I have been to this Starbucks countless amount of times and usually receive outstanding customer service. However, a recent event has unfortunately made me change my opinion on this Starbucks. COVID-19 has caused many establishments to only offer drive-through services, which in my opinion is a highly respected and responsible decision. Therefore, I googled their store hours and realized they closed at 10:30 pm. Upon arriving at the location, my father and I decided to join the extraordinarily long line to order. We were in line for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, the line grew even longer behind us with about another 10-15 cars also patiently waiting to order. When we were two cars away from the microphone, we noticed a man drive away, skidding his tired in the process. He was clearly very upset and we wondered "What is going on?" Upon reaching the microphone, the Starbucks representative told us their establishment had closed at 6:00 pm. We had arrived at the microphone at 6:05 pm. As previously stated, I had googled the store hours before arriving at the location, which meant that the representatives did not update their hours online to prevent these situations from occurring. Very kindly and respectfully my father told her he would tell the cars behind us the establishment was closed since they had also waited for the exact or more time than we had waited. This would have prevented the representative from having to encounter countless angry costumers and would have saved the precious time of the costumers behind us. Upon returning, the lady then proceeded to have a gross attitude with my father and tell him she would inform the other costumers of the closed establishment upon arriving at the microphone. Her attitude was absolutely pitiful to a kind man who was simply trying to stop further anger from spreading and simply make her job easier. This is outrageous considering that there were at least 10 other cars filled with costumers patiently waiting in line for services and no representative decided to step outside, hang a sign, or make an announcement that the establishment would be closing soon. No one received any information until pulling up at the microphone. This attitude made countless people waste their time for over an hour and the representatives seemed to have no respect for the wasted time of their costumers. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I usually encounter amazing customer service at this establishment and it is my Starbucks of choice. However, I will not tolerate people being rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to others in a time where we are all looking for kindness. Thank you. read more
