I'm genuinely confused how the Smyrna location thought this was an acceptable way to handle a $90 purchase. I came in to buy teacher gifts and paid approximately $90. Their system froze during the transaction, but the charge said APPROVED on their screen and went through on my end (in my credit card app). Instead of allowing me to leave with the merchandise I had just paid for, I was told I needed to pay another $90 and then come back for a refund if the original charge went through. Aka, pay twice. I was repeatedly told to "please understand," but I finally asked: Why am I the one being inconvenienced and expected to monitor my credit card when your payment system malfunctioned? Alternatively, I was told I could leave the merchandise there and come back tomorrow to pick it up if the payment eventually showed in their system. Absolutely not. I'm not paying $180 for $90 worth of merchandise and hoping Dunkin' refunds me later. I'm also not rearranging my day and making another trip because your payment system malfunctioned. That is a problem for the business to resolve--not something the customer should have to take on financially or logistically. And for nothing. After nearly 30 minutes of being held hostage and trying to get this resolved, I had to leave without any of the teacher gifts I came for, was late to an appointment, AND still had a pending $90 charge on my credit card. So I walked in to spend $90 and walked out with nothing but a pending charge and 30 minutes of my time wasted. There had to have been a better way to handle this. Completely unacceptable customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience. read more

I love Dunkin coffee, but they really need to work on the breakfast food. It needs work, especially the hash browns. They stay busy, which is a good thing. I order ice and hot coffee depending how I'm feeling. One of my favs are the caramel craze signature latte and the butter pecan hot/cold coffee. read more

Spent 20 minutes I drive thru because no inside service and worst parking area ever. Coffee was good though

I love Dunkin' a ton, from there donuts to their refreshers! The staff there are fabulous too, and we have become familiar with each other as well due to the many visits I've made. They work hard, despite the busy days that come, and they do their very best. read more

Came there with my coffee that had whipped cream in it. I asked for no whipped cream on my receipt. I came in with the receipt as well as the coffee. The tall guy gave me a whole interrogation about what time and what date did I come in... even though I presented the receipt( Then him and the short girl started talking in there language, they were just speaking English PRETTY RUDE) I asked for a remake NOT very good customer service I'll drive further out and won't come back to this one take my money elsewhere no wonder they're always empty. read more

Went today to get a hot chocolate and munchkins. They shorted me 10 munchkins. I guess they can't count to 25.

I preorder online, but more often than not I'd have less wait time ordering at the counter or drive-through. I see my ticket and drink sticker just waiting. Today was one of the worst. Not one soul was inside, the time stamp on my purchase was 0728 it was 0800 before I got a single coffee and an orange juice. The staff kept filling drive-through orders and 2 walk up customers who ordered at the counter well after my arrival time. A server kept telling me "sorry for the wait, we are busy". It wasn't until that i said that I ad to go that I was given my coffee. What's the point of online ordering if people who come in after me at the counter/drive through are given preference? I understand that orders ahead of me or ordered before me get out first, but not those that come after me. read more

I used to get Dunkin all the time when I lived in NYC and Florida... I've tried it at 3 locations in Atlanta and it's SO BAD. I really wanted an iced pumpkin spice latte so I decided to try this one in Smyrna-- the worker seemed like she couldn't access her brain!! Told her the order 3 times and yet she still made an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl. I just took it and left. I officially give up on Dunkin. read more

This Dunkin' location in Smyrna on the corner of Concord and S Cobb Drive is always Fantastic! The gentleman usually working the window is so great with customers and always says hello when he sees me. The staff and service is fast and friendly every time I stop by. Love me some Dunkin'! So weird to see the variety of reviews for this location. I personally have never had an issue here, and I have frequented this location quite a bit, especially in the pre-Covid space. I will say that the service level has not dropped, even given the situation at hand. I feel they have been even more on top of their game and stepped up when needed. It's no secret that my absolute favorite drink of any coffee chain is the Iced Mocha Latte from Dunkin'. You best believe that is what I get every single time I visit this location. I have never once sipped on my drink and been upset. It touches my soul...its divine and that occasional donut don't hurt neither! In addition to my latte, I have been known to grab a snack, more specifically the Snackin' Bacon. I mean, let's be real...it is clearly microwaveable bacon that has pepper sprinkled on it. Is it the best thing? No. Is it worth the cost? Probably not. Will I get it again? Probably, yes. Outside of those two things, and the occasional donut, I don't have a lot of experience with Dunkin'. I will say that it is Dunkin over Starbucks for me drink wise...snack wise, that lemon cake from SB just hits different, but that is another review for another day! Also, Dunkin' has an AMAZING rewards program! Sign up, take advantage and sip yo' drank in good spirits! Overall, don't sleep on that Mocha Latte y'all..or this location. It's a top one for me. read more

