I also grabbed a couple of bites: the empanadas de pollo and the empanadas de queso--delishhhhh. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Another plus is that it's a great spot to get some work done. The location sits in a great location as it is easy on and easy back onto the main road. As I walked in, I was met with the fragrance of fresh brewing Original Blend. Can you tell I was excited? LoL! Arriving at the counter, I was met with a "Welcome to Dunkin" and a warm smile. My order was quickly taken with and I headed to the end of the counter to await my coffee. Upon receiving my coffee, it was warm. Warm as in above room temperature but waaaaaay below hot... I asked Devon if it was possible to have my coffee heated up. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make me a new cup. A few moments later I was provided a fresh cup of coffee that was Hot and Perfectly made. Devon took what could have been a detractor experience and turned it into a promoter experience. Her customer service and care for my coffee desires is a true representation of service.
