impressed with those prices. I did wish they had more of an organic selection. But this is a good place if your a health conscious person like me on the go. I like how you can chose your base to your juices or smoothies. However some of their pre packaged juices are loaded with sugar. I just love this place. The staff are informative and friendly. Their is a book on the counter that describes the benefits of the juices and my favorite part. It is a local company!!! I've only come to this location due to the fact it's near my job. Plus all Arden's Garden, correct me if I'm wrong, opens up as early as 7 am. I usually come here to purchase the 2 Day Detox. I try to detox once every few months. I have purchase their smoothies before but just not here. Usually just one person works and as early as 7 am, sometimes there is already a line to purchase or get made-to-order smoothies. Customer service has always been great. They staff was helpful, even suggesting I try my smoothie before walking out the door, since I chose the PH base, it wasn't as sweet as a thought) then gave me an excellent recommendation (mangoes) to make it perfectly sweet. I'm grateful, otherwise I would have walked out the door pretty unhappy. Since I was the only one in the place, a few women before me just left, the staff paid attention to what I was purchasing from the display fridge to make sure I knew what they offered and what I was buying.
