The choice of fry just did not work for me, and it ended up holding the whole dish back. With a better fry, this could have been really solid. The seating was another downside. The chairs were uncomfortable, with curved edges that pressed into my kidneys the entire time. It reminded me of sitting in a high school classroom desk rather than relaxing at a restaurant. Service wise I didn't really know who my server was, maybe they switch? I ordered the mac and cheese and felt pretty neutral about it. I was not digging it, but I was not hating it either. It tasted more like Alfredo than traditional mac and cheese, which was not what I was expecting. The shrimp, however, were good and easily the best part of the dish. Overall, I still had a good experience. The atmosphere is nice, and while a few things missed the mark, it was not enough to turn me off completely. The restrooms are located on the side and not near the Hucks sign, which is good to know. I would return.

It's 10:22 and my drink is nowhere to be seen. Them: a party of five came in. They were seated at a small booth where four of them are absolutely filling it. The fifth person pulled a chair from a neighboring table on her own. There will be no room for her to set her food and drink. There is no room for the server to get in to serve them because the table is at the top of the steps in an awkward corner as it is. The hostess is absolutely inept to put this group where she did. There are MANY other better options here. This kind of (dis)service makes me frustrated. Where are the managers?