This location is GREAT. My orders have been consistently consistent. The staff is always eager to get me in and out. They are friendly and welcoming. The drive through line seems to always be long but moves along. The parking lot is small, but with the speed of service, it works just fine. The dining area is always spotless. read more

One of the most fun DD I've been in a while! Located off of of South Cobb Drive sandwiched between Church Street and Concord Rd. Nearby businesses includes a Kroger Grocery Store (Starbucks inside), McDonald's, Papa John's Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Food Depot, Sally Beauty, Goodwill, Planet Fitness and Fresh Laundry. (The laundromat and DD are virtually next door to each other and there is an opening between the shopping strip in case you want to cut across on to Kroger.) The staff here are super up beat and a lot of fun to chat with. Even though the work can be grueling the young staff members here all seem to have such positive attitude about it! Keep that spirit up and you can conquer any mountain! Thanks for my afternoon coffee and donuts! 1207th review 2/9/2018 127th for 2018 read more

Fast and friendly! It's a great place to stop whenever you want something quick and cheap. I love their recent addition, the snack bacon! It's the perfect size and crispy treat. Contrary to popular belief, Dunkin has the best coffee! They always give the right amount of cream and sugar. Their cold flavored lattes are sweet and tasty and give their right boost of energy when I decide to splurge on one. I also loved stopping by on those days when I needed to grab donuts for the team. They packed a variety pack and I was out the door in no time. I hope this location isn't going to be affected by their announcement to close stores - I would be bummed! It's conveniently located on our way to the highway. read more

So I know it's just Dunkin' Donuts but I think it's really important to recognize franchise businesses that do a really good job of holding down the overall brand. WORST Dunkin i have ever went too! So Dunkin is our go to stop for coffee but day was a complete let down. My partner always gets a large ice coffee with Carmel coconut cream and sugar and hers came out like always. But mine, ha well that's another story. See i just likes ton of Carmel (extra extra extra) with some drizzled on top and i that's how i ordered it. When giving my order to the young man he seemed confused and thought i was joking with my order cuz he repeated back "so you want all that Carmel seriously" then giggled behind it. So i repeated myself again. When i got my coffee, it was terrible! No taste of Carmel anywhere. I went back into and explained to the manager about my order and he proceeded to tell me his guy misunderstood and chuckled. The lack of professionalism and customer service blows my mind. On top of the coffee our wake up wraps were cold. We will not come back to this Dunkin ever again! read more

I'm normally a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts. I think they have great tasting coffee-something I survived college on. When I walked in, the service wasn't very helpful. I tried ordering a latte with almond milk, and the man behind the register told me he couldn't make that. A little odd for a coffee shop. I ended up just ordering just a black coffee. This Dunkin' is more of a grab and go kind of place and not a place to sit and do some work. The other thing I noticed is, it wasn't very clean. There were napkins on the floor and the tables hadn't been wiped off. Again, I'm normally a big fan of Dunkin' and I hope this was just a fluke. read more

I stopped coming here for a long time because they would mess up my order every single time even though I came every day and they knew who I was! Most incompetent staff I've ever seen. The store is not clean and the doughnuts are always dry and nasty. Do yourself a favor and go to Krispy kreme down the road.

