I figured I could have begged for management but since we were the only table in the restaurant with about 6 others coming in to order while we're there it was known that we were more and more unhappy as the service droned on. Management didn't come to see if we were enjoying since this was our first time, when I asked for a substitute I was charged anyway and I'd begun to read the other reviews and saw that management has a completely defensive position when addressing customers who have opinions so I saw that as pointless contact (I.e. the restaurant is supposed to be Caribbean food and even though some dishes are named "Haitian" I notice the owner reminds it's not Haitian or Jamaican...confusing to me) We paid.
