I keep giving them a shit because we live so close but it's a waste I could drive to vinings get coffee and make it home all before they complete a mobile order. It seems they work their mobile orders at random rather than when they are entered. It's insane. On top of that the store is randomly closed on odd days as if the staff just forgets to show up. My boyfriend brought home a frappe he said the guy at the window gave him for free after asking was he (blanks) brother , when he told him yes he was the guy gave him the frappe for free and he drunk half and gave me the other half . Food & drinks are always good, staff is nice but all that gets over shadowed by the extremely long waits. If you come here and get your order within 20 mins it's pretty much a miracle. Even when I come drive thru it ends up taking about 30 mins. It is absolutely ridiculous i have came at times when it's not so busy and They still fall behind or take extremely long. It's been happening for a long time I'm posting this review hoping management will hire other people or SOMETHING because by the looks of it they haven't done anything to make drive thru times shorter. First of all I showed up with 3 people not wearing masks. I am so confused how they decide what gets made in priority. Today I did a mobile order at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:40 they continued to serve the entire drive through. Everyone that waited in line 10:40 go their drink before they started mine. I went back in at 10:47 and they had still not started my drink. But I watched 3 people walk in order at the counter and get their drink and leave before even starting mine. Here I am waiting in my car 25 min after my mobile order because they are allowing people to not wear masks inside. I asked 3 times why mine had not been started and felt I was purposely being skipped over. read more

This Starbucks is so slow, so not come here if you are in a rush, 15-30 min minimum wait in drive thru. They are ALWAYS out of items even seasonal ones. I worked at this Starbucks for almost two years and I'm going to sum up all the problems you've encountered and why they're happening. 9/10 the store is short staffed because of call outs. The upper management does not care about its employees and the District manager specifically does nothing to help this store and can barely make a drink herself but criticizes the baristas for being "too slow". There is new management now, but the partners get over 100 drinks through mobile orders, Uber eats, and cafe with only one person working on that specific bar. Also if you get in the drive thru and have a long wait time you can usually blame either the people in front of you for ordering 20 drinks before you or being so backed up with the food and drinks that it's difficult to catch up. I will always be appreciative to the brand for giving me a job when no one else would but the management is truly to blame for the low morale in the baristas and the disrespect and rudeness of some of the people is truly disheartening. SO MORAL OF THE STORY IS BE A NICE PERSON TO YOUR BARISTAS BECAUSE ITS NOT OUR FAULT. read more

Their line is absolutely insane during the day, 30 minutes waits minimum. I'm an early riser so I try to come by in the mornings when I can but, they will be as late as half an hour setting up and opening the store. This is probably my 30th visit to this location, and the line is wrapped around the parking lot yet again.... I understand that you may be short staffed, but ask your district supervisor for some support... Because no one has time for this and you will lose business. This is a typical Starbucks location. The staff are friendly and they were glad to serve a pup cup to my Great Dane who was with me when I visited. The store is clean and great spot to sit and relax with your coffee/tea of choice. You can get some work done over the WiFi or just lounge and hang out for a while. read more

I'm not a die-hard Starbucks fan, so it's not often that I stop by. I always stay safe and choose the same things over and over. I love the caramel frappe- I order it more than any other drink. I've tried the lemon cake, spinach, feta & egg wrap, sausage/cheese biscuit, cinnamon swirl coffee cake, and butter croissant over the years. I haven't had a bad item, yet. This location's line can get pretty long like most Starbucks and the line juts out into the parking lot in a strange way. Want to give a shout out for TK! I called to see about picking up a traveler of coffee for a meeting at my office. I needed to pick it up no later than 8:45am the next morning for a 9:30am meeting. She assured me it would be taken care of and said she'd call the morning manager to give them a heads up. I'm not one to leave a review even after receiving bad service, but the fact that it took well over 20 minutes before I finally walked out was worth leaving a review. I mobile ordered one drink, thinking that it would take 4-8 minutes as that's the case for any Starbucks I've ever been to. I was so wrong. At the ten minute mark, I asked the barista what the status was, but was responded with a simple "I don't see your order yet" before continuing on with another drink - completely disregarding my concern. Once twenty minutes passed, I noticed that I wasn't alone in this wait. There were at least three other people in the building that had been waiting over twenty minutes for their mobile orders. It got to the point that I just had to walk out. I simply didn't have all day to wait around for a drink that should've taken no more than 8 minutes. I've seen how busy some Starbucks locations can get, the long wait at this location wasn't justifiable. read more

