I spoke with an employee by the name of Keyshawna and she told me that she did make the order because yesterday was so busy that they didn't see the updated cancelation until the end of the day. I do not think it's fair for me to be penalized because you all did not see the update in order status. I am asking that I either receive a full refund or receive the product that has already been paid for. I have already contacted Uber eats and they said there is nothing they can do so I am reaching out to you all for support. The "Open" sign was on, there were several people inside, and I could clearly see workers as well as customers. However, no one opened the door, and I was simply told they were closed. If the business was temporarily closed or not accepting orders, that should have been communicated by turning off the open sign or posting a notice on the door. Wasting customers' time like this is frustrating and unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and keep their posted hours accurate.

I asked the server in the future could the oatmeal be made with coconut milk or something, she said they normally just use water, which I guess is fine but they dont use enough water so that the oatmeal is a bit more loose. And it has ZERO flavor. The berries did t add much flavor at all. I just figured a place that was steadily busy, would have more to their oatmeal bowl than just oatmeal with berries on top. The should take these bowls off the menu. I said next time I go I amd gonna ask if the can mux in sime coconut milk and honey when they make it and see what they say. So it is worth going back b/c my friend enjoyed her Açai bowl, and I do wanna try one for myself b/c they have so many different smoothie bowls, but unfortunately for me opt for the oatmeal one b/c it was heartier..oh well... These two young ladies had just received their drinks and I was looking at them going that looks absolutely amazing and asked what it was. They told me it was the salted maple, shaken espresso, and I immediately looked at the menu to see what was in the drink. Everything sounded amazing until I saw where it said coconut cold foam. I am not a fan of coconut at all. I inquired to the barista if there was a different kind of cold foam that I could get instead of the coconut. He told me that it did not have a heavy coconut taste and even offered to let me try it to see if I like it. I really appreciate him for doing that because I would've totally missed out on an amazing drink. The cold foam was delicious and he was right it did not have a very coconut flavor. He also recommended the cashew milk as an option because it made the drink creamier. I had never had cashew milk before, but I'm a big fan of cashew so I decided to try it. I will say this is by far one of my favorite coffees that I've gotten at any coffee shop. And I do highly recommended. The barista was absolutely amazing. He took his time making our drinks.
