Came there with my coffee that had whipped cream in it. I asked for no whipped cream on my receipt. I came in with the receipt as well as the coffee. Went today to get a hot chocolate and munchkins. They shorted me 10 munchkins. I guess they can't count to 25.

I preorder online, but more often than not I'd have less wait time ordering at the counter or drive-through. I see my ticket and drink sticker just waiting. Today was one of the worst. Not one soul was inside, the time stamp on my purchase was 0728 it was 0800 before I got a single coffee and an orange juice. The staff kept filling drive-through orders and 2 walk up customers who ordered at the counter well after my arrival time. A server kept telling me "sorry for the wait, we are busy". It wasn't until that i said that I ad to go that I was given my coffee. What's the point of online ordering if people who come in after me at the counter/drive through are given preference? I understand that orders ahead of me or ordered before me get out first, but not those that come after me. read more

I used to get Dunkin all the time when I lived in NYC and Florida... I've tried it at 3 locations in Atlanta and it's SO BAD. I really wanted an iced pumpkin spice latte so I decided to try this one in Smyrna-- the worker seemed like she couldn't access her brain!! Love me some Dunkin'! So weird to see the variety of reviews for this location. I personally have never had an issue here, and I have frequented this location quite a bit, especially in the pre-Covid space. I will say that the service level has not dropped, even given the situation at hand. I feel they have been even more on top of their game and stepped up when needed. It's no secret that my absolute favorite drink of any coffee chain is the Iced Mocha Latte from Dunkin'. You best believe that is what I get every single time I visit this location. I have never once sipped on my drink and been upset. It touches my soul...its divine and that occasional donut don't hurt neither! In addition to my latte, I have been known to grab a snack, more specifically the Snackin' Bacon. I mean, let's be real...it is clearly microwaveable bacon that has pepper sprinkled on it. Is it the best thing? No. Is it worth the cost? Probably not. Will I get it again? Probably, yes. Outside of those two things, and the occasional donut, I don't have a lot of experience with Dunkin'. I will say that it is Dunkin over Starbucks for me drink wise...snack wise, that lemon cake from SB just hits different, but that is another review for another day! This location is GREAT. My orders have been consistently consistent. The staff is always eager to get me in and out. They are friendly and welcoming. One of the most fun DD I've been in a while! Located off of of South Cobb Drive sandwiched between Church Street and Concord Rd. Nearby businesses includes a Kroger Grocery Store (Starbucks inside), McDonald's, Papa John's Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Food Depot, Sally Beauty, Goodwill, Planet Fitness and Fresh Laundry. (The laundromat and DD are virtually next door to each other and there is an opening between the shopping strip in case you want to cut across on to Kroger.) The staff here are super up beat and a lot of fun to chat with. Even though the work can be grueling the young staff members here all seem to have such positive attitude about it! Fast and friendly! It's a great place to stop whenever you want something quick and cheap. I love their recent addition, the snack bacon! It's the perfect size and crispy treat. Contrary to popular belief, Dunkin has the best coffee! They always give the right amount of cream and sugar. Their cold flavored lattes are sweet and tasty and give their right boost of energy when I decide to splurge on one. I also loved stopping by on those days when I needed to grab donuts for the team. They packed a variety pack and I was out the door in no time. I hope this location isn't going to be affected by their announcement to close stores - I would be bummed! WORST Dunkin i have ever went too! So Dunkin is our go to stop for coffee but day was a complete let down. My partner always gets a large ice coffee with Carmel coconut cream and sugar and hers came out like always. But mine, ha well that's another story. See i just likes ton of Carmel (extra extra extra) with some drizzled on top and i that's how i ordered it. When giving my order to the young man he seemed confused and thought i was joking with my order cuz he repeated back "so you want all that Carmel seriously" then giggled behind it. I'm normally a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts. I think they have great tasting coffee-something I survived college on. When I walked in, the service wasn't very helpful. I tried ordering a latte with almond milk, and the man behind the register told me he couldn't make that. A little odd for a coffee shop. I ended up just ordering just a black coffee. This Dunkin' is more of a grab and go kind of place and not a place to sit and do some work. The other thing I noticed is, it wasn't very clean. Okay so A LOT of the reviews for this here are actually for the Dunkin' on Cobb parkway- which is a nice one. If you see any review say that it's a convenient location, near the battery, or has a Baskin Robbins- that's actually the one on Cobb Parkway. That being said, this is easily the WORST Dunkin' in Cobb county. I go here a lot since it's right next to my house, and every few months I have an experience that makes me decide I never want to go again. To their credit, they closed down for a few months and I thought things would be better after they opened up- but it's progressively worse every time I come. There are two really good employees here, unfortunately I don't know their names, but if they're not there you're going to have a terrible experience- drive thru or café. Drinks made wrong, incorrect drinks, long wait times when you're the only one there and you only ordered one thing, they're always out of everything, blatantly lie about things that have "been discontinued" when it's literally right in front of your face and other locations still sell it, and they basically ignore you besides that. The last few times I went it was the good crew, and I was pretty happy since it's so close to my house- but today I went and it wasn't the only two people there who are good and I waited 15 minutes when only one car was in front of me. I ordered a sandwich and a latte, and I ordered some munchkins (and even said "if you have them!" since I know they're always out) and they told me they had them and to pull around. They then tried charging me the price of all the items, and right as I was paying told me they had no munchkins at all. I said "okay then I don't want that, it's fine!" and they took it off. So far, no big deal- just a little annoying but things like that happen. Then I pay, and they try handing me two drinks. I tell them all I had was the latte, and the girl at the window tells me that is a latte while trying to hand me a sweet tea. I say I only had the one drink and she looks really mad at me and doesn't say another word. She turns her back to me and doesn't acknowledge me. I drink my drink, and it isn't what I ordered- if it is they made it wrong. Hell, whatever they made they made it wrong because it was completely watered down. Mind you, I was the only person there! But I decide either way it's a latte, just not the one I ordered and it'll work. I continue waiting for my sandwich and they finally give it to me and I thank them and they slam the window in my face. I drive off and my sandwich is completely cold, even though I ordered it in the drive thru. It wasn't a mobile order or anything, it was just already cold. I think they had previous orders sitting around that were similar to mine and just gave it to me, which has happened before. This place needs to be shut down again, hopefully this time it accomplishes something. Either way, you're better off going to any other location in Smyrna/Marietta- this place is just the worst. read more

Most every single Dunkin' chain you could go to is hit or miss... the company itself is never consistent with how they make their drinks. However this location was surprisingly really good. I went on a whim and for one, they made my almond milk macchiato near perfect. When It was handed to me at the window by a sweet friendly man who greeted me I wanted to make sure my drink was made with the almond milk. He looked at it, took it and checked to make sure instead of just nodding and making a guess like i've had happen before at other places. Not sure of why there were so many bad reviews, I did not have a negative experience here at all. The only thing that I found a bit odd was when I ordered an espresso, the cashier wasn't sure what it was or what to ring it up as. There was another cashier there who just told her to ring it up as an extra turbo shot or something. Apparently this is common because when I told my friend about it, he expressed having experienced the same thing a lot of other places. They made the drinks I ordered quickly and correctly. They also had their holiday tumblers on the counters and as it was Christmas day, I asked if they were on sale yet. They said no, but told me they would give me a discount anyway, fine by me! The only thing I noticed was that they appeared to be out of a lot of donuts... it was however 3pm on Christmas day, so I can understand them not being at full capacity that late in the day. read more

They then suggested that I turn around and come get my order fixed when it should have been correct to begin with.