I'm a pretty small fan of Starbucks and I usually go on Sundays when me and my family go and ride around. I like to get a Decaf Caramel Frap. Which is pretty good, but the wait? TAKES SO LONG. I know they wanna do their job perfectly but I just wish you could call ahead if time and tell them your order so when you get there, they just hand it to you. The customers are actually very rude. I once went into the restroom to wash my hands and this old woman said, "50 years ago bathrooms were more nice before you black people started using them." I can't tell you how fast I turned my head around to see the woman gone already. But the service is pretty good. I recommend going there before work or school. read more

The quality of service is going up; especially with the morning crew. Things are getting better. The introduction of mobile order and pay has been a life-saver. I do think the issue with keeping items in stock is still a challenge and the afternoon and evening crews are hit or miss. Old 1 Star Review: The quality of service here has gotten progressively worse. The lines are long (especially the drive thru), the service is slow and non-attentive, they are ALWAYS out of items and now with the remodeling, early closings and a broken drive through it's really bad. I am going to avoid this location and get my coffee closer to work. Old 4 Star Review: This is my "home" Starbucks! I enjoy the location and I have a good repoire with most of the baristas. Be mindful of the hours of operation posted online. They are in accurate! I went by on September 1st and they were closed by 6:45 pm. A handwritten sign on the speaker box said the new closing hour was 6 pm. On Tuesday, September 14, the new hour of closing was 3:00 pm. WTW! This is our preferred Starbucks nearby, and we even travel here when it's in the opposite direction of our journey, just because we enjoy the staff (Rachel, in particular!) at this location. Rachel knows us by name, is always smiling and friendly, and goes out of her way to say hello and goodbye to us even when the store is busy. Like another reviewer said, the only difference between Starbucks is staff and management, and this one is better than others in the area. I don't get that kind of service at any other business I frequent regularly! I have not experienced the music issues of the others here. The issue I experience is the same I experience at other Starbucks: cheap customers who buy one drink and take up entire tables for hours on end diddling around on their computers. So, I've really entered into this new Starbucks craze since last years busy season this has been a staple. Whenever there is a Summer or Winter Starbucks for Life game going my co-worker and I try to participate. Well, the weekend is no different. Since I was not close to my usual Starbucks location but one close to my house I had no choice. So here's the thing...EVERY single time I go to this location it's always something. Either they are mad slow, they don't get your order right or you get the barista who clearly does not want to be there. This time was no different but actually a different reason. So, I was trying to get extra moves on my Starbucks summer game by getting three mobile orders...this was order number two. When I went on the app, my order was gonna be my new favorite frappuccino (Horchata). Anyway, as soon as I get to the page I see sold out at this location...um, what? Ok, moving onto my next choice (Midnight Mocha Frap)...placed order. Get there, walk in and look around thinking hmm, where's the mobile orders. Well, I guess the barista saw me looking confused and said "ma'am, did you have the Midnight Mocha mobile order?" Y yes I did...she then says, "I'm sorry we are out of the mint crystals and the powder to shake on top, do u want me to use peppermint syrup?" I thought um no. Well, kuddos to her for coming up with a solution but my taste buds is not that eclectic. My issue with this place is how are you running out of stuff. Walmart and Target are close by...what's the issue? They seem to never have two things that match (Kool-aid no sugar, cereal no milk...u get the gist). Manager/store owner get your stuff together!!! I also read on the door the day before that on Friday the wifi was out (the entire day)...I mean is my theory with having two things that match that accurate (you tell me). read more

I ordered a salted cream cold foam cold brew coffee from here twice. The first time it was perfect. The second time it was basically just iced coffee with caramel syrup. It wasn't layered, had no cold foam on it, and was given to me in a cup with a straw. I hate that I wasted my money on that. Then the lid if the hot vanilla latte I ordered for my husband wasn't going on, I saw the employee struggling to put it on. Then she sort of set it in top and handed it to me, only to have it explode on me in the car. Not happy with this place at all. Train your employees better. read more

I am usually happy with the service they give me here. It's always friendly, with a smile, and at a very fast pace. However, I think I've received the best service any place has ever given me. Liz took our order through the drive through and was by far the most friendliest person I've met. She was constantly happy and smiling and you could tell she was very good at multitasking as well.
