We were visiting the area and found The Trading Post Cafe via Google when looking for a breakfast spot. Our entire party agreed that it was the highlight of our day! At the register I was asked if everything was good. I said no. I was asked what was wrong. I said the corned beef hash was overcooked and crusty. She asked if I told my server. I said yes. She then gave me the total due without even offering to remove the burnt food. This food was seen by the cook and server at a minimum and nobody cared from those two moments till I paid.
