I was in here yesterday. Me and my friend were the only people in the smoothie king at first. We both ordered our smoothie and waited by the pick up area. The lady set the smoothies down and when she set mine down it spilt over and got all over me. The guy in there came around to help me clean up the smoothie mess that got all over my jacket, pants and shoes. He asked me what smoothie i had and then when he went around back it looked like he was remaking my smoothie. After 5 minutes i realized he wasn't and he was doing dishes. Another family came in so i let them order before asking about my smoothie. After 15 minutes i asked the lady if they were remaking my smoothie and i got a rude response. After she kept looking at me i asked her. She gave me a rude response "I will ring you up in a second i'm clearly busy". When the other family came in yes she probably was busy and that's why i waited. When you're staring at me for 2 minutes yes i'm going to ask you. "ring you up" i'm not paying for another smoothie. I hadn't even had one sip of my original smoothie. I do not recommend this location at all. Kennesaw is way better and more friendly! read more

This location is really clean and friendly employees. Smoothie King has always been my 2-go spot for healthy drinks. I had the mango fest minus the papaya. I don't like papaya. My husband had the same drink and my son strawberry extreme. All drinks are natural and healthy. We will definitely be back to this location or one near us. read more

TLDR; This company would rather try to push people to the brink of insanity than admit they made a mistake and issue a refund. I can't help but wonder how many people they've successfully bullied into deleting negative feedback. Now the store owner (first name Nikhilkum) is blowing up my phone from different phone numbers, lying about what happened and what I've done, to harass me until I take down my negative reviews claiming they're illegal because I'm lying. He said I've left reviews at 10 places when I only left them on google and yelp. He even claimed I recruited people to leave negative reviews at other places which 1. didn't happen and 2. is an insanely paranoid accusation. 2 days ago, I was delivered a chocolate gladiator with rocks of ice all through it. I had someone with me who saw it. I called and begged for a refund from the store clerk who treated me with such indifference that I actually cried because I'd just had surgery and I had no other way of eating that day. 45 hours later, the manager who finally showed up to work got all my messages and blew up my phone until I answered, despite being aware from those messages that I'm recovering from surgery, only to berate me and refuse a refund. She lied and said the employee asked for my number so the manager could call me - when the lady never even asked and just sat and let me cry - and claimed that I refused to give it out so she couldn't call before then. She lied and said she watched video and that there was no ice in my drink. She said my only choice is to have a replacement drink - and drive up there to get it, NOT delivery - even though 1. I can't drive and 2. now I don't trust them not to spit in it. Despite me calling customer service and giving them all my info on Wednesday (after the worker refused to give me a refund, I tried to go through corporate), she never called me until this afternoon AFTER I was encouraged by SK to leave a review on their internal website (see the comment below this yelp review) and that is when she blew up my phone, not one second before that - and then she either took revenge on me making her look bad or just didn't care about anyone but herself and this deadline - and called me incessantly until I answered. All to meet HER 48 hour deadline, to which she admitted on the phone with me. She contradicted herself multiple times with this 48 hour deadline, admitting that this was her first time in the store since it occurred and then turned around and lied again, and said it's my fault she couldn't call earlier bc I refused to give my info, and that never happened. She spoke over me the whole time including raising her voice on me, in the middle of me talking, until I yelled back and then lectured me AGAIN telling me how everything is my fault. I told her MANY times that I'm laying here recovering from surgery and she kept on yelling and demeaning me until I hung up on her. I called back corporate and told them what happened, at this point I was having a panic attack because of how horrible this woman was to me. And they turned around and had this store manager call me with even more lies. So going through corporate isn't a solution AND since corporate cannot override franchise decisions, I am out $25 for this order... but SK will never get another dime of my money. FWIW we tried to reblend the drink at home in our own blender and the ice was so big that it broke the $75 blender as well. When I mentioned this to Nikhilkum, he laughed and asked did I take video of me blending it and if I didn't, I must not be telling the truth. Considering taking them to small claims because I had witnesses and I do not want to enable them to continue to abuse people. Meanwhile, I was told I'm doing all this, just to get a free smoothie, which just proves exactly how poorly they view their clientele. I have blocked all their numbers and have told smoothieking corporate that if I receive another from a new number, I will have no choice but to file a TPO. read more

