When I looked at the container, I noticed what appeared to be ice crystals--almost like the ice cream had a bit of freezer burn. I mentioned it to the young lady behind the counter, and she explained that it wasn't freezer burn but likely ice from the sides of the freezer. She then added that the flavor isn't very popular, so it tends to sit for a while. Hearing that didn't exactly boost my confidence, so I politely asked if I could have a fresh scoop from the container underneath. She seemed a little hesitant at first but did go ahead and grab one. My daughter ordered a cup of hot chocolate while we were there. Price-wise, it wasn't bad at all--about $8 for both items, which felt pretty reasonable. Unfortunately, the service itself was a bit "meh." The hot chocolate was handed to us with quite a mess around the lid--chocolate on the top and sides--so I had to ask for a clean lid before we left. Another thing I noticed was the checkout process seemed a bit disorganized. Almost every time a customer received their ice cream, the staff would ask, "Wait... did you pay?" It created a slightly awkward moment each time and made the flow feel a bit chaotic. The store itself was decent overall, though the lobby area could have been a little cleaner. Since it was a Friday night, I'm hoping it had just been busy earlier and no one had gotten around to tidying up yet. In the end, our cravings were satisfied, which is always a plus. I was just hoping the overall experience would have been a little smoother.

I don't think the owners/mgrs ever see the comments. If so they certainly don't check/train employees for quality. I will look for another restaurant.

That was the best matcha latte I've had in my life - and I'm picky about matcha. It was well balanced with a nice thick froth, perfect ratio of milk to matcha and flavor that wasn't too sweet. The Neiman Marcus cake was good and kind of nostalgic. Banana pudding cake was okay. It was a bit dry and honestly would have been better with a whipped cream frosting (reminiscent of banana pudding) than the traditional. It would have also given in a little more moisture/pudding feel. Atmosphere is laid back. There are a couple of tables and a couch. The decor is cute and somewhat Paris themed. They have the selfie sticks set up on the table, encouraging the content lol. Overall, I'm glad I checked it out! I'll definitely be back to try a few more things.

I mean it's dense but the inside is gooey and soft. The service is not that great. The older gentleman that works there is not friendly at all which leaves a bad impression but the cake I had was a winner. I went in again to buy the creme brûlée bread pudding (let's see how good that is) and the Neiman Marcus cake for my sister in NY. Yes I'm traveling to NY with it lol. I hope the gentleman spruces up his attitude a bit because if based on customer service alone I would not go back but I just go with the understanding that I am supporting a BOB.

Today I did not have the time to go back through the line to have them remake it, so I went to my appointment, and came back, with the drink still full minus the sip I took to taste it, and ask them if they could be remade because it was not good.. on the drive-through speaker, she could be heard huffing and saying "ugh, pull around" with a very snotty and short tone. I get to the window, and she says what's wrong with the drink, in a very nasty tone while rolling her neck, I told her it did not taste good and I get it regularly, and she said that they don't like to remake their drinks that often, why didn't I come back sooner, to which I explained the situation that I had an appointment, and offered to give her the drink, she said I don't want it back, give me the sticker off of it, very dry and rudely. She proceeded to take the sticker and go to remake it, where then another girl comes to the window, and just stares at me. I asked if she was the manager or if Sandreeeeeya was the manager, the young lady said she was the manager, we asked her name and she said Jayana. I explained the situation and said I was not rude or nor did I have an attitude, and I didn't appreciate or understand why she had such a bad attitude and was so rude. I did not blame her. I did not raise my voice, I wasn't even upset, until I was spoke too, so disrespectfully. Nothing like poor customer service for something that you pay a premium for, and I don't mind that, hence I come every single day in order the same exact drink. Duncan also has a policy of if you don't like it return it, and we will remake it. So I'm not sure how or where she missed that memo, but the manager, which appeared to be a younger kid, was just deer in the headlights. I would urge anybody if they want a Dunkin, to drive Clear to the other side of town, in Villa Rica, before wasting your time and coming here. It says right on the cup. Love your order or will remake it., make it right. They did not offer an apology, or any kindness whatsoever, this is very disappointing, but somehow appropriate and acceptable in the world of Duncan, as long as Jayana is the manager and Sandreeeeya as an employee date. I should have just asked for a refund, instead, but I didn't want her to try and start a brawl over it.
