I used to get Dunkin all the time when I lived in NYC and Florida... I've tried it at 3 locations in Atlanta and it's SO BAD. I really wanted an iced pumpkin spice latte so I decided to try this one in Smyrna-- the worker seemed like she couldn't access her brain!! Told her the order 3 times and yet she still made an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl. I just took it and left. I officially give up on Dunkin.

This Dunkin' location in Smyrna on the corner of Concord and S Cobb Drive is always Fantastic! The gentleman usually working the window is so great with customers and always says hello when he sees me. The staff and service is fast and friendly every time I stop by. The food is spot on and the place, even though it's always busy, is always kept clean and organized. One of my favorite Dunkin's.

This location is GREAT. My orders have been consistently consistent. The staff is always eager to get me in and out. They are friendly and welcoming. The drive through line seems to always be long but moves along. The parking lot is small, but with the speed of service, it works just fine. The dining area is always spotless.

One of the most fun DD I've been in a while! Located off of of South Cobb Drive sandwiched between Church Street and Concord Rd. Nearby businesses includes a Kroger Grocery Store (Starbucks inside), McDonald's, Papa John's Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Food Depot, Sally Beauty, Goodwill, Planet Fitness and Fresh Laundry. (The laundromat and DD are virtually next door to each other and there is an opening between the shopping strip in case you want to cut across on to Kroger.) The staff here are super up beat and a lot of fun to chat with. Even though the work can be grueling the young staff members here all seem to have such positive attitude about it! Keep that spirit up and you can conquer any mountain! Thanks for my afternoon coffee and donuts! 1207th review 2/9/2018 127th for 2018

Fast and friendly! It's a great place to stop whenever you want something quick and cheap. I love their recent addition, the snack bacon! It's the perfect size and crispy treat. Contrary to popular belief, Dunkin has the best coffee! They always give the right amount of cream and sugar. Their cold flavored lattes are sweet and tasty and give their right boost of energy when I decide to splurge on one. I also loved stopping by on those days when I needed to grab donuts for the team. They packed a variety pack and I was out the door in no time. I hope this location isn't going to be affected by their announcement to close stores - I would be bummed! It's conveniently located on our way to the highway.

So I know it's just Dunkin' Donuts but I think it's really important to recognize franchise businesses that do a really good job of holding down the overall brand. I've lived in Smyrna for over 15 years. I have consistently had good customer service from this particular Dunkin' Donuts. This morning I stepped in to get a smoke vanilla cold brew.... It's was delicious yum!!!

These are the flies hanging loose all on the signs. I couldn't snap in time to get the bugs on the food!! Take my word

Man this line is soooooooo long. Inside and out. There are flies all on the doughnuts. I had my husband waiting in the parking lot too long so I'm only getting a drink. Eww eww eww!! If he didn't want it I would've kept it moving. BEWARE!! It's like 100 people working in the back.

On two separate occasions I ordered a lightly toasted bagel. I wish it was not an option on the kiosk if it was going to be ignored or if the equipment was not capable of lightly toasting.

Yup. Choco munchkins

Went today to get a hot chocolate and munchkins. They shorted me 10 munchkins. I guess they can't count to 25.

The store is not clean and the doughnuts are always dry and nasty. Do yourself a favor and go to Krispy kreme down the road.

Just went here to order a coffee and donut and none of the workers were wearing gloves or masks and it's a global pandemic. Gross.

I visited on a weekday afternoon and even before 10am, there were other guests buzzing around this little coffee shop. Bolivar is located within a grocery shopping plaza, meaning they have tons of parking which is always great in ATL. The coffee shop itself is so beautiful! The decor, plants and art all channel Colombia, all by way of Atlanta. There were a few tables inside and outside, allowing space for those there to work, chat and lounge if desired. It was really easy for me to find a comfy seat next to an outlet to settle at for a few hours. I started with a hot latte and a Pastel conquistador and was so pleased by both. I didn't even realize that I had sped through my first cup of coffee before I was onto the next. The ladies behind the counter were helpful in sharing their favorites as I decided on my next orders across my 5 hour visit. Each order was better than the last. If you've been putting off a visit, don't wait any longer!

There was always fresh flowers at all tables. I visited on early mornings, and the good vibes were a nice way to start the day. Saw many people grabbing their morning coffee from here. Usually there's no line until 8:30/9AM, and it only takes them a minute or two to prep your drink. Bathroom is unique, creative, and clean. Drinks: Frappe with Cardamon - smooth texture, but the overt sweetness overpowers the taste of coffee. This was the first drink I tried and I left having no idea what the quality of roast is at this place. Frappe is pre-made and dispensed from a frappe machine. Maybe they forgot to add the cardamon flavor, or maybe it was overpowered by the sweetness. Latte with Hazelnut - good, 6/10, nothing special Iced coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle - presentation wow, 6/10 Food: !!GLUTEN FREE!! cheese pandebonos and guava pandebonos are $3 each. They are made from scratch with yuca, and toasted before being served. The bread is the soft gooey chewy kind, and I preferred the cheese more than guava. The cheese's soft texture pairs very well with the bread. Yummy! Would order again. I never got to try, but the cakes in the display looked amazing!

Since the back wall is all windows there's plenty of natural light, and the metal sign makes for a great photo opportunity. I've had the food in the past and haven't loved it but the drinks are stellar. My go-to is the Iced Caramel Crème. It is in the sweeter side, but if you like caramel coffee, you will be wowed. All of the iced drinks come in the clear branded cups, which allows you to see the beverage in its full glory. There are benches inside to sit at and moveable tables to rest your food and drink on, but I wouldn't think this is a great place to sit and do work. However, if you're catching up with a friend, it works great for that. There are also sometimes tables outside if the weather permits. There are a few parking spots right outside that are 15 minute parking, and much more in the deck right next door. And it's free!

I had no idea it was Venezuelan-owned, which I thought was really dope. I love when places incorporate their culture into the menu, and you can definitely see that reflected in some of the food options (I included a few photos in this review). I ordered a chai latte, and to my surprise, it was perfect as-is. Most of the time I feel like I have to add a sweetener, but this one didn't need anything--it was already just right. I also grabbed a couple of bites: the empanadas de pollo and the empanadas de queso--delishhhhh. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Another plus is that it's a great spot to get some work done. They offer Wi-Fi, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is especially my vibe, so I'll definitely be back to work and try more items on the menu. Such a great find.