Coffee: CON--Decaf is always hot, but often tastes like watered down coffee flavored beverage instead of tasting like real, brewed coffee. PRO--However the Dunkin' Midnight is always excellent tasting. Food: CON--Hot food here has all tasted and smelled like microwaved styrofoam (which is not safe nor palatable). PRO--Of their doughnuts, I've only tried the sour cream, which was absolutely delicious. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Expect to spend at LEAST 20 minutes waiting on your pre ordered food. Don't even get me started on dine in. Okay so A LOT of the reviews for this here are actually for the Dunkin' on Cobb parkway- which is a nice one. If you see any review say that it's a convenient location, near the battery, or has a Baskin Robbins- that's actually the one on Cobb Parkway. That being said, this is easily the WORST Dunkin' in Cobb county. I go here a lot since it's right next to my house, and every few months I have an experience that makes me decide I never want to go again. To their credit, they closed down for a few months and I thought things would be better after they opened up- but it's progressively worse every time I come. There are two really good employees here, unfortunately I don't know their names, but if they're not there you're going to have a terrible experience- drive thru or café. Drinks made wrong, incorrect drinks, long wait times when you're the only one there and you only ordered one thing, they're always out of everything, blatantly lie about things that have "been discontinued" when it's literally right in front of your face and other locations still sell it, and they basically ignore you besides that. The last few times I went it was the good crew, and I was pretty happy since it's so close to my house- but today I went and it wasn't the only two people there who are good and I waited 15 minutes when only one car was in front of me. I ordered a sandwich and a latte, and I ordered some munchkins (and even said "if you have them!" since I know they're always out) and they told me they had them and to pull around. They then tried charging me the price of all the items, and right as I was paying told me they had no munchkins at all. I said "okay then I don't want that, it's fine!" and they took it off. So far, no big deal- just a little annoying but things like that happen. Then I pay, and they try handing me two drinks. I tell them all I had was the latte, and the girl at the window tells me that is a latte while trying to hand me a sweet tea. I say I only had the one drink and she looks really mad at me and doesn't say another word. She turns her back to me and doesn't acknowledge me. I drink my drink, and it isn't what I ordered- if it is they made it wrong. Hell, whatever they made they made it wrong because it was completely watered down. Mind you, I was the only person there! But I decide either way it's a latte, just not the one I ordered and it'll work. I continue waiting for my sandwich and they finally give it to me and I thank them and they slam the window in my face. I drive off and my sandwich is completely cold, even though I ordered it in the drive thru. It wasn't a mobile order or anything, it was just already cold. I think they had previous orders sitting around that were similar to mine and just gave it to me, which has happened before. This place needs to be shut down again, hopefully this time it accomplishes something. Either way, you're better off going to any other location in Smyrna/Marietta- this place is just the worst. read more

I came here wanting to use my laptop and asked the cashier immediately upon entering if they had wifi. I didn't think to ask about the outlets. They are dysfunctional. At first I thought my laptop was the problem until another customer, seeing my struggle, told me he had the same problem last week & they do not work. The coffee & food I ordered are fine, so I'd return for that, but I'd cross this place off my list of places you might need electricity. read more

EW...I walked in as the cashier was going to the bathroom and decided to wait for iced coffee. I was so disgusted, I just turned around and left. I will never return, it's unfortunate because it's so convenient. So gross! read more

Not sure of why there were so many bad reviews, I did not have a negative experience here at all. The only thing that I found a bit odd was when I ordered an espresso, the cashier wasn't sure what it was or what to ring it up as. There was another cashier there who just told her to ring it up as an extra turbo shot or something. Apparently this is common because when I told my friend about it, he expressed having experienced the same thing a lot of other places. They made the drinks I ordered quickly and correctly. They also had their holiday tumblers on the counters and as it was Christmas day, I asked if they were on sale yet. They said no, but told me they would give me a discount anyway, fine by me! The only thing I noticed was that they appeared to be out of a lot of donuts... it was however 3pm on Christmas day, so I can understand them not being at full capacity that late in the day. read more

Most every single Dunkin' chain you could go to is hit or miss... the company itself is never consistent with how they make their drinks. However this location was surprisingly really good. I went on a whim and for one, they made my almond milk macchiato near perfect. When It was handed to me at the window by a sweet friendly man who greeted me I wanted to make sure my drink was made with the almond milk. He looked at it, took it and checked to make sure instead of just nodding and making a guess like i've had happen before at other places. Stopping here made my day go a little better so i'm thankful they have patient and experienced staff that really care. read more
