    My bagel was good. I need it "double toasted" (they keep forgetting that request) I need butter. They only give you one (cringe) All this time I've been paying for crème cheese and didn't know it (bummer) I order through drive thru so the line is always a mile long...... My drink wasn't made right. I think it's time I learn of other mixes! The ambiance is Starrr'bz

    Horrible experience- it was like half an hour wait, and the barista was super rude. Also, we ordered a grande but were served a tall in a grande cup. The place is a total mess- none of the orders are served together and they don't know how to organize their orders. There were five people working, it made no sense as to why there was such a problem getting our order.

    Who locks a door and forces everyone into the drive thru?? Line long as all out doors and then you don't even have order ahead. Supposed to be boycotting this place anyway.

    I was so disappointed today. I decided to treat myself to an iced matcha latte (I do not indulge often). I went into the location since the drive thru was slow. I knew my wait would be a little longer but I was okay with that...however, after placing my order I watched 6 other people who ordered after me get their order before me. I asked the gentleman making the drinks if mine was coming. He looked over the orders, checked a tablet and mumbled something. Didn't say yes just kind of checked the cups. I waited a bit more then went up and asked the guy who took my order when could I expect my drink. He fumbled around then finally said we are making it now. I waited 5 more minutes. No sorry, no nothing. Then had the nerve to give me a raggedy drink (nothing special just a lavender matcha)!!! I'm not usually one to put up a stink, but really! I learned my lesson, will not be patronizing this location anymore. They should work on customer service, because I can get over a mediocre drink every now and again, but I don't appreciate the not acknowledging the mistake and then be slow making it right! The guy had the nerve to look at me like I was the issue SMH. I did say please and thank you, I will always display upright character, but I was pissed!

    It's Starbuck's, so you are a fan or not, right!? This busy location sits in the shopping center alongside a tire center and hibachi spot. The drive thru can get a little tricky once it gets backed up as people come from all different directions, so just be prepared to go with the flow if you choose to hit the drive thru. I usually just go inside to order, as I have found it to be quicker and less of a hassle. I have been here a few times, but on my last visit my order was somehow delayed due to a printer issue and no one caught it until I had been waiting about 5 minutes. The barista noticed he was giving drinks out to folks that ordered after me and once I told him what I ordered, he noticed he never got a ticket for it. He partnered with the cashier and they quickly got it printed out and began working on the order. Once this was noticed they only took a few minutes to make it happen. Once they got me all set the Manager apologized for the delay and stated she wanted to give me a $4.00 gift card so my next coffee was on them. I was not looking for anything, but wasn't about to say no! I will say that the barista, cashier and Manager were all phenomenal from start to finish. I appreciate the way they handled the situation from rectification, acknowledgment and saving the customer experience with the offer of the gift card. Overall, most Starbucks are going to be busy and the drinks are consistent from location to location, but I prefer this spot due to the service I receive each time I walk in. I get my iced white chocolate mocha and a smile each time. So, I will definitely be back!

    Drive-Thru is a convenient way to multitask while you wait for your order. Plus, the inside isn't open yet. Gia was pleasant over the speaker & in person. Once we pulled up, another employee popped over to say hello. Although all the employees were covered in masks/gloves, they still served up a good cup of pleasantries & service. We were here around 3P on a Friday which yielded a small wait, yet our order was ready & waiting on us when we pulled up. I'll definitely be back when in the area.

Well, I decided to stop and I'm glad that I did, five out of five. It did not take long at all the young lady that waited on me was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. She knew exactly what I was asking about. She knew exactly how to help me so I ended up ordering an iced caramel macchiato with a cinnamon swirl flavor syrup to go with it. It was so good so I decided to get it again. Seven brew is located in the heart of the East/West connector. It is surrounded around great stores and an amazing shopping plaza so whenever you're in the area, you can always do multiple shopping and just do multiple things. That is what makes it a bonus and then you don't even have to get out of your car of course. Its a little pricey, but what coffee shop is not. The line was pretty long when I arrived, but to my surprise it moved quickly, which was a good start. The young woman who took my order was friendly, relaxed, and very personable--definitely a bright spot in the experience. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha for myself, while my son chose a White Chocolate Hot Chocolate. When our order arrived, though, the first hiccup appeared. My son's "hot" chocolate wasn't hot at all--it was cold... basically chocolate milk. I had to send it back so they could remake it. My mocha was decent, though very sweet--so sweet, in fact, that I found myself wondering if there was actually any coffee in it. Price-wise, it was reasonable. The total came to about $8 for both drinks, which felt fair. However, I noticed I wasn't given a receipt. There were also a couple of small service issues. The lid on my coffee wasn't secured properly, so it was spilling out of the cup when they handed it to me. I had to ask for it to be fixed and request napkins to clean up the spill. In the end, my son was happy once he received his properly made hot chocolate, and my drink was... okay. One final observation: the cups are extremely hot, yet they don't provide cup sleeves, which would definitely make handling the drinks more comfortable. Overall: Friendly service and a quick-moving line, but a few details--drink temperature, lids, and basic extras like sleeves and receipts--could really improve the experience.

When you walk into the Kroger, take a hard right and walk past the floral section to get to the counter where your coffee bliss awaits! Since they are not a stand alone, they have limited space and due to that they have a visible limited menu, however I have found that the normal drinks I have come to love at Starbucks they are able to make even if they aren't listed above. I have been told they have a limited menu on the actual coffee varieties due to space, but they have majority of the items required for most of their drinks. This goes for the food as well. Service has been good each visit, with the exception of a handful of times where the barista was clearly agitated and was less than friendly. I still got my coffee, so all was not lost on those visits. In addition to the actual service, the turn around from order to the fateful name call is always short! Overall, this is a solid location that I hit up on my many Kroger runs through out the week!

I too have noticed how the Hispanic staff at the registers are more friendly and take longer with Hispanic customers, with casual conversation, causing an order taking delay. The manager at this location on Saturday, August 23, 2025, took an order speaking in Spanish to a customer. I was next in line. After the customer walked away. The manager did not acknowledge me at the register, she immediately turned and went to the back. The manager could have at least acknowledge me and say she would be back shortly to take my order. She went from 100% customer service to zero. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, there were people behind me in line. Finally, employee CHARLEY saw me, the back up of customers and came to the register to take my order as well as other orders. CHARLEY is the best, he is amazing in the drive through, always with a smile and a positive saying upon order completion. I have only experienced this excellent "Chik Fil A" type service with CHARLEY. I expressed my concern to the manager at my visit. I told her that she abruptly walked away from me, told her how CHARLEY stepped in. Instead of taking ownership of her abruptness, she tried to explain away her action by saying she was multitasking; not acceptable behavior. I have also noticed the employees at this location is not as diverse as the demographic it serves. I noticed it especially in the summer months when kids are out of schools seeking summer employment. My complaint is management, at this location, should treat every customer with dignity and respect as they treat the Hispanic customers.
