Brave has something for everyone and is extremely accommodating to any specific dietary needs. Recently, I ordered a drink from the menu that contained a higher sugar content compared to most other menu items which I wasn't aware of. As a Type 1 diabetic I tend to stick to sugar free options when it comes to fun drinks/treats! But the staff was very quick to alert me of the nutritional info on this particular item and insisted on remaking my order to better suit my needs! The storefront is cozy and resembles an upbeat cafe completed with tons of local vendors. Service is efficient and staff are always jovial. I walked into the store I wasn't greeted, but I walked into the counter. I looked at the pastries and still no one said anything to me. I looked up to see the two people behind the counter scrolling on their phones, and I could see a shot into. I guess their kitchen area behind the counter where that person was also scrolling on their phone. In my mind that is terrible customer service. The fact that they didn't greet me or asked me what I wanted as I stood there was so rude. But they didn't even realize I was there probably because everybody was scrolling on their phone. Very disappointed. And it wasn't like there was a lot of people inside. There was a small group of three people that look like they may have been waiting on food. The matchas were good, they tasted like hot chocolate lowkey, but it was made well, no complaints. The biscuits were really good! I like that you can tell it's freshly prepared: the filet was tender, and crispy. The biscuit fresh and the honey blended well with everything. The eggs were runny, the my were crispy and airy.
