Recently, I ordered a drink from the menu that contained a higher sugar content compared to most other menu items which I wasn't aware of. As a Type 1 diabetic I tend to stick to sugar free options when it comes to fun drinks/treats! But the staff was very quick to alert me of the nutritional info on this particular item and insisted on remaking my order to better suit my needs! I guess their kitchen area behind the counter where that person was also scrolling on their phone. In my mind that is terrible customer service. The fact that they didn't greet me or asked me what I wanted as I stood there was so rude. But they didn't even realize I was there probably because everybody was scrolling on their phone.