My friend left a review on here earlier today and I just want to back her up. #1 she had surgery and could not eat solid food - she NEEDED the SK beverage for nutrition #2 when it arrived it was full of ICE and could not be consumed #3 It broke my blender when I tried to crush the ice - no freaking joke -it's in my trash can #4 the manager and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for being aggressive and trying to bully a customer who only wanted a smoothie after a horrible day in surgery. I can 100% collaborate that this experience that my friend had with this establishment was WORST than having her surgery and they should learn how to treat their customers with respect and gratitude - wtf would anyone go to great lengths for a 'free' smoothie ? what a joke I hope no one goes to this place after what I saw her go through this week. read more

Great addition to Douglasville. Located off of Hwy 5 in the HomeGoods shopping center, it's visible from the street and not hard to get to. I was greeted once I entered and it didn't take long to make the smoothie. Interior was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The have ample table seating and even a high top bar that seats six (6) near the entrance. It's a great place to go after the gym or whenever you have a taste for a great smoothie. Very disappointed with the customer service. I came in at 8:45 pm to order a Goji Berry smoothie bowl and the girl working said that she wasn't able to make anymore smoothie bowls because they're about to close. There's 15 minutes left and there is no sign stating that they stop making bowls after a certain point. read more

In response to the owner. I'm not aware of the initiative however a 20oz Pineapple Surf has more sugar than a 20oz Coca-Cola. I don't knock natural sugar it's just too sweet to me AND nutritionally on paper even if it's natural sugar. Smoothies, yum! My partner and I went in one night before closing because he really wanted a smoothie (on a cold night). We could not decide what to get but the associate was very patient and helpful. Finally instead of trying to pick something my partner told her what he was looking for (there are so many choices). The associate immediately knew what he was looking for and suggested he add some yogurt to get the flavor he was looking for. The suggestion sounded so good I ordered the same. Never ordering my smoothie bowl from here again. This is the second time they have used ROTTEN fruit (mangoes) on my smoothie bowl in the same week. I asked for a substitution of strawberries since I was displeased with the rotten fruit and the bigger girl with the black curly hair told me I would have to pay again, although I paid for extra strawberries and granola when I ordered it online. She even got the other worker heaven to co-sign with her on the decision of not replacing the rotten fruit for fresh fruit. They told me there was nothing they could do and turned their backs on me! It was my husband and I's first time at this location. Employees were very rude and had terrible attitudes. We came in last night during the time they were still open and they were rushing us to order. I said that we could leave if that would make it easier for them, and the young girls response at the register was to roll her eyes and say "well you're already here so just go ahead and order". I was greeted when I walked in and the employees were nice. I got the pineapple surf which contained Pineapple, Strawberries, Kiwi Apple Juice Blend, Apple Pineapple Juice Blend, Papaya Juice Blend, Protein Blend, etc. It was really good and it's definitely my go to from now on. The smoothies are thick but not too thick (just how I like it). They don't taste like yogurt with ice, which is a plus. The store was clean and had a nice smell. Went to this location and all of the employees behind the counter had their masks on their chin while making smoothies. The blonde girl behind the counter was rude and didn't greet us. As we looked at the menu she asked us, "are y'all gonna order?". We decide at that point to leave and we went up the street to Arden's Garden where we had a much better experience. I walk into the establishment and the guy working asks me if I have a mask, I said "no" the issue I have is he's making the smoothies and didn't even have his mask on when I walked in, all while making a smoothie. Very annoying and as this is not a state mandated law I was very upset and this smoothie kind does not have a drive thru.
