Seven brew coffee what can I say? This place is always crowded. The line is always long so I've always been hesitant about stopping. Well, I decided to stop and I'm glad that I did, five out of five. It did not take long at all the young lady that waited on me was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. She knew exactly what I was asking about. She knew exactly how to help me so I ended up ordering an iced caramel macchiato with a cinnamon swirl flavor syrup to go with it. It was so good so I decided to get it again. Seven brew is located in the heart of the East/West connector. It is surrounded around great stores and an amazing shopping plaza so whenever you're in the area, you can always do multiple shopping and just do multiple things. That is what makes it a bonus and then you don't even have to get out of your car of course. Its a little pricey, but what coffee shop is not. 7 Brew has been all the rage, so I decided to give it a try! I loveeeee coffee, but I rarely indulge in the sugary drinks, im a coffee & cream, plain jane latte kind of lady! So I assumed, these particular drinks would be flavorful, with a hint of sweet/and mainly coffee. I ordered the Cookie Butter Latte & added Cold foam & the sugar was overwhelming! It wasn't bad, but I personally wouldn't order it again. I think there is a niche of folks who love these types of flavorful drinks, but unfortunately, not me. I would be open to trying their regular cold brew coffees, without all the flair, but the flavored ones, the sugar over powers the coffee. read more

Looking to try something different, I decided to give my usual coffee spot a break and pull into 7 Brew Coffee, a drive-thru-only coffee stand. The line was pretty long when I arrived, but to my surprise it moved quickly, which was a good start. The young woman who took my order was friendly, relaxed, and very personable--definitely a bright spot in the experience. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha for myself, while my son chose a White Chocolate Hot Chocolate. When our order arrived, though, the first hiccup appeared. My son's "hot" chocolate wasn't hot at all--it was cold... basically chocolate milk. I had to send it back so they could remake it. My mocha was decent, though very sweet--so sweet, in fact, that I found myself wondering if there was actually any coffee in it. Price-wise, it was reasonable. The total came to about $8 for both drinks, which felt fair. However, I noticed I wasn't given a receipt. There were also a couple of small service issues. The lid on my coffee wasn't secured properly, so it was spilling out of the cup when they handed it to me. I had to ask for it to be fixed and request napkins to clean up the spill. In the end, my son was happy once he received his properly made hot chocolate, and my drink was... okay. One final observation: the cups are extremely hot, yet they don't provide cup sleeves, which would definitely make handling the drinks more comfortable. Overall: Friendly service and a quick-moving line, but a few details--drink temperature, lids, and basic extras like sleeves and receipts--could really improve the experience. read more

I'm so late to the game! I was out Christmas shopping and realized that I could really go for a hot coffee to keep my energy up. I saw this 7 Brew Coffee as it was going up and have been saying for months that I'd stop in. I finally did and I was not disappointed. I like their ordering process and a sweet young lady came over to my car for me to order. I let her know that I was a first time visitor and she was so patient with me. The huge, colorful menu displays made it easy to decide what I wanted. I opted for the Sweet & Salty and added toasted marshmallow flavor. It was delicious! I'm so excited to have a 7 Brew close by! I've already been 3 times I was able to go during their friends and family in which they were giving out free small drinks. I got one there's still an original the first time which was the Blondie. I got that because I love hazelnut and I got it in the sugar-free option with almond milk. I love that they are customizable and have a lot of sugar-free options so that I can be on the healthier side. When I went the first time, it was busy, but not super busy as it was early in the morning and I had just got out from my gym so it was literally in the same parking lot. The two other times I've gone it has been a lot busier, but they have done a great job keeping it moving and directing traffic. They have a really good system going. I got the Matcha with vanilla and lavender so the cloud nine yesterday and today I tried the cinnamon roll chai latte (sugar-free brown sugar, cinnamon, and white chocolate), as well as a sugar-free strawberry chai latte for my sister. I tried both of them and they were absolutely delicious. The staff were all friendly and made sure that it was a fun atmosphere while waiting in line. They are definitely going to be a problem for me being so close lol, but in a good mood. Be sure to take them out. read more

