Had a horrible day at work and really wanted to get some jacks to lift my spirits (my grandmothers death anniversary was recently and we use to go here all the time when I was growing up so it's a HUGE comfort food for me.) I am very upset with the drive through. Whatever male worker originally started our order seemed nice then all of a sudden this really rude lady with red lip stick on (couldn't get a good look at her because I wasnt driving.) starts taking our order and I've never had worse customer service at jacks. Don't go through the drive thru go inside. Better energy. If they forget something you can just pop back up to the counter. Out of every time I've come here I have NEVER had such a blatantly rude experience. I don't wish any ill will on this lady at all but would like to remind her a little smile or just a nicer attitude goes a LONG WAY! read more

Management is just so terrible. you call to tell them that you can't work bc of family problems and they get mad, and hang up. like it's just a joke, but don't eat here and don't work here either. This place was so disappointing. We went through the drive-thru for breakfast and took it home to eat. The hash browns were so disgusting as you can see in the photo. The biscuits and gravy was horrible. The biscuits tasted like they were two days old and was reheated with only thin pieces like the bottoms of a sliced biscuit. We wasted our money and had to throw it out. We will never eat here again read more

Every time I go to Jack's the service is fast and the food has been hot. I've only used the drive-thru. The employees have been friendly.

I love going here. I am so tired of going to fast food joints where there are a ton of trashy and obvious dollar-menu-driven-demographic. Now the place is not super spotless with the occasional french fry or two on the floor, but it is not even close to anything bad. Typically, a lot of old couple come here (well at least on the times that I have visited.) I always eat the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and the taste is consistent. With that being said, I want people to understand that no matter what you say or do, this joint is *drum roll please* a fast food joint. Do not expect too much. So, I give it four stars because so far, the food I had were all good, the place is good, and the staff is good. This is not a four star restaurant, this is a four star fast food. Yay to Jack's for breaking the McDonalds and Wendy's chain in this town! read more

I find Jack's to be a source for dry-as-a-bone biscuits and ham that tastes like it was cured with cardboard. The hashbrowns were tolerable.

I've eaten here a half-dozen times because it's right next to Mike Bell Chevrolet where I get my oil changed. The place is clean and the food is OK - basic fast food fare - but the prices seem high and the decor seems incomplete. The guests seem older on average than normal fast food chains (this isn't bad, mind you) and it doesn't come across as kid-friendly even though they have kids meals. My four boys weren't impressed the last time we ate there. But still, this store seems to be a place that has steady business so it's obviously filling a niche. Just not one that I'm a huge fan of. At one time,Jack's had THE best hamburgers! I ordered a hamburger today,I will admit that I have not been there in a couple of months,and I am,to say the least,EXTREMELY disappointed and surprised! Jacks have changed the size of their hamburger hamburger patties! What was at one time,a thick juicy patty,is now the size of a $1.00 hamburger at McDonald's! I ordered a double BIG JACK,thought they made a mistake and gave me a small double and the manager informed me this is the size of their patties now! Ate breakfast here, the biscuits are comparable to Hardee's biscuits and overall was pretty good food so three stars. It's kind of hard to rate a restaurant in town the size of a pack of gum, it probably 4 stars for locals. read more

They have good breakfast foods, and cheap. One corner is partially walled, so it's a good place to meet up for discussions. I like to meet up for discussions on an occasional Saturday morning. Oh, and they have good wifi. read more

Good morning today on April 11, 2012 I went to the Jack's in Carrollton, GA and purchase a sausage biscuit waited about two minutes and got my biscuit. I got to the second light to eat it and it was COLD. I called seven times and no answer at 6:30 in the morning someone could have answered the phone I'm sure they wasn't that busy.
