Plus, I was already a fan of the Bremen branch, now we don't need to cross i-20 for decent coffee after 6. Love the signature classic latte flavors, iced Milan mint mocha is subtly minty and awesomely chocolately! Other signature flavors are tad bit sweeter for the sweet tooths out there. Oh if it wasn't apparently already earlier - for my fellow decaf drinkers, they do decaf espresso drinks! Woo! P.S. bring spare dollars & change to tip the baristas!

These are the main reasons. 1. You don't accept over the phone orders. I get it, you don't want people calling in then not getting their food. However, that is a small risk to the bigger risk of people just going somewhere that will take an over the phone to go order (Waffle house, Jerry's diner, Martins, etc...) 2. You offer online ordering and paying, but your location is NEVER on the website. I have mentioned it several times and it never seems to get fixed. This combined with #1 means I have to go in, order to go, and then wait. Again, there are quicker options. 3. Automatic 20% gratuity on all Dine in Orders regardless of party size??? Really? You have lost the concept of a gratuity. If it is mandatory, it should be called a fee or a tax or something, cause it isn't a gratuity. It is brilliantly located as part of the west ga university library and has an entrance near the Rec Center as well. I visited Einstein Bagel's next to the bookstore and their prices are a wee bit higher than starbucks and there is no room to sit and chill. This starbucks was definitely a wonderful addition to our campus. I love the indoor/ outdoor seating, sweet jazz music, and the fact that the library is literally a few steps away. YAY WEST GA :)

Got there at 12:55, sat in the drive thru for 30 mins before even reaching the speaker to let them know I was there for my order. Watched more cars get in the line, sit for a few, then get tired and leave without ordering while I sat another 15 mins to get from the speaker box to the window to get my order... a single iced drink.