I can't tell you how excited I was to see a 7 Brew near my town! I've seen this coffee shop all over TikTok and knowing that I can easily drive to this location is perfect. I tried the Banana Bread Blondie, which apparently is a secret menu item and let me tell you right now, it's so worth it to try! It has the perfect hint of banana taste, and the sweetness and flavor of banana does not overpower the coffee (which I was actually nervous that it would). But, like I said, it is the perfect blend. This one is definitely a drink you should try! Next time I'm going to try some other flavors and I'm really excited about it. As you can tell from the photos, the lines were very long and was super crowded probably mainly because this location just opened up; but also because I've heard a lot of popularity around this coffee shop. I was able to get through the line very fast and received excellent service from the person taking my order. they have a very sufficient system on getting their orders and delivering the drinks to your car. Super excited to go back to try other drinks! If you love coffees like me, I would definitely try this shop. A one-star is too good. I have been to this location several times, no complaints. Today, as always, there was a line, but it's always moving. We waited almost 30 minutes in lane one; no one was taking orders, and the staff was playing around with each other as if they were having a private party rather than waiting on customers. When we finally made it to the window, we were ignored, and no one waited on us. We finally asked someone to take our order, which was taken. We thought that after 10 more minutes, the staff, who had been laughing and playing around during that time, would ask again what we had ordered. We requested a refund, but they couldn't find the order. I have never seen such a display of unprofessionalism in a business, as if the customer(s) were intruding and interrupting their good time. There was no organization; people were standing around, not working, just talking to each other. We only wanted to order two (2) drinks, and it had to be the most frustrating experience ever. This location is new so even though the lines are usually long, we don't mind because the service we get has been great. I prefer matcha that isn't overly sweet, and theirs is pretty sweet (super light green). However, it didn't taste bad. I do love a sweet iced coffee though. I highly recommend the Sweet & Salty. They offer a variety of sweeteners, dairy alternatives and even have energy focused drinks. The workers were friendly and they were efficient in getting you through the line quickly! I have really enjoyed trying the new coffees this week from 7 brew. The Blondie and Blue Raspberry energy slushie are my favorites. I love the vibe of this place and will definitely be a regular! They have been soooo nice to have the community hours to let you try their product. How many business do that in this day and time? None! I will definitely be loyal to 7 brew. They have more variety than Starbucks with their smoothies, icees, coffees. I love how you can mix and create your own drinks. They're open later and have more room in their drive thru. This place had been downgraded and I wish I could give them a zero. The drinks are good if you can get what you actually ordered, but the service SUCKS! Today I walked up to the windows and ordered my normal Tigers Blood drink. They brought out something else and tried to tell me it was right. I went as far as showing them the picture of the drink I ordered, which is the same picture on their wall. Yet they still tried to convince me that it was the correct drink. Yet that's not the part that made me ask for a refund. When I turned around to tell them that it was the wrong drink, the girl that was helping me (I go4 her name) looked at me, saw me coming and walked off and told the other girl, here she comes, you do it. She does not need to be in tbe service business whatsoever. Making a mistake is one thing but having a nasty attitude is another. I was not rude to them all at. Also, why dont we get receipts? I didn't get a receipt when I purchased a drunk, nor did I get my receipt after they made me wait for 7 minutes to get my refund. I have no idea what you charged or refunded. If I ever come back here again, which I probably won't, you won't be getting any tips. You want to hire scrappy people, you pay for them. The biggest issue I've had with this 7 Brew location is the staff's attitude. Because there's no visible menu until you get to the front (which by time you e already ordered) and the ordering process is confusing, you're basically rushed from the moment you pull up and the annoyed looks and sighs don't help. More than once, I've shown a drink or recipe from social media only to be told "we don't do that," or to have someone insist I don't actually want what I came to order. The loud comments from inside the stand and the jokes about people's drink choices are uncomfortable and unprofessional. If you insist on coming here, look up the menu and your recipe ahead of time. This experience has honestly pushed me back toward traditional coffee shops where the ordering process and the staffl feel a lot more welcoming. read more
